Moose was a great help in our car buying experience. We came to look at the Kia Carnival and we ended up buying one. Moose was very welcoming, very knowledgeable, understanding and above all he was relatable and sympathetic. He understood our needs and limitations and he worked hard to put as at ease without pushing us against our will.The experience was fast and easy. I would recommend to always have a sales person as good and patient as Moose. We love our new Kia Carnival!!!!

Taking my vehicle to Feldman Kia in Novi is always a pleasure! I am leasing my vehicle from there. Check out Anthony Boone. He’s a great salesmen. When I return for my oil changes the staff is always pleasant. I like the 7:00 am slot before work. They are efficient and very pleasant considering the time of the morning. It is peaceful and accommodating if you want to pull out your laptop or have a morning devotional. You can definitely do it while you wait. The staff after reviewing the services for the vehicle and recommending services that will keep the vehicle efficient they escort you a clean waiting area. When your vehicle is ready they escort you to the cashier and than escort you to your washed vehicle. 5 stars Feldman Kia of Novi! Keep up the good work!

Derrick the service manager was awesome. He restored my trust and confidence in Kia as a company. He listened to our problem and although another Kia dealership left out to dry after 8 months of not giving a care. Derrick worked hard to find a reasonable solution to our major engine problem. I was extremely pleased that people like Derrick still understand that customer care means exactly that caring about your customers.

PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END. I am customer to Novi Kia, I am also new to the Novi area. After receiving a letter that my car was under the Kia settlement warranty I called the number and set up an appointment with Feldman Novi Kia. I was told mix messages and also got the run around when it came to explaining what wasnt covered under the warranty. Also, I was told by Novi Kia that I didnt have any recalls. When making the initail appointment. Later, When dropping off my car to he stated that I had a Recall on my car and that it would be taking care of but never stated what it was. Nonetheless My vehicle is only at 71000 miles which I was told that the warranty ends at 60000 miles for what needed to be fixed. Derek Samp Service manager stated that I dont know what your going to do either in a response to when I found out about the 60000 miles warranty. This I was unaware of. I was disappointed that he responded In that matter. I stated that I would be picking up the car. Even If I wanted to pay to get it fixed there the customer service alone would make me hesitate. I wasnt looking for a hand out but merely an understanding between a customer and the service that I expected to have . First time would be last time. After picking up the car I noticed that my gear is scratched and the lock release button was chipped. I called and stated that to the service Rep and to COLE on which during the conversation I was hung up on and never received a call back. I was very disappointed on the customer service I went to BBB and stated everything you see here.

Derek left us feeling like the bad people, we returned our rental over the weekend to try and get on top of everything and make sure we were prepared when we picked the car up, We really didnt think it would be a big issue unfortunately it was, Derek was hesitant to release the car to us, then said we may be charged for an extra day because we didnt call Hertz to confirm the vehicle was received, I offered to let them keep it the car over night to confirm that the rental was returned properly, his response was just I trust you. Because we had no rental paperwork we received almost zero information as to what was done to the car, nor did we get any paperwork. We were never informed that we needed to bring back a receipt and that dropping the rental off after business hours would be a problem, the work performed seems to be okay, although it is SIGNIFICANTLY harder to shift the vehicle from park now,, all in all not the greatest experience.EDIT: Very disheartening to see that you guys only respond to positive comments, we received our paperwork in the mail finally, BUT the second issue we brought the car in for that we were told the technician couldnt duplicate MAGICALLY resurfaced AS SOON AS WE PULLED OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP, which begs the question, did the even look at it, our experience just keeps getting worseEDIT: One last edit, changing my review to one star, the trip and reset buttons no longer work somehow, which I am 100 percent sure they did at one point, because when we brought the vehicle in it was on outside temperature, now its stuck on trip A, the binding from the rear end has gotten even worse, while nothing to do with them I still cannot believe they couldnt duplicate the issue not once have I received ANY correspondence other than an automated review survey, which I refuse to fill out because it just going to hurt my Service Advisor - Coles Customer Service score, which is wrong because he did nothing and was extremely friendly, Thanks for leaving me high and dry guys, really showing your true colors

Not a pleasant experience. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone discussed with me est prices, told me a car I was looking for was on the lot that I could come in test drive. I asked about all the final fees and he have me a false number. When I arrived he was not even a sales rep, he is the guy who makes appointments. I felt swindled into false numbers to get me into the door.. too bad it also made me walk right back out empty handed. I will never purchase or lease from Feldman again (which is where my first vehicle was purchased, in Livonia) This was a second car for my mother as hers needs replaced.

Beware of this dealership! They have unethical business practices and poor customer service. They attempted to withhold my signed documents and lied during the signing process. They will not return the phone calls, emails or text messages, I have made in good faith, to resolve the matter. Dont make the same mistake. Take your business to another dealership.

