Had antifreeze leaking from under my engine on my 2005 Dodge service truck. I called Rick and asked them if he could get it taken care of fast so I could get back on the road fast to run my calls. Had a bad water pump and a few other issues that needed to be taken care of. He got my truck in right away and the guys fixed everything quickly and got me back out on the road.Thats BIG for me because if my service truck isnt on the road Im not making any money.Thank you Batten Automotive for the great service!!!!

Bunch of crooks! Kept telling me I needed this part and that part until I finally took my keys and said that I was done. On the way out the door they had the nerve to tell me I would need to replace my radiator! Another mechanic elsewhere told me my car was dying. Heads blown. He actually talked to Batten and they knew what they did. It will come back on them, believe me. They owe me almost $500 for work I didnt need.😠

These guys are awesome. Very trustworthy, I never have to worry about their integrity. They go the extra mile to take care of you. I do a lot of my own work, but anything I cant do, they are the only ones I call.

Went in for a front end alignment. Asked about how long was told I cant say about how long because quote I dont know what needs replaced and could not quote a price this was after I told them the front end was all new upper and lower ball joints, inner and outer tierods, pitman arm, idler arm, and away bar links. Then they said they wount do it because they dont work on other mechanics cars. At first he was trying to rip me off on the alignment the way he tried to explain then when her found out he could not her said he would not do it.

Dropped off a Ford 9 inch rebuilt kit and all it was missing a pinion bearing and shim that’s it, took 2 weeks of me messaging and calling to get an answer it’s not be touched and no progress made, stay away if possible.

This is one of the best mechanic shops in Marion county its the only place I trust to work on my vehicles on things that I cannot do myself they use the book for their pricing parts are always reasonable theyre right next door to a parts house theyre just a great place in their local people that own it is so its just one of the best places in Marion county.

Brought my Jeep in for what I thought was a coolant leak. Turns out it was a bad cap. The tested the system and replaced the cap for $18. Didnt try to charge for anything else. We have found our new shop in Ocala. Thanks for the great service.

Super expensive and always super busy. Quoted me $700 to repair my radiator last time I went there. Took my car elsewhere & had Radiator fixed for under $200. They do good work but they will charge you more then anybody in town.

They took me for $600! Did not diagnose my problem and kept putting parts in my car. Another mechanic told me what the problem was and said Batten should not have missed it. Never going back!
