Hello Everyone- This is me that another review for you.American Car Center located in North Little Rock on Warren road.Now I got a call from the OWNER of this company about a month ago.Because of some miss understanding at one of the car lot.NOW LOOK - You know just like me!That if you the OWNER took the time out of his schedule to make a simple call that speaks :Hellafied:Valium of RESPECTthat a person can show.So it reflex in all the person do.I called a week ago, stated what I was looking for. Within minutes she explained the different locations to choose from. I did my thing called back. She even found the same model and year with less miles.--- The car was ready for me SATURDAY). I’ve had my car now for four months and the engine just went out. I’ve been getting nothing but a run around for two days now. Supposedly there’s a powertrain warranty with the warranty department people will not answer the phone or call me back. They seem to not be interested at all in making good on their warranty. Very very very disappointing.

I want to give American Car Center a huge shoutout! Especially to Neisha! I was completely discouraged when I called her, and explained that I needed a car and what I was working with. I had gone to Mark Mclarty Toyota with high hopes of getting a Toyota Camery. They denied me after 24 hours and going round and round. When I called Neisha, she didnt just answer the phone, she listened. Neisha told me she would take care of me, and she did just that. Just to forewarn you this company will try to get every bit of money out of you and it will be way more then what you should be paying even with bad credit. If you have bad credit go to carmax. At least you get what you want and their cars are better taken care of. James and neisha at nlr only care whether you have a downpayment and neisha has a bad attitude. They try to make it a hassle to see their inventory. Stay away from this place. Go to Carmax if you have bad credit. Way better selection, better deals, more transparency and professionalism. Time for a new car team at ACC NLR. They arent gonna help you unless you have money to put down. Stay away from places like this as they will have hidden fees and percentages. Someone with a 450 credit score could do better then this place. Straight trash. Theres no improving. Yall need a new sales team if youre going to improve.