I bought a pre-owned vehicle from this dealer and the salesman Moose was great! However, after that the service went down hill. After the initial sale of the car you are placed into a waiting room, much like a line at Disney world (don’t see many others waiting but you are going to be there forever) After contacting Moose about waiting so long we were taken care of by Ana Munoz to go over the paper work. While going over warranties with me, Ana stated I had a 90 day bumper to bumper warranty through the dealership and after that my extended warranty would kick it. I contacted the dealership about me having to fill up my coolant twice in the five weeks of owning the vehicle. I was told to make an appointment to have the vehicle looked at. At the time of making the appointment I stated I would need a loaner car to get back and forth from work. They said I would need to wait longer to get my vehicle in to get a loner (I said that was fine) I showed up at my 720 am appointment on 6/7 only to get the runaround from the service center about not having a loner available (my confirmation email from Feldman stated I would need a loner vehicle) Finally, after an hour and sent to the other dealerships service center I was able to get a loner and drop my car off. The service center did not look at my vehicle until the next business day and told me the repairs would not be covered. I tried reaching Ana to clarify since she said I had 90 days for bumper to bumper coverage through the dealership but she has decided not to contact me back (it’s been a few days). After all that, they charged me $145 to diagnose my vehicle. Long story story- I would absolutely buy another car from Moose, if Ana and the service center was not attached to the transaction. If you decide to buy a car from here beware of the promises made.

Had a great experience. Rob Reese helped us through the whole process and provided us with superior service. I inquired online and was contacted by him regarding the specific vehicle I was interested in. He helped me get the most money out of my trade-in and got me a fair monthly payment. We were there towards the end of the night and he stayed late just for us. He answered all of our questions and showed us all around the new vehicle and how to use all of the new features. VERY HELPFUL and kind! All of the other staff we interacted with were also very friendly. The building and car were clean. No complaints. Had a great experience! I came to Kia in Novi as a referral from a friend who had a great experience. Unfortunately I am not. Sales associate is terrible with returning emails and phone calls. I have reached out several times with barely a response. I’m very frustrated. I feel like they don’t want to help me. So I will be going else where to spend my money. What a waste of time.

Took my car in for recall repairs, one of which was from a break leak, needless to say Derek, the Service manager laughed at me when I asked if the leaking break fluid could cause suspension and rotor issues (called kia corporate and yes, indeed the leak can cause these issues) and responded with all we are doing is replacing a fuse... well Sir, no theres more to it than that and Ben and Derek both stated that they didnt see a leak... how is that possible when Ive seen a leak and so has my fiance...I tried calling Dereks boss Matt but he wasnt in so I left a voicemail for the GM, which I never got a call back from. Ive been a loyal customer, have even brought my family to their dealership recently and after this occurrence.. well you can say good riddance.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Absolutely DO NOT go here. I applied for a lease online, was approved, and given all the details on my lease. Was called to make an appointment to just come in sign the lease and pick up my keys. Well when I showed up they had absolutely no information on me. Ended up taking TWO HOURS out of my time to completely RESUBMIT ANOTHER CREDIT APPLICATION just to tell me Im not approved? Even though I was told earlier that I was and everything was ready to go! What a joke. I contacted the manager personally and was completely brushed off with no follow up and then ignored. They couldnt even answer me as to who my personal information went to when I applied online but they didnt have it. When it was one of THEIR TEAM MEMBERS who called me, approved me, and scheduled the appointment. Funny enough, 2 hours later I was approved by Mitsubishi in Waterford and got a much better deal, a much nicer car, and it was just as effortless as Kia claimed it would be with them. I highly recommend giving Mitsubishi a try (;

I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with a sales associate discussing options for a custom order. I was told to come in to finalize the order and make a down payment, since it couldnt be finalized on the phone. Complete lie. After driving 30 minutes, I arrived to to be told custom orders werent allowed. What a colossal waste and lack of consideration of my time. Dishonest and misleading practices to get you through the door. They should be ashamed of their practices.

Service team do not care about customer problems in order to properly address concerns with Kia regarding design and manufacturing issues but insist customer to pay for the fix. Rust on fairly new vehicle- service deemed not an Kia issue. Hesitant start- new battery replaced but issue still exists. Both ignition keys set metal part separating from housing- service deemed not Kia issue. Provided $1000 quote to fix and heavily argued it is not Kia issue even at just 60000 miles on vehicle.

