Wonderful people. Extremely helpful. Rented a van that could transport a person in a wheel chair. Vehicle was clean and ready to go. Very reasonable cost.

Mobility works did a great job repairing my brothers van to keep him mobile in his wheelchair.

I purchased a 2019 RAV-4 from Faulkner Toyota.I need my car modified to L peddle (I had my R leg amputated below the knee)Toyota had told me they use MOBILITY WORKS.I contacted MB and my salesperson was Donna.They first used a key to initiate the L peddle.It didn’t work.They then put in a PUSH BUTTON to initiate the L peddle, and it is working fine.Through out this process, MB worked to make sure everything was right for me.The great people at MOBILITY WORKS I came in contact with: Donna, Al, Bruce, Chris, Greg & Tim. I hope I didn’t leave out.There are approximately 24 people working at this location of MOBILITY WORKS.To all, Thank You for helping me to get my independence back & driving again 😘

Ive had quite a bit of work done over the years at MobilityWorks. The work that they do there is precise and crucial to those of us that require special equipment in our vehicles to drive. Just like everyone else, car breakdowns and equipment failures rarely happen at convenient times. The difference is, we cant simply borrow or rent another car. These good people have an exemplary understanding of the challenge this can pose. They have always treated me respectfully and gone out of their way to get me in and out in a timely manner at a reasonable price for excellent service. The staff is awesome and I greatly appreciate all they do! AAA+++

I have to keep calling about a part. I think the part is being made in North Korea. My husband wheelchair which he needs has been at Mobility Works for 3 weeks today.

Took someones van to be serviced. I loved the wait didnt mind it at all because I was in the waiting room by myself and loved it, free wifi, coffe, tea and cookies. Friendly staff and nice, fully equipped handicapped vehicles, but very very pricey here.

I had a recent car accident that totaled my vehicle. Went through heartbreak and deep depression losing my independence. Researched so many options & vehicles taking time to rule out what will work/ not work. Came across so many companies and individual salesman that had the worst bedside manners !!! Until I met John Burch at Mobilty works. What a wonderful, caring, compassionate gentleman. John only wanted the best for me and my mobility to declare my independence again. His patience with my craziness, being indecisive, never changed his heartwarming soul to sell me a vehicle or push myself into something quickly for a sale. Hes absolutely amazing, along with the Norristown location staff. I highly recommend anyone in need of a vehicle, outstanding customer service support, to look no further then HERE!!! I wish I could give less than 1 star. This is solely based on their service department. I have used them three times now to transfer hand controls from one vehicle to another and each time the service manager swears up and down that the car will be ready in one day. Yet again here I am after two days still waiting on my car. They know that I cant drive a regular car so being without a vehicle really takes a toll on me trying to get to work or do anything else. They just seem completely incompetent and unable to perform the job they say they will. Unfortunately this is the only place that performs this service in my area so I am stuck using them.

They are all about helping people with or without any disability to make there quality of life that much better

I wish I could also give them NO stars. One is too many!! I had my daughters mobility vehicle towed there. They said repairs totaled $7,500!! I called them several times to ask for a itemized bill, and tgey never called me back! Which turned out to be a good thing because I called the tri state area, and finally found Brunswick Auto Mobility in North Brunswick, NJ. I had the car towed from Mobility Works to Brunswick and they called me the next day and said repair would be $850!!!! I been doing the happy dance. Brunswick is now my go to place! Let it ve yours!! Dont get ripped off. Brunswick is family owned and I trust them completely.Btw--- mobility works said they had to ship the part to Texas! more costs!!! Brunswick does all the work right there!! We are so happy we found a place to maintain this mobility vehicle. Dont be fooled. Dont be taken advantage of!!! Ask for Roger, thats who we talked to, and Len was so informative and honest!
