Lots of cool things in here souvenirs and dresses shirts and other stuff my wife loves this place found a lot of stuff to buy and also the staff is very helpful I definitely recommend it a stop in here

Great selection and reasonable prices BUT their NO RETURN and LIMITED EXCHANGE policies are out of the dark ages. Theres a small red sign not far from the cash register with lots of words and easy to miss. I got a gift for my wife so I asked as I was paying. They explained that exchanges only allowed for 7 days from purchase. What about returns? I asked. We dont allow any returns and she pointed me to the sign. That was unacceptable to me - this is a gift. By then my Visa card had been approved - and with my purchase still sitting on their counter I said Void the Visa transaction please - this is not acceptable to me. I was told they couldnt do that - it was a return. I owned a retail store for many years - I know how easy it is to simply void the last Visa transaction. This is store policy at its worst. I will never be back.

Hard to choose between 4 & 5 stars. Very big place though with huge selection and great prices. So, exceeded my expectation for 5 stars. Not a smaller local type surf or apparel shop for sure, that I really like. Cant go wrong here though, especially with kids. They have tons of stuff.

Wings is the best beach shop ever They have everything you need to outfit and equip yourself for the beach and the staff in Oceanside is so friendly and awesome. We love wings and will be back soon!

This is a good location. Its a HuuuGE store so theres a lot to look at and choose from. They are quite expensive and have a very strict exchange only policy....not returns or refunds. Right now with no way to try on the clothes there that is a pretty significant drawback. I got a swimshirt for my daughter there that ended up being too tight so I ended up just being out that $20. Other than that though they really are a cool store, super fun to browse and with how much merchandise they have youre almost guaranteed to find something to your liking!

It’s an ok store but the prices could be better deals like T-shirt mart had and they don’t do personalized screen print on Tshirts like T-shirt mart did they need blank tshirts and let customers pick their own designs to screen print on T-shirt’s

This place is an absolute joke. We bought our son a really cool $10 fossil brand shark tooth necklace and the SAME day the wire broke and the tooth fell off. Brought it back the SAME DAY with receipt and the tags and was accused of intentionally breaking the product because it had already left the store. They wouldn’t return it or exchange it for the same item either. Was told more then one time “how do we know you didn’t break the product on purpose, or your son was rough housing and broke the necklace.” Such low customer service. The employees who handled the situation were terrible.

Very poor customer service and shopping atmosphere!!! Made a purchase and hopefully the quality is good because I highly doubt they will stand behind their products. But I guess that’s expected from a store that caters to tourists.

They were watching us as we shopped around acting like they were doing something with the clothes. Overpriced with very cheap clothing material. The printing on my shorts came off the next day and I didnt even wear them. Not going back for sure. I also ended finding a pretty good stain on a shirt that I already paid for as I was walking to my car. They did let us exchange it, but it is unfortunate.

Staff watches you like hawks, low quality products, overpriced as well. Don’t waste your time here. Go across the street to get yourself some T-shirt’s! Would give zero stars if I could.

This place is awful including the people working there! Everything in their store is very cheap! There are no refunds, store credit or exchanges even though it says you can exchange in 7 days. Wings headquarter is located in New York on 666 Broadway 2nd Floor NY 10012. (Look it up they have 1 star) Took me a while to find it because I wanted to call and leave a complaint about their refund policy. But they make it nearly impossible for you to contact them. For obvious reasons I guess.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! PRODUCTS ARE COMPLETELY TRASH!!! Bought a shirt and the screen printing came off instantly, they would not even exchange for a new one. Will NEVER go here again!!!! Have never had problems with TShirt Mart across the street and will keep going to this place from now on.

Its a nice store I love going in there when Im down in oceanside however some of the prices are a bit much other then that I love The store but some of the staff can be rude when I go in there being a bigger girl they give me looks an make comments about how Im bigger right in front of my face to me thats unprofessional an they should not be working there.

Was on town visiting Family and was told that the stores hours were 9am-11pm, when we arrived at 10:39 pm the doors were locked and we were told that they closed earlier since it was slow. I was coming to get souvenirs before we left out for our flight 1st thing in the morning and was only told Sorry ..........

A couple of employees here accused my sister of stealing. they told her to open her purse and once they saw she didn’t take anything, they proceeded to follow us around the store consistently asking if we needed help. my brother was trying on a pair of shorts and they had asked us to leave the store. they were rude and incompetent.

Staff is friendly but prices are aimed at tourists too high priced.
