Went there on a Saturday with a specific budget and car in mind and they went above and beyond to get the deal done and I was able to drive home that day. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Worst experience. Leased a vehicle 3 years ago and it was borderline miserable. Turning the vehicle in and completely miserable. Customer service is horrible, no follow through or follow up. Save yourself a headache and do not get an overpriced Nissan, find a dealership that values customers and service. Would never do business with them again no matter what deal they are offering. I wish ZERO stars were possible.Updating review. John the manager spoke to my wife and seemed to straighten a lot of the issues out. Giving 4 stars for the attempt, and if everything works out. Great dealership!! By far the easiest to work with from buying my used 2018 Q50RS to having to get service a few weeks later (nothing major) . Even as the dealership had no power for a few days getting my car in and finding out what was going on was a priority for them. No accountability and terrible customer experience : I have been getting my car servicing done at this place for past 4 years. Recently I had an issue with one of my tires and also the tire pressure sensor. I made an appointment on Saturday 07/10 to get this issue fixed.I had to wait for 4 hours for them to inspect and repair the issue but they ended up giving me the car in the same condition as before repair. They didn’t include full service details in the report too. My warranty was about to expire in the next 3 days and I have to pay out of pocket for any services after the expiration date. These guys intentionally did not fix the sensors and include the problem in report as they would have to provide an additional 12 month warranty on the fixed sensors.Since the servicing center closes early on Saturdays I had to rush to the service again on a working day, driving 1 hour because my basic warranty was about to expire that day and they told me I have to pay for the service even though it was their fault for bad service and not including details on the report.This is totally unacceptable since they are trying to exploit the customers. I have paid extra for all the additional warranty and still they have been trying to avoid doing the basic services. They have never given me a loaner vehicle even though I booked the service in advance. Since I had no other option I had to go to this place for 4 years even though it is an hour drive from my home.I ended up selling my vehicle because I was tired of getting my car serviced here. They didn’t give a report for the last service because they will be accountable for the service for 1 year. The folks working here should be more accountable. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I ever had. I would ask people to avoid this place if they can.

Needed service on my vehicle, got an inspection via video (loved that) and straight forward quotes for repair by my service advisor Robert Kelly. They shuttled me home and back to the dealership and kept me updated during the repair… Best experience with a dealership service departmentI forgot her name but the shuttle driver even offered to take me to work if my car wasnt ready by the end of the day…

One of the worst sales staff experiences I have had. I called on Tuesday to make an appointment to look at and purchase a car on Thursday. As someone who works in the auto industry and spent the last 12 years working in dealerships I asked if the vehicle had been through service and was told yes. I drove an hour Thursday to arrive to be told the car had not been in service yet and was not ready. I stated that I was informed it had already been through service and was told we say that to get you in the door I asked if I could take the car to have one of my technicians look at it and was told they would need a deposit. I agreed and was told they could not take the deposit that night and would call me in the morning to get the deposit. Of course no follow up call the next day. They dont seem to want to sell a car unless you roll over and let then play shady dealer games. Unfortunately this is one of the places that gives dealers a bad reputation and that I would not work for or consider purchasing from

Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Because of this dealership, I will never purchase from any Suburban store as I would be concerned that all of them are handled under the same manner. They say that they complete a 150 point inspection on their used vehicles. That is a flat out lie. They did not complete the inspection at all or they would have discovered all of the defects wrong with my car. They preach this warranty program that quote covers everything but it really only covers engine issues which so far is the only thing not wrong with this car. They will rush you. This car should have never been sold. And unfortunately, I didnt learn any of this until after I purchased the vehicle. Now I am fighting with them to pay for what they failed to inspect and they are refusing. Somehow its my fault. Do not purchase or lease any vehicles from this store.

Aimee greeted me prior to me exiting my vehicle. She was not pushy at all but very welcoming and patient with me. She offered services that were due as well as recommended and advised me of my previous visits and purchased services. She conversed with me throughout the planning of my service and offered me transportation to nearby places while my vehicle was being serviced. Although my wait time was over 2 hours, I found the waiting area very comfortable. It was clean with a nice tv, stacked snacks and beverages, and a business unit with WiFi.

I have a 2018 Infiniti QX60. The whole transfer case seized up. The company that provides Suburban with fluids has a 2 tier warranty on the parts. They would only cover 1/2 of the cost due to a clerical error made by a service technician at Infiniti who put the wrong parts on the work order. I’m not quite sure how that is my fault. Aimee in the service department was excellent and tried to get it straightened out but the company just would not cover it. I’m very disappointed in Suburban Infiniti and will not return even when this gets settled. I don’t respect a business that won’t stand behind their own work and employees.Update—Suburban made it right and covered the amount that was in question. I was very surprised that Suburban would not be on the up and up because in the past they have been very responsive. Thank you to Aimee and Rich for fighting the good fight and then making things right!

