We had the very best car buying experience we have ever had, (and we have bought 10 cars in the last 15 years) We literally said this is what we are looking for, here is allof our information and we were there less than two hours and that includes the test drive. Jeff was our salesman and Kenny helped us in financing. We walked out of that car buying experience very impressed and pleased not only with our purchase but the over all experience. Go see Jeff. He was so accommodating in sending us information and even videos of the vehicle we were interested in and communicating with us. Overall experience as I stated above was top notch!

I stopped in at Jaguar Ocala to look at a Jaguar F type, I was greeted by Jeff Lamb. Jeff took the time to show me the F type and let me test drive the car. Great car, nice lines but I am still deciding. There was absolutely no pressure to decide that day from Jeff and the sales manager, they wanted to make sure that I could make a decision with all the information, what a pleasure. A lot of dealers could use this example on how to treat a potential customer.I will certainly spread the word on how professional they operate, thanks guys!!

Well where do I start? The good…the salesperson, whom I will leave unnamed, is a rockstar. She went above and beyond trying to help. With the low inventory and not having what I wanted, she remembered and informed me once they were scheduled to get what I was looking for. It was good, and then the price….$7,500 above MSRP. After much contemplation I finally relented and decided I’d take it for the much too high price. I understood the inventory shortage and the high prices because of the supply shortage. So it’s time to make a deal and then I’m told, oh by the way, you can put a 10% deposit down but we can’t deliver it to you until the tail lights are fixed. After a little research I found that there is a recall on all 2023-2024 X models due to defective tail lights and they don’t even have the parts to fix yet and don’t know when they’ll get them and that there is a national DO NOT SALE order in effect. Awesome! After thinking about it I could not justify a deposit of more than $10,000 not knowing when the car would even be fixed and available. I offered to put $1,000 down given the uncertainty on time of the product even being available to be sold and delivered, and the response was that the manager laughed at her when proposed. What I find laughable is that a manager would laugh about a deposit that I was still willing to make on a vehicle that was new, defective, and unsure when it could even be sold and delivered to me! I will give 5 stars to the manager for saving me from overpaying though, but it is really unfortunate that the salesperson who worked hard and put the deal together may not get the commission on this vehicle thanks to her manager.

I want to extend a huge thank you to Jeff Lamb for finding the perfect car for me. I recently decided that I wanted to buy my first luxury SUV so I stopped in to look at the Jaguar Fpace. Jeff was absolutely amazing and let me test drive one they had on the lot that day, I loved it but it just wasn’t exactly the one I wanted. I told Jeff the colors I wanted and he started working, and he found it! Jeff let me know about the car before it even hit the lot so I had the first opportunity to see the car and it was everything I wanted and more! It was a great car buying experience from beginning to end. There was never any pressure to get anything extra and I was in and out of the office with Kenny in no time at all!Definitely a a five star team!

This will be my last Land RoverTerribly disappointed in my whole experience with Land Rover of Ocala and the LR product. Financed a 2021 Discovery Sport back in late March at this dealership. After some false promises, I took delivery of this vehicle. After a week and a half, and only 300 miles on the car. I had some major mechanical and electrical failures while driving in heavy traffic. Causing me to loose control of the vehicle. I lost trust in this vehicle and did not feel safe. Attempted to take the car back however the dealership would not work with me. They were treating this as trading in a used car. They told me that because I drove it off of the lot, it depreciated $10,000, and that I would have to pay the difference and also my payment would increase to almost $1,000/mo. I can’t justify this. I asked them to work with me and just to take the car back and let’s work to a resolution. They would not. Lots of unanswered calls to management, I felt like everyone was avoiding this.I’ve had this car now 4 months and it is currently in for the 4th time for repairs all pertaining to the same issues. Land Rover of Ocala referred me to Jaguar Land Rover USA. I opened up a case file with them to buy back the vehicle. I explained everything in detail and provided all of the required information. Again reiterated how unsafe I feel in this vehicle. It’s constantly having malfunctions and failures. I was looking for a solution and hoping this process would work. The dealership certainly wasn’t going to do anything. After much back and forth with the same representative at JLR USA the last 3 months. This last week it was transferred over to a new rep who just contacted me and informed me that they too will NOT be doing anything for me.I am so disappointed in this whole experience. After 1000’s of dollars in repairs and me not feeling safe driving a product that they have sold me, I don’t know what else to do.

