During a recent purchase of ceramic tile for our office, we experienced an issue where the product did not match the existing tile in the other areas of our house. Even though Brenda was unable to locate the exact matching tile required, she was able to find another product to replace the carpet that had been removed from the office. So overwhelmed with building our new house, so many decisions! Very glad our builder referred us to Italian Tile Imports. Met with Brenda and she was so laid back and sweet, helped us narrow down choices, and we ended up picking out bathroom tile that will be just gorgeous. Didnt take long at all. I remodeled a half bathroom recently and went to Italian Tile Imports for my tile. I am so happy with the service I received there, and I just love the tile. The tile came in earlier than expected and Italian Tile Imports answered any and all questions I had throughout the process! I will definitely use them again and again!

I wish I could give zero stars because that is what they deserve. I ordered tiles from them over the phone and specifically asked how long it would take for me to get my product. they said 3days delivered to me. 3days passed so I called them to find out what the delay was only for me to be told it wasnt to be delivered to me but to them. The lady was so rude and refused to take responsibility for their screw up. If not that the manufacturer had discontinued this tile, I would have cancelled and gone else where because this is a complete sham. No form of professionalism whatsoever.
