If You Are Looking For A Dependable Form Of Transportation This Is Definately Not The Place To Buy It From. I Purchased A 2016 Chevrolet Trax From Car Choice On July 30 Of 2021. The Car Ran And Drove Fine For The First 5 Days Of Owning It, And Then One Day As I Was On My Way Home From Work On August 4th I Got A Reduced Power Message On The Dash And The Car Wouldnt Go Any Faster Than 5mph. I Shut The Car Off, Then Turned It Back On And Just Thought That It Was No Big Deal. As I Was On My Way To Class Traveling On The Interstate On August 5 At 75 Mph The Car Stalled Out On Me And I Had to Coast To The Shoulder To Get Out Of The Oncoming Traffics Way. Shortly After My Vehicle Stalled I Got A Text From The Diagnostics System Saying I Needed My Engine And Transmission Serviced Immediately. I Went To The Dealership And They Were Of No Help Whatsoever, When I Told Them About The Problem They Did Not Believe Me And Belittled Me Because As A Female They Assume That I Know Nothing About Cars And They Can Tell Me Anything Just To Get Me Out Of Their Faces. I Spent $2000 Of My Hard Earned Dollars Here Thinking I Was Getting A Reliable Car That Would Take Me To Work And Class With No Problem, But Instead I Got Ripped Off For A Car That Had Major Engine And Transmission Issues At Only 56,000 Miles.

They fix cars enough to sell them. I bought a 2015 Kia Soul with 40,000 in august for a little under 20,000 which was a ripoff considering the first week I had it. I had to get the tire patched cause my tire pressure sensor kept going off. They didn’t give me a key for the lug nuts to be taken off so I called. They did take my locking lug nut off. So I could replace my brakes. When I went to replace the brake pads it ended up being a 1,500 dollar fix due to the calibers and suspension needing replaced and two tires already had metal exposed on them. Before I even reached 43,000 miles on my vehicle. Firestone told me the dealership I bought it from should have inspected this before selling it to me but that’s how they rip people off. Don’t buy a car from here unless you had no choice like me. I’ll never be back. Haven’t even had the car for 6 months yet and it’s already cost me so much. They didn’t even give me good windshield wipers either. Had to replace them the week I got it too.

Please consider, I am giving two stars only because I have not had a long relationship with Car Choice. So, my review is based solely upon my experiences since purchase a little over a month ago.First, their customer service leaves much to be desired. There appears to be no real sense of urgency on the part of sale or management. I had a hard time reaching sales, as I was repeatedly told that someone was off or out for the day. You can walk around the lot forever, and no one will come to see you. I sat in the waiting room for almost 20 minutes before someone asked me if I needed help!Secondly, the first question out of the salespersons mouth is How much do you have down? That would seem to depend on the car and how much you want the payments to be, right? Not here. Its basically their way of saying that they want as much down as possible from you. They started to squeeze me for almost $4,000 down! Thats 4 THOUSAND as a down payment. Then...Third, you are hustled into a little room at closing. A virtual cartoon assistant (not a real person) goes over the paperwork. No option to ask questions about why the payments are $500 per month or to determine how they arrived at the 18% interest rate they did not tell you about BEFORE putting you in that little room.But, like you, I needed a car and some credit. So, I dove in. It was my choice, after all.Lastly, Ive had my car for about 1 month and the passenger LED taillight is out. Needs replacing. I noticed it because a state trooper pulled me over and told me it was flickering as I went down the road. No ticket, though.And these whole tail light assemblies must be changed. NOT CHEAP.The little smudge on my windshield (that was present when I test drove it) turned out to be deep scrapes from a previously broken wiper- right in my field of view. The glass guy says it looks like someone tried to buff it out and make it look better, but once I washed it a couple of times, the wax in the scratches washed away. Turns out it will need to be replaced in the tune of about $350.Overall, Im not completely satisfied by Car Choice. But, their name says it all: Car CHOICE.Will it get better? Will they reach out to help? I will let you know.

They are very shady people I bought a 2015 Chevy Equinox from them 2 years ago. 4 months after I purchased the car they sent me a letter to take the vehicle and have a tracker removed from underneath. They claim they forgot to take it off. Also watch the Rule 78 usuary game played at this business. this is a debt trap for borrowers whose credit may need some help. Its a pre calculated interest that makes it impossible to pay off your vehicle early. Once you sign on that dotted line you are responsible for the price of the loan and interest regardless if you pay an extra car note or two. Trust me and go shop else where youll get a better deal.

My limited experience was super shady. It took 3 attempts to get a straightforward price on a 2015 Yaris I saw as I was driving by. I stopped at the lot and was told it would be 13k-14k based on where it was located in the lineup. I left and checked online to get a firm price but it wasnt listed so I called and spoke to a manager. He told me a salesman would give me a call back. When I received the call the next day, I was asked when I wanted to test drive it. When I asked the price, I was placed on hold and told I told you 19k yesterday but its actually ~15k. A NEW Yaris is 18k right down the street. Dont let them waste your time with their games and inflated prices.

I had some trouble with this car when I first bought it and I get it, it happens but, they have been super helpful with fixing everything I’ve needed done to the car. The manager (Chris) has made sure he has done everything possible to make sure that I’m happy and that the car is running the way I should. I feel like they were honest with me about everything!!! The one thing I like the most is even though I’ve called and bugged them enough times no one seemed irritated everyone seemed very understanding and did whatever needed to be done to make sure I was satisfied!!
