Im glad I chose Ocala Carpet & Tile! They went above and beyond to make my commercial project meet a very tight deadline. Hands down Archie and Bob do the best tile work I have ever seen and put an incredible amount of work in the prep for the vinyl plank. If you have to pay more, remember you get what you pay for! Christine coordinated everything and was great to communicate with and the owner Doug personally came out and made sure everything was right. I can highly recommend and I will certainly be using them again in the future.

From start to finish, our experience with Ocala Carpet & Tile was superb! Christine offered honest and valuable advice in picking out our tile and helping us with the design. Bobby and Archie did an amazing job with the carpentry work, tile installation, and lighting. The price was very reasonable and there were no surprises. They also worked with our plumber to make sure everything was done exactly as it should be. It turned out beautifully, and we highly recommend working with Ocala Carpet and Tile.

We went to Ocala Carpet and Tile for new flooring in my mom’s new house, and we couldn’t be happier with the job they did. Christine gave us great advice when it came to picking out tile and vinyl plank flooring, and she made sure to show us what they had in stock in their warehouse so we could get the best deal possible. Communication was top notch, and we were pleasantly surprised with how professional everyone was. John and KJ were the installation dream team…they kept us up to date every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly in my mother’s new home. We can’t thank them enough for all of their hard work, and we would recommend them for any and all flooring needs. Ocala Carpet and Tile were great. Found a top quality carpet at a great price with Ida’s help. The installers were also polite, competent and genuinely wanted(and did) a good job installing. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them.

Ocala Carpet and Tile went above and beyond to help my fiancé and I with our first home. We wanted tile throughout the house and the team was able to do this in a short amount of time. We had some design changes along the way and the team was easily able to accomplish this. Customer service 10/10. Everyone apart of the team was so respectful and nice. There were some minor hiccups that other team members were able to fix mostly. I would say the project was not easy as our floors were not level to begin with, but they were able to fix that too and not have to take out the preexisting tile. I would definitely recommend them and would work with them again with no hesitation. They were also very fair on pricing.

In early April, my mother in law mentioned that she wanted to sell her home and move to Ocala. We had space in an in-law suite that needed a little more renovation before she moved. We were severely pressed for time, as her home sold quickly and the move was happening. I contacted Doug at Ocala Carpet and Tile, he said it wouldn’t be a problem to get some carpeting put down. This was all contracted with a week’s notice. We were looking for carpet and installation that met our budget, explaining to them the circumstances. Thomas showed us many options with different price points, which we were super grateful. The installer who came to the house was super professional and did an amazing job. We moved my wife’s mother up the next day. The ability of Ocala Carpet and Tile to help us with what we needed, within a time crunch that we had, was unparalleled and I would hire them again without question. This is a family owned business that treats you like one of their own!!

This is the third time Ive used Ocala Carpet & tile....my carpet & floor laminate, my master bathroom & now my guest bathroom. Doug & Christina were most helpful in choosing tile....they had lots of skills & patience. Archie installed the tile....what a good job he did! I think he must be perfectionist. The price was right. I am totally pleased.

Bob is the very best tile man I’ve ever seen. Neat, clean, and precise. Christine is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. She was very helpful in making suggestions that would work for my situation. It’s difficult to find both the right sales and installation people, but these guys were the best!

We had pavers removed from our lanai and replaced with tile. John and KJ did an excellent job both removing pavers and setting the tile. Thomas, Doug, Christine, John and KJ were all very professional and courteous. We very pleased with the tile and definitely recommend them. Great company to deal with.

What a lovely experience from start to finish. This was the second tile store I visited (was on a tight timeline) and they took great care of me—from design to measurement and ordering, they were so supportive. Highly recommended, and if you need design help, Christine is wonderful!

We just had porcelain tile installed on our lanai and asked for a diagonal (diamond) layout, which can be tricky. Jon was the installer and he did an exceptional job. The floor is absolutely beautiful. Jon was very nice and professional, as were Jack and Christine, who helped with selection and ordering. Highly recommend this business.

The team was very welcoming and answered all the questions we had from the start. The financing process was quick and easy. They also came by right after the installation to fix any little details we were concerned about. Overall we are so glad we did not go to a big box store and supported a local business. Their customer service and work was really exceptional.

Beautiful experience from start to finish! Ocala Carpet & Tile, very professional - even was able to take large samples home to see if it would be a good fit/color. Staff ( Christine, Jack and Doug) were truly on top of my order giving me play by play action from ordering, delivery and installation even with ETA tropical storm impacting the state of Florida!Carpet installation by WM. Cauthen Inc was out of this world! William and David are true gems! It was great to experience old school quality and work ethics!

My main bathroom had tile fall down in my tub, I was referred by my plumber, the morning I called Doug Easters, the owner, he called me right back. I went into his showroom the following day, picked out a tile, baseboards, and flooring with his expertise, his showroom was full of beautiful choices. He came to my home that afternoon, measured the bathroom, ordered everything & just like he said was out to install within 2 weeks. The installer Bob was professional, polite, and did a fantastic job, I am so happy with the work he did & would be happy to refer the company to anyone looking to have tile & flooring done. The manager Christine was also very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Just a wonderful experience and a very grateful customer.

Entire experience exceeded expectations. Christine in the showroom is extrememly knowledgable about all types of flooring. She listens to your needs and offers an expert opinion. They showed up on time for the appointment for measurements and give you an estimate on an install date based on when they anticipate the carpet coming in. I will tell you they estimated a week and 2 days later they were ready to install. Installation was great. The installer was friendly and cleaned up as if he was never there when he was finished. This is now my go to for flooring. Everyone was very professional, kept their appointment times and are all around great to work with. I have already sent friends to them and they are all just as happy as I am. Highly recommend!!

Sandy and Doug are professionals! Whenever we had a snag in our shower repair, Doug and his team led by Archie found a fix. The finished product of floors and tile is elegant. Ocala Carpet and Tile came to my rescue and did a fantastic job (thank you, George) laying down carpeting in Florida room and Lanai room. He even did the stairs inside and out. It looks like a brand new house now. But from estimating (thank you, Jack) -to the actual installation, which was only a couple of days, my house went from drab to fabulous! If you need carpeting or tile, we highly recommend this company.

My installers are quite literally still in the driveway but I can’t wait a minute to write this review. I have a two year old home which had ceramic tile everywhere but the bedrooms. With dogs, cats, horses and kids, the carpet became worn quickly. Ocala Carpet and Tile was able to locate the tile and grout to match perfectly. I was concerned about transitions from hallways into the bedrooms. I was concerned about fitting under the baseboards and gaps. I was concerned about damage to my home moving all the furniture in and out. Let me tell you... these guys were PROS. I was fortunate to get Archie and Bobby as my installers. They were here the better part of eight days (four rooms with drying time). They are truly artists. The workmanship is just beautiful! They were also super funny and friendly to me, my daughter and our dog who wanted badly to help (!). They were patient with my idiosyncracies about how furniture needed to be handled. No one would know this tile wasn’t installed at the same time as the rest of the home - except that it’s probably neater. I couldn’t be happier and am thrilled to recommend this business. :)
