The cashiers always have a attitude. No matter how pleasant Ive been its like they are mad because I stopped their phone conversation (which really didnt stop because they either put it on speaker or have their ear piece in), or they act as if they are upset they have to be at work. So very unprofessional.

This store isnt stocked like other family dollas are. Its ok for me its in walking distance for me. Overall its got boxes and stuff throughout the aisles making it hard to get thru. Dont except to get everything you mite have got at a different family dollar cause its not stocked hardly at all like otheres are. Dollar General down street from there go there 1st. It has way more selection.

They are not open at 8am! There is a huge OPEN sign next to the door. They are not open. There is a sign showing the hours and they open at 9am M-F. Quite misleading.

The people in family Dollar was very friendly this is north Charleston they are very friendly the stove is clean service is great cashier was awesome

Lines are usually long and theres only one cashier most of the time. I wouldnt recommend buying anything you would want to return here. Cashiers and management are condescending 99% of the time. I only shop here for very small purchases. Prices are decent.

Isles so full cant get thru. Best deals are abundant right now.

They are really rude & the store seems to always be open when they feel like opening it. They just need to shut that Family Dollars down its always something.

I went to get some stuff for the rest of dinner I was cooking and it was 7pm and the door was locked and no one was there. Why was it closed when it says it is open until 10pm??

Ghetto, n the manager was ringing me up n cussing n swearing like crazy . Very unprofessional. The item I stopped there for was stolen. They just left the packaging. I wont ever shop there again...corporate needs to do a revamp there of employess...etc....it was a mess inside also.