This is for the service department. (The shuttle driver was a gentleman and pleasant. Exclude him from hate.)TL;DR: I scheduled an appointment for brake pads and tires, was quoted a price and signed, then the service department decided they wouldnt do what I asked unless I paid an extra $8000 for things I didnt want, and still tried to charge me for inspections I didnt ask for.I booked an appointment for 7:45, which I was early for, to have some brake pads fixed and to have my snow tires swapped out. I was quoted at just over $200 for all that.As I signed the quote and prepared to leave, I was told that my car wouldnt be worked on until noon. Other cars had priority. Probably shouldnt have booked me for 745 but whatever. So I go home and call back around 1 and ask what the situation on my car is so I can try to find my way there.Brake pads and tires right? They want me to buy a whole new engine and replace all my brake calipers or they will refuse to put my tires on. I kept trying to tell the lady I didnt want any of that, but as she said herself, they dont get paid unless they do work. Honestly thats not my problem. They tried really hard to make that $8000 operation sound like a good deal. Then tried to tell me they wouldnt even put the tires on unless I did that. Then they tried to charge me for a vehicle inspection I didnt ask for.Im currently on my way to pick up my vehicle. Im wondering if they can legally hold my car hostage like this. Im not happy.Update: The manager wound up not charging me for anything but I was asked to sign a waiver saying I acknowledged I was driving an unsafe car. Then they tried to sell me on a credit card to get the $8000 engine and brake work they recommended done. This is predatory and disgusting. Go literally anywhere else but here for maintenance.

Overall we had a good experience. Our salesman Mick was very down to Earth and we felt very comfortable with him. The time we spent with Bill doing the paperwork was pretty much the reason for the 4/5 star. We did not like that he would not accept a $100 coupon we had from their website for entering our contact information into a pop-up message box. When we stated that it was making us unhappy that he would not accept the coupon and that it could affect our review, he threatened to not let us purchase the car. He proceeded to try to get us to buy extra warranties, but by that point we just wanted to get away from him. I would recommend stopping in to Feldman Kia to anyone shopping for a new car, and I hope Bill was just having a long day and does not try to bully customers on a regular basis.

About the service: They work really fast! That is good because they don’t keep your car for a long time. They used to wash your car and that was something that I would look forward to, but they don’t do it anymore. They make you sign the paperwork before they do the check up, shouldn’t the signature be after they go over the details of what they did with you? They didn’t really explain what they did to the car.

Had a great experience working with Moose to lease a 2021 Kia Telluride. I wasn’t sure what model was best for me based on my budget and they helped me figure it out and gave me a number of options which would help me stay within a comfortable range. They didn’t initially have the model best for me available and I had to walk away but they called the next day with the perfect vehicle and got me in quick and painlessly, and without pressure. I really enjoy my taking my car here. The staff is always professional and lets me know what to expect with my vehicle. I scheduled appointment for my Kia Optima to be diagnosed for a steering wheel issue. Once I dropped off my car at 9 am they found the problem in under 2 hours and had my car done before 3pm which was great! Since I didnt have a ride back to the dealership the service advisor Chris arranged for me to be picked up by the Feldman Kia shuttle. The process of paying, using a coupon and picking up my car was seamless and the staff are all welcoming which makes me feel good about choosing Feldman Kia.

Jean at the service desk was wonderful! She explained what was going to take place, offered coffee and a warm place to wait. I needed an oil change and my tires rotated. I was there about an hour, not long in my opinion. I was also given a 10% off coupon, which I wasnt expecting and it made my day! I am extremely pleased with the service here and I will definitely go back!

I recently took my girlfriends vehicle there for a quick oil change and general service. They did a pretty good job and in a timely manner. I had to wait for sometime since they had a few other vehicles to work on but you can wait at the main showroom area and spend some time there looking at their new releases. The staff at the service department was friendly and answered some of my questions as well. Overall a good experience.

This place is 100 percent UNPROFESSIONAL. I purchased a 2015 Acura MDX from them back in June of this year! The tailgate was broken to which The salesman there told us it was a electrical problem and it WAS NOT!! there was a broken light in the front, to which they said they were going to fix and order the part. Here it is now damn near August and they have yet to call us back or tell us about the part that they said they were going to fix. We have been doing ALL the calling. They have been spinning us in a circle left and right, NOTHING has been done to rectify the situation, but they took my $2000 ON THE SPOT!!! At this point I will be seeking legal advise and it’s a shame that I have to do so with a “A list” car lot! VERY DISAPPOINTED FELDMAN KIA OF NOVI!!!

I will not return to this dealer strictly due to the Service.I have never been spoken to so rudely or talk down to.I have been waiting on a call back about an issue with my Telluride for over a month. I have several calls in to the dealership, a call into Kia corporate themselves and still nothing.

I only, only wanted to check to see how much payments were for a newer car without having to be hounded by someone. So I just filled out what they needed online and it didnt effect my credit so the only reason I did that. Then I did that, found out instantly what I needed then was like ok cool. Then I get non stop calls from 4 different people and tons of voice-mails everyday after and sometimes 3 4 times a day. I had no idea they were going to bombard me with that otherwise I would of never done that. If I had a question or wanted to know something I would of called myself. Sharks 🦈 not cool you push people away from buying 🙄
