After having a blown out engine and transmission on a 3 year old car, calling several places around town getting ridiculous prices ranging up to a new car cost and no sense of urgency, I ran across this shop. I am convinced every other shop in this town is crooked except for Eagle Towing and Auto Repair. The owner is amazing, has a sense of urgency and is absolutely forthright and honest. By far the BEST PRICE in town. Excellent communication!! After being screwed over by other locations in town that I would love to slam...i would give this shop 10 stars if possible. Take all your auto needs here...please. An actual shop with personal mechanic prices. Brilliant!

My van broke down and when I called here they said to call AAA and they would tow me in right away. AAA sent someone else and it took three hours. My 15-year-old van needed a sensor, which they repaired. Eagles service was wonderful. I live 40 miles away but will take my van there whenever it needs anything.

These guys are awesome! They show up quick. The lady on the phone was very easy to talk, very polite and courteous. Makes a big difference when your vehicle breaks down, The guy driving the wrecker was very polite and friendly. They dont charge an arm and leg. If I ever need wrecker service again I will definitely call these guys. Thank you for a job well done.

Excellent. I had an usual request and Eagle Towing stepped up to the job. I bought a used 10 ft x 8 ft hot tub weighing 1,115 pounds. Had them come out to sellers house where they winched it right up onto the flat bed then drove it to my house, backed up the truck to offload right onto my deck. Very quick response, great experience. Thanks guys.

Called for orginal tow at 3pm. Vehicle needed to be towed from a shop that closed at 530p to my house. Eta was 90 mins. At 532 driver called and told me he was 15 mins away... I stood outside for 45 mins waiting. He was 15 mins away from the shop that was closed and never called to tell me...... I called the main office set the tow up for first thing next day. Told them to specifically where to park vehicle . and to text or call me when its dropped of since noone is home. Nophone call no text. Where did he leave my keys ? In the ignition of an unlocked unattended vehicle in a complex of 500 residents.. Never again will i use this company. Theyre rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional.

Fantastic Company! Would definitely recommend! There within minutes, cheapest rates in town, and did a fantastic job. Had a Mercedes Benz that was locked in park, they used a flat bed to tow it and still only charged $65, dropped it into a parking space for me at night. Very friendly ! Had one company that wouldnt even tow it and one that wanted twice as much! This is the go to towing company in Ocala, FL, and Id recommend them to anyone, and will! Thanks Eagle Towing for making a miserable situation a lot less terrible!

He was rude smelled awful so did truck and truck was dirty had roaches crawling on me . Driver was texting away while driving and almost hit another car . If you use this company please request another driver or truck if they are not all like that