Okay so you wanna buy a car. There’s thousands of dealerships that you can choose from.In these trying times most of us start on the internet. Once you decide the brand which was for me really easy. I loved my Qx80 but it was time to down size a little. I decided I wanted a Qx60.To my surprise the model ended this year. Layann reached out to tell me some options and incentives . She asked about another Qx80 or Qx50. I told her about my desire to really have a Qx60. I had but all given up on getting a new Qx60. Fast forward, nine days later I received a text message and an email from Valerie the internet consultant. Layann had found a possible match. She wanted me to come in and test drive it and love it. I would like to start out by saying the salesman (Devyn Pickens) was very professional, kind, and honest. As for the financial manager... that’s another story! Ramzy Sheikh (the financial manager) was rude, disrespectful, and talked down to both myself and my father MULTIPLE times!! He had an attitude and made multiple snide comments! He didn’t listen to our wants or needs and talked over us CONSTANTLY! We were told that he’s had frequent customer complaints, but continues to be employed by the dealership! If we hadn’t driven 3.5 hours, which he was aware of, we would have walked from the deal. I think very few people would enjoy being disrespected when spending 10’s of thousands of dollars! I would highly recommend looking for a vehicle elsewhere!!!

We had an amazing experience with Layann when trading in our old and buying our new used car this week. We reached out when we found what we wanted and Wednesday night we headed up with all kids in tow to test drive the vehicle- it was in immaculate shape for a test drive of a used car, and Layann was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was patient with us as we both wanted to drive while the other day in the car with the kids, and was so helpful through the process when we decided to purchase. When we came up to purchase the vehicle Thursday evening she was patient when we found out the credit Union mistyped the check, but offered to drive the vehicle to us Friday evening after they closed because she felt bad that we drove all that way twice and didn’t want us to again- she had no reason to feel bad either she was professional, courteous, kind and so very helpful! When she brought the car to us it was like a brand new car inside and it was a seamless handoff! The incredibly thoughtful donuts were an amazing treat to celebrate our new vehicle as well, thank you so much!If I ever need a new car again I would go to Layann in a HEARTBEAT! She is so honest and helpful and was a dream to work with. Our experience (although with the minor hiccup of the check issue that is on the credit Union) was wonderful- I’ve bought many cars in the past ten years and this is hands down the best experience and I wouldn’t go elsewhere now. I took my car in because of a slow tire leak. The service staff was friendly and efficient, and the diagnosis (finding a nailIn the tire) and repair was done professionally and quickly. I waited in their waiting room, which was clean and large.I took my car in for a regular maintenance and waited in the lounge. The lounge was nice and clean, and was comfortable. Service was excellent and friendly as well.

This was the WORST vehicle buying experience of my life. The sales person, Devyn, was a pleasure to work with. The used car Sales Manager, Ramzy Sheikh, was rude and disrespectful throughout the process.If we had not driven 3.5 hours for this specific car, I would have walked out of that dealership.As a business owner myself, there is no way on this Earth that this person, Ramzy, would represent my company.I could go on and give examples of this mans lack of interest and care for the customer, but it is not worth it. Just trust me...... stay away from this dealership as long as they retain people like Ramzy on their staff..... especially as a Manager.To me, having Managers with such bad attitudes and lack of care for customers speaks volumes about the ownership and organization. They can put up signs about values, Mission Statements, etc., but if you dont live by them...... it is only words.STAY AWAY. There are hundreds of dealerships that care about providing a quality buying experience...... this is NOT one of them.

Layann was super helpful and patient with me even though she was dealing with three customers at once andI forgot my title and my paperwork and was generally just very absentminded. I appreciated that she wasnt really pushy or condescending, just patient and up front about things.

Amazing service experience. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2019 Infiniti and had a couple of small issues with it that I wanted to remedy. 1. Trim piece of running board was coming loose. 2. Wind noise coming from sunroof. 3. Creaking noise coming from center console when I hit a bump. The service team assessed the problems through rigorous testing to verify the root cause and they fixed each issue perfectly, including ordering a new trim piece for the running board. They provided me with a loaner vehicle (same model as mine, but a year newer) which was a huge convenience for me while they worked on my vehicle. I got the car back the other day and it is just like new again :-) Kudos to Aimee and the service team for an amazing job! You guys rock!

Went in for a simple oil change and rotation. They sold me on a brake fluid flush. A car wash is part of the service they provide well they should skip that my car looked worse then when I brought it in. I think they ran a hose over 1/2 the car and only dried the doors. It looked horrible and black shoe marks on my door panel then when I brought it to their attention I was told it could take up to an hour to clean it because they take it to another building! Really? No apologies from the service advisor. So unhappy with my experience
