Paul and Crystal are great to work with. They had the knowledge about their homes along with the permitting process and how long everything would take. The paperwork was made easy by Crystal.I highly recommend working with this great family!

If I could give 0 stars, I would! If you are looking for a home to put in lake county don’t go here! They aren’t licensed in lake county and they will not tell you that! We got as far as attempting to pull the set up permits for the home we were trying to buy from them when we found out they can’t even legally do business in lake county. They argued with me telling me it was our responsibility to pull our own set up permits, but in lake county a licensed contractor has to pull those permits. I also did not find out from them, I had lake county look them up in their system where “mobile home headquarters” was no where to be found. Once I confronted them about it, I was left with no explanation and no more communication. They are very unprofessional, half the time i could not even get ahold of anyone there. I would have to leave multiple phone calls in a row before Id ever get a call back. I also want to add that we got as far as trying to set up and closing date before we ever found any of this out! After the email I left confronting them on their lies and deceptions they ignored me and haven’t heard from them since.

After trying several different mobile home lots we finally decided to stop by mobile home headquarters and from day one Paul and Crystal have been absolutely wonderful!!! No sales men, just a husband and wife owned business and it shows with how personable they are!! I couldnt be more pleased with how helpful and knowledgeable they are! My house is perfect. Issues that are expected when installing a brand new mobile home where handled promptly and professionally. I recommend them to everyone I know looking for a home

Horrible business, took almost a year to install, had no clue what permits were needed, he had to hire outside help. new carpeting installed improperly. Trailer itself was placed unlevel on the lot and is twisted so none of the doors or windows are.properly aligned. Tried to put back together with crown molding that didnt match. Plumber he hired used half inch pipe to house instead of 1 inch causing very low water flow. The siding was damaged when they put the mobile home together. By the end of it we were just happy not to be dealing with paul anymore!

A KY resident working for the american dream. A vacation/ winter home in fl. We contracted a deal with PC Home Ctr of Ocala Fl/ Paul & Crystal Hanna, 03/28/206, now doing business as Mobile Home Headquarters. Our nightmare began 03/2016. Home had ample time to deliver, construction to be completed by 10/2016. April, May & June.. excuse were factory issues. Finally home was built in July and delivered on dealers lot the end of July. Truck transportation issues became the next problem. Then they failed the compaction test on the mobile home pad three times before it passed. This was where we knew we were in trouble. Still hanging onto Pauls word that it will be OK. In Sept 2016, we traveled 12Hrs to only find out the home was still not anywhere close to being complete. Than it became a trust issue. He was not going to be able to complete contract as promised.Communications stopped. Would not return calls. We arrived 11/01/2016 to drywall not completed, cabinet doors falling off in your hands when you opened the doors, cracked sink, cracked toilet. It took us a month on our own to complete construction and additional moneys out of your pocket .No returned calls.. it was Jan 2017 that we found out they had closed PC Home Ctr and changed name to Mobile Home Headquarters. We paid $95000 cash, still will not release title. My message to you is RUN. These people are shady, not to be trusted. Paul Hanna is a good sales man thats all. They take advantage of people out of town. SEEK BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. !!
