I know that Ive reviewed a few cell repair centers. However, I hope this will be my last review, about cell repair centers. My S1+s camera screen protector broke. (SAMSUNG HAS ISSUES WITH CAMERAS SHORTING). I live in the Boca Raton area. I contacted a few repair centers near me, and was so disappointed. I then searched for a place I went to last February, in NMB. I found Phone And Computer Express Repair, by accident. It was the best accident Google ever made. This place is a 45 minute drive, without traffic. I called, spoke to the owner, Ovi. He told me he needed to order the part. He is the only person that did not have the part, had to order it, and didnt ask me to pay over the phone.I just left PACER( Phone and Computer Express Repair). Ovi, the Owner/Repair Genius, is not trained by YouTube. He is the trainer on YouTube. While I was waiting (25 minutes, most places told me I would have to leave my phone there for a few hours), three customers left the place, with a big 😀 on their face.By the way. I learned of Ovis business from a friend who highly recommended him as being very knowledgeable with great prices. Last year, I had taken my All-In-One PC to him to replace the mechanical hard drive with a solid-state drive when the PC was taking forever to load (5 minutes or more) and take forever to update; basic programs were continually stalling (Microsoft Office suite). He immediately noted that the mechanical drive was running hot and was making all types of sounds - it was about 5 years old. He stated it was on its way out. He replaced the hard drive and the results were amazing. The machine booted right up within 15 seconds or less without any delay and I was very happy.Fast forward to the present, and I had decided to splurge and get myself a new PC that was powerful and fast, able to be upgraded, that would have a state-of-the-art I-9 processor with maximum memory and cooling capability (using a liquid cooling system). The All-In-One that I previously had could not be upgraded similarly due to space and design limitations. Ovi asked me what my budget was and when I told him, he set to work to investigate what sort of PC he could create for me within my budget that would be fast, powerful meet my expectations. I frequently use my PC for work at home, and am accustomed to being able to work with an extremely responsive PC at work, and wanted that same sort of freedom at home without the frustration of delays when using multiple programs at once. He then asked me about a monitor - we finally settled on a 30-inch curved monitor designed for gaming (even though I am not a gamer). He selected tower to house all the components, complete with flashing lights and a thickened glass side - very flashy for my normal conservative taste, but after using it for a little, it has grown on me in a surprisingly pleasant way. I am in love with the huge curved monitor; its beautiful and provides a large canvas to use for work or home projects - a big difference from my prior All-In-One PC.When I brought the new PC home to set it up, I had some questions relating to the OS version in Windows 10 that I needed to resolve before copying my saved data to the new PC. Ovi answered all my questions patiently, even as I texted him late at night (thinking he would answer the next business day). All in all, his knowledge and great customer service has been the best, always willing to assist.I highly recommend Ovi to assist you in whatever your phone or computer needs or desires are - he is sure to suggest something that fits your needs. His timing is excellent, too. He finished working on my new PC earlier than anticipated, much to my surprise! I am extremely happy with my new PC and thoroughly enjoy doing business with Ovi at Phone and Computer Express Repair. I will continue to go to him to help me as new PC or phone needs and desires arise. If you give him the opportunity, Im sure that you will feel the same way, too.