My check engine light came on and my car was delivered to Ocala and fixed within a day. The service writer, Jake, was knowledgeable and had all of my concerns addressed and taken care of. He kept me updated on the process and explained everything from beginning to end. Upon pick-up, service writer, Jason, also explained the repair process in detail and assured me that everything looked good and was working properly. When Jason brought my car up to the drive, it was cleaner than when I first bought the car. My car had so much stuff in it because we were in the process of moving and they worked around my stuff and tidied up and cleaned what they could.My car now drives and looks better than it did from when I first purchased it. Land Rover Ocala provides a great and efficient service. I will not mind making the drive to Ocala to get my car serviced.

I went to the dealership to look at a vehicle that they had on their site. The vehicle was not on the lot due to it being in the service bay. I was still interested I started talking to a sales person while my truck was getting checked out for a trade in. After taking my information they informed me that they don’t use “outside lenders.” I was already pre approved by my bank Florida credit union and had my credit pulled. They informed me that it did not matter that I was approved. They also informed me that they do use florida credit union but they would have to pull my credit again and submit it to the same bank that I have already been approved by. It really doesn’t make sense to me if I’ve been approved by a bank that they use.

Steve is a true go-getter. Ive traded and purchased at least 30 cars in the past 15 years and I have not once come across a salesman as exceptional as Steve. He works hard and always has his customers best interest in mind.Sean in management also went above and beyond to ensure the deal got done to my satisfaction.The dealership itself is beautiful, clean, and inviting. Bought this used Jag in Orlando and wanted it serviced and inspected by a Jaguar dealer. I was visiting my sister in the Villages and found Jaguar of Ocala on line and read their reviews - all 5 stars!! I made an appointment and received the 5 star service in every way. Between Jay, the service manger, and Jake, a service writer, I was able to get the education and help that I needed to operate and understand the systems on this car. The facilities are new and impressive. On my drive north I stopped in for answers to a few more questions and got help from Jake and one of the technicians. Great people and great service.

Great customer service!!! We live 3 hours away and just recently bought a Land Rover but unfortunately we do not have a Land rover near us. It was Ocala or Jacksonville both equal distance away. The customer service at the Jacksonville one was awful so I called here and I am so happy I did. Jason in service is who I dealt with the most and he was GREAT the entire time but anyone we spoke with was good. They had my car for over a month due to covid I assume and parts taking longer than expected to get here. The entire time Jason kept us up to date on what was going on. Everything seems to be fixed and running great!! Thank you guys and we will be back!

Jake in the service department is a consummate professional. My wife and I both have Land Rovers and he has performed service recalls, added a boat load of accessories, performed regular maintenance and car washes (free) on both vehicles. Jake accommodates our busy schedule and if a loaner is not available drops us off / picks us up from home. He does not try to up-sell you unnecessary service or repair. Im very grateful that God led me to this lot...after a long exhausting day of car searching I was about to give up until my Uncle decided to show off the new defender that he plans to purchase for his wife...God sent Cheryl out the door & my uncle began to inquire about the cars on the front row...I got out the car just to look & little did I know I was about to drive off their lot with an even more amazing vehicle that I had tested drove earlier in the day. I lost my keys in my car and had no idea where they were. My car is extremely clean at all times. I must of searched at least 12x with no luck. Extremely frustrating and puzzling. Could not go anywhere b/c my car would not lock since the keys were inside. I called the closest Land Rover which is in Ocala, FL. Spoke with a very kind serviceman named Jason Tinton. He suggested I come over and they will search for them. Within 15 mins Jason came to the waiting room holding the keys in his hand with a big smile. I was in shocked when he informed me where he had retrieved them. There was a hole under my driver seat where all the wires are kept and way in the back were my keys that no one would see unless they reached down deep . He made my day... keeping me calm and solving my issue himself within 15 mins! He is my permanent service guy moving forward!

