Job #243982 by Brandon and Guy. New walk-in shower installed in only one day, it replaced my 35-yr old tub shower. Very professional and responsive to my concerns. This is for my elderly parents and they agreed to add 3 extra grab bars for my toilets instead of the unneeded shower curtain rod (getting beautiful glass doors instead). Shower has corner seat, slide rail dual shower heads, two grab bars too. It looks great!

Im so disappointed with this door installation process. The lack of follow up and communication is so unprofessional. There is so much wrong that it would be easier to add pictures. A picture is worth a thousand words and these will certainly explain my extreme disappointment.

My wife and I absolutely love our new windows. They were installed last week by Mr. Marc and Mr. Patrick #206759. They was professional, on-time and explained everything they were doing during the installation. They were able to complete all 18 windows in two (2) days. # 170223West Shore is number 1 for window replacement. Had 17 Windows replaced. The quality and service was excellent. Everyone from Chad in sales to Rob that took the measurements and the crew Marc,Martin,Patrick,Jack,James that did the install were all professional. West shore homes put in a new walk in shower for me. I was astounded by the way put up 3/4 inch ply wood on the walls and the base of the unit> They did not just over the existing stuff! We just purchased two Kohler walk-in tubs from West Shore Homes. From the first visit of the saleslady to the completion by the installers we could not be more satisfied. Kristina, the saleslady, was on top of her game and answered every question we had. We had scheduled a visit the next day from American Standard but was so impressed with her knowledge of the Kohler walk-in tub that we cancelled the visit. We were told it would take 6-10 weeks for installation, but here it is two weeks later, and the installation is complete. Not enough can be said about the installers, Rich, Jay, Brian, & Paul (not to mention the two electricians). They showed up on time, were very courteous, and completed both bathtubs in one day (it was supposed to take two). The installation was flawless (see pictures) and they cleaned up everything afterwards. We could not be more pleased and are looking for to enjoying these walk-in tubs for the years to come. Wally gave me a great price for the many windows I needed replaced. Marc & Martin were very professional. They arrived on time and finished the job at night fall. They installed the windows with great workmanship. They cleaned up afterwards and managed to accommodate a 14 foot window opening without any flaws. I’d recommend this company to anyone. I had a shower redone in my home by Shawn and Shane (Job #J-177341). They arrived at the appointment time, explained the process in detail, answered all my questions and cleaned up after the job was completed. The removal and install was completed in less than 8 hours and I am very excited to be using my new shower. Chad the salesman did a good job of explaining the product and process before hand and had great communication also. After having bad experiences with other contractors in the past I was very impressed with how smooth this job went.

The job was professionally done. After the 24 hour wait and I stepped in my new shower is then I realized my shower was made smaller in size. As nice as it looks I am not a happy camper with reducing the size of the shower. My husband gave a five star review but in my heart of hearts I can not. The worker was very professional I will not take that from them. So my review is a little different. I loved my shower the size it was and I love the new look not the new size.

Job 206816 - I had the second part of this job completed - the bathroom window installation - with Rickie and Mark. They called when they got stuck behind an accident, and let me know the time of arrival. Very likeable guys; worked efficiently, and very conscious of me working in my office right next to the bathroom. They made sure to match the outside trim to the other window on that side of the house! I did not expect that at all! They cleaned the area before they left. I couldnt be more pleased!! We have had an excellent experience working with West Shore Home for our new window installation. The salesman, Ryan was prompt, attentive, knowledgeable and very professional. The windows are high quality and beautiful when installed. Our installation crew (Bob King, Austin Skeen, Mark Mainville, Marcos Bell and Patrick Banks) was able to complete the installation of windows in our entire house in one day (twenty windows).
