Every time I go to Hilton I say to myself Im in the right place they do great work theyre honest with courteous talk to you nicely they actually acknowledge you so thats cool

Wanted to drastically overcharge me for a starter. $170 part was going to cost me $600.

Never sign a bill without visually verifying the total. Handed the mechanic my card and said $135 right. His response yup. Went to file the bill with my papers today and it said $291. Just called and the guy said oh we replaced 2 tires not one which in itself is overpriced and was an unexpected cost since I went in for a plug. We only talked about 1 tire I never agreed to a second tire. And you can forget about any customer service skills at all, its not in their vocabulary. I definitely feel taken of. My fault for not visually checking but after a 10 minute conversation of what we were doing and verbal confirmation on the price I wasnt stressing it at the moment.

Had a nail in my tire .they charged me 42.00 to plug it.didnt work still kept losing 5 lb of air everyday. Ended of going to walmart for a new tire.I think 42.00 to plug a tire is outrageous. I had a tire plugged in Ga for 8.00.that was 2 years ago.tire still good.I think thus place is a rip off.wont be going back.

Always excellent service! A great mom and pop shop thats been around forever. Ive been using their service ever since I bought my first car in 2005, Ive gone else where and learned my lesson. Ill stick to these guys as long as i live in the area.

Quick service, friendly and reasonably priced.

First vehicle brought here they did not fix the problem but instead went for a $700 brake job. Then when I came back home, I discovered they left the air intake housing and air filter off my vehicle my father was driving around for 3 months. Next vehicle I brought there, they claimed that the intake gasket blew its seal and that was another close to $800 estimate. Took it to another mechanic who discovered it was the bypass hose was busted. Avoid at all costs....

This shop is one of the if not they best repair shops in the .352. Period 👍💯

Great Prices and fast service.

I have had all of my repair work done at Hilton since the mid-90s, and I have always found them to be honest and competent.

I recently had my starter go out on my vehicle and had it towed to Hilton automotive. I received a quote to replace the starter for $687. I felt this was exorbitant and called another automotive shop to get a quote ($330). I called Hilton back and told them not to do the work and plan to tow the vehicle to another garage on the other side of town. The person I spoke with at Hilton started to knock the competition until I said that was unacceptable. He refused to allow me to pay for the tow over the phone by credit card. I got a ride and paid him for the tow and diagnostic. The next day I checked with the other shop to make sure they had possession of the vehicle and found out that Hilton had delivered my vehicle but badgered the other garage owner for undercutting him. I would rate my experience lower than one if I could.

Advise no woman go there. Got work done elsewhere for over $200 less.

Took out the oil pan of my Toyota 2017 Prius Prime Advanced. Called Local Toyota dealership annd thhey culdnt get to it for 3 weeks. Called Hilton and they came over and towed the vechicle back to there shop. I received a quote in 2 hours and they said I could pick up same day. Did a great job and very pleasant to deal with. They are now my goto for all things automotive.