I had an absolutely perfect experience with my oil change. I did not purchase my vehicle at this dealership but was treated as if I had. I’m a single female that had a trade in. I just purchased a 2017 Jaguar xe. I was stuck there for hours with 3 men telling me my trade in isn’t worth that much and the car I was interested in had others interested. I got 17000 for 2016 Lexus suv brand new tires no accidents excellent condition. They are selling it for 249999. I was told the car I purchased had no accidents however after I signed for it, I asked for car facts. My bad. They asked me to initial all lines I noticed it says it had been in an accident, the manager said no, if it was in an accident it would have a number next to it. I said but it says in the next line there was damage to the right rear number. They told me it doesn’t count because the airbags didn’t go off. I was lied to by several people. The Sales manager, sales person and the leasing manager were so unprofessional just trying desperately to sell me thus car. I was very uncomfortable and exhausted from the ordeal. When all was said and done I purchased the jag for 10,000 more than the car was worth with putting down 4,000$. My credit was great as d got 2.9 Interest rate. Just got screwed! The kicker was I lived 1 1/2 hour away and the salesperson made us meet him to deliver the licenses plate fir the car I just purchased and at a gas station because I lived too far away. This is supposed to be a luxury car dealership? It was a joke! Never again! Buyer beware!

I was so excited to have a RR dealership in town. However, my experience with the Service Dept. so far has not been desirable. I took my Range Rover in for a steering issue (warranty) and was told I could not have a loaner because I didn’t schedule the apt 2 weeks in advance! What??? After discovering that the parts didn’t come in on time and when they finally did, they were damaged, they told me I can take my car home and drive it or they have now decided that they will provide a loaner. I picked the latter as it didn’t seem like a good idea to drive a vehicle with steering issues?!?! The loaner does not compare to my vehicle whatsoever. However, I was happy to have a vehicle to drive. Good thing I have a loaner now because I have received numerous excuses as to why my vehicle isn’t ready and now won’t be ready until next Wednesday! 2 WEEKS for a 3 hour warranty issue!!! At this point, I’ll take my business back to Tampa or Orlando, even if they are 2+/- hours away!

The owner needs to focus on service.I had a cracked windshield on my 2019 Range Rover supercharged and the wrong replacement was ordered.When the right one came in it had a smudge laminated in(factory fault).I then ordered a replacement wheel and even with the Vin number the wrong wheel was ordered.Last Friday I was told it would take 4 days —Today it is 7 !Pay attention to your service!!! I see your sales staff is getting great reviews but your service department is in chaos!By the way I have been a Range Rover owner since they were first introduced!

Mark Davison was our sales advisor and Joe Shows was our sales manager. I called the dealership and asked for the sale manager and Joe Shows picked up the line immediately. After 3 minutes of me explaining to Joe what car I wanted, WHY I wanted it, and the details about my (not one, but two) Trade Ins. I told Joe what I wanted for each of my trades and within seconds he told me I had a deal. I couldnt believe it!!! For the first time in my life the game was over, non existent,.........well, it was for me on this day. TODAY. What a pleasure, no hassles, no runs around the bush, no hidden fees, their word is their word, and theyre just down right impeccable and professional. And WOW - the facility itself is OFF THE HOOK! Brand new and super modern inside and out. Quite frankly, we had a FLAWLESS experience with the guys and gals at Land Rover Ocala. Mark Davison was our advisor and Joe Shows was our sale manager. From the moment we walked in, the staff catered to our every need.....popcorn, cold waters from the fridge (or soda if mom & dad allow), other treats like hot chocolate, and to top it off, we got to watch Shrek on the big flat screen TV while mom and dad worked out the deal on the new 2019 Land Rover Discovery. A white one, and a very pretty white one I must say :-) We drove mom and dad crazy the whole way home. because we were acting wild the whole way home......because we were so excited about the 2nd / back row sunroof in our new Discovery! I remember hear dad say to mom when we got in the car to drive it home, That was the nicest car buying experience that Ive ever had. So our hats off to the folks at Land Rover Ocala......we had a great time while driving back home to Odessa......watching mom and dad with their REALLY BIG smiles in the front seats the entire car ride home.
