I am a technician that works for Don. I enjoy working at Tailored Car Care. Don is good mechanic. Probably one of the best in Marion county,certainly the best I have worked with in my 13 years as a tech. He is eager to pass what he knows onto his employees. That is extremely rare in this industry anymore. 95% of the clientele are repeat customers so we try to take care of them and their needs and treat them with respect and dignity. He isnt the cheapest and he certainly isnt the most expensive but he is fair, honest, and at the end of the day....we all just want to fix cars because that is what we enjoy.....thank you

These are great people, nice helpful and reasonable, I was taking my wife to Miami, south beach for her birthday, we are driving because of sightseeing and just time together for her birthday, we entered in to Florida at the Florida ga line we traveled for a while when it was time to stop for the restroom an food our car just cut off when we stopped at the exit stop sign, we got food put more gas In thinking it might be bad gas an a fuel treatment so we drive on then traffic was backed up on the highway it cut of again we made it to the oralley auto parts an this guy heard me telling the people what the car was doing, he gave me Tailored car care, 3 miles from where we were we made it there 30 min an a 120$ we were gone made it to Miami and to my wifes hometown on the way back with no problems since then. Don never tries to sell you anything you dont need, no special programs or promotions, just the most, complete evaluation of your vehice needs and lets you know when or how long you can go before you must repair. Personally, I not only had a great experience with my car repairs but most recently witnessed Don and his team helping others in our community. Especially these wonderful kids involved with the KImberlys Center here in Ocala.

I made an appointment to come in at 11. I was told my car would be ready in an hour and a half. So i called at 1 (2 hours later)to ask if my car was ready Don said it hadnt been started yet so i explained to him that if i knew it wasnt going to be ready i would have come a different day because i had work at 3. He proceeded to yell at me over the phone saying Oh no youre talking to the wrong person like that, you can come get your car were done here! And hung up the phone. When i went to get my car he had parked it by the road with the window down my keys in the ignition and my part sitting on the front seat. I only went to him because my pastor recommended him. But that was a huge mistake. I do not recommend him.

Don and the staff are great. They do more than just an oil change when you bring it in for that.
