I honestly loved this dealership when it came to getting my first car here. However I would never ever recommend it to anyone. I am truly disappointed with the service department here at this specific location. Two times I have gotten my car damaged when I have brought it in for ONLY routine maintenance and inspection. One time I was accused of breaking a specific part under my engine (I was told I went under my engine and broke a specific part manually) and the second time my spark plugs were installed incorrectly and caused my engine to misfire only two months after having new ones installed. I was even told when I had the misfire issue that a specific temperature sensor was broken but no one could explain to me the part was or what it did. They simply said the car would have no issues and the misfire was cleared. I now have to take my car to a mechanic to fix all the damages done to it which is extremely frustrating because Ive already spent so much money at this dealership for how much they charge for maintenances. Be careful when bringing your car to this dealership especially if youre a female!

Back in January I helped my son get his VW Beetle and I loved how Wynn took car of him. When it came time for me to get a new VW Atlas, I looked at Wynn again. Same great service, I like the appointment method they use to get things done. It didnt waste my time and they respected that my time which mean a lot.

Mac took me on the best test drive to see how the car adjust to different terrains. The process after I decided to purchase the car was painless. The finance lady (I forgot her name) was really good. This is my third vehicle from Jim Wynn Volkswagen yet, my first time working with Steve Pion. Lemme tell you - He is the TRUTH! Not only is he a friendly and knowledgeable salesman, but very thorough as well! He knew we were coming to trade in on our lease and he was proactive in getting me to complete a lot of the preliminary items needed ahead of time so that all I had to do was sign a few forms once I was there. He even called ahead to my car insurance agent to get the ball rolling with switching the vehicles over. If youre in search of a new vehicle, Go to Jim Wynn VW and ask for Steve. PERIODT!

SUPER Dissatisfied. I tried shaking off my experience from last year... But with the service I received I refuse to continue to sit by and be silent about my experiences. Last year I had my car serviced. I wasnt sure what the problem was, but it turns out it was just my battery. They changed my battery and did a few other things.. Kept my car for two weeks and the technician was super rude....Regardless, I was guaranteed a 5 year warranty.. I decided to get the battery from the dealer because I didnt want to bother with AutoZone and the likes because I know some of those batteries can die quickly and need to be replaced often....I wanted quality. Fast forward to one year later exactly. My car has needed a jump at least once a week because the battery is dead again... My AAA had confirmed as well as two other mechanics, my battery is dead... I took my car there super early which was requested of me, I spoke to a snarky service manager as well as a snarky associate, and learned their service department says my battery is fine according to their testing. Convenient, right... They refuse to replace it... I spoke to the GM who advised we dont work for free and he doesnt know what to tell me...Next steps.. you guessed it, pay 200+ for a diagnostic test because my car has some issue they cant determine without it. I purchased the battery from them because they are a dealer and I knew it had a warranty, but whats the point of paying the extra?I could have went to Autozone and got better service.... Thankfully AAA replaces batteries one per year and the other dealer in Trevose is phenomenal with service issues. Good luck out there.

I just bought my new GTI from Matthew and Rob at Jim Wynn and was very happy with my experience. This was my first time buying a new car on my own and I visited other dealers and they all felt a little pushy and shady. At Jim Wynn they werent pushy and were very friendly. They will just give you the best price theyre willing to give so there isnt much negotiating at least for a new car. I left feeling confident about my purchase and not upsold or cheated. This is the absolute worst dealership. Do not take your car here! We have tried to schedule routine maintenance for our car several times now, calling the dealership at least 5 times, only to be told that we cannot schedule an appointment. We called the morning of the day we planned to take our car in, only to be told that they could accommodate the service and to bring the car in. My husband and father then proceeded to drive to the dealership to be told in-person that they could not accommodate having it dropped off for service and that they should come back later in the day. We live a half an hour from here and have had to juggle arranging and re-arranging car seats to accommodate this. We were simply taking the car there because it was within the routine maintenance, and now, we WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP. Absolutely terrible customer service, no flexibility, no accommodation, and no one has any idea what they are doing there and what they are telling customers. I should also mention that this is the second time this has now happened with this dealership. They have no courtesy or respect for their customers or their time. They have made everything more difficult with this car. They are the absolute worst!

Mac from Wynn VW dealership was super informative. He was very busy the day I went but put aside what he was doing to show me the Tiguan and allow me to test drive. He wasn’t pushy at all and couldn’t have been more friendly! He got the car ready within days for me to pickup and made the whole process very seamless! Simo and Rob always help me out for the exact car and deal I want. No fuss experience. I was in and out in 3 hours and left with a brand new 2021 Tiguan.

Happy the have gotten our BT issues fixed, but the service center knew what our issue was. I was shocked to get a call after our car was dropped off that all of our keys were needed to proceed with the work. We only have the 1 car, and live ~45 minutes from the dealership - Of course we cant drop off the other key in the middle of a week day. On top of that, when we called to confirm our appointment with someone in the service center we were unable to reach anyone because the phone went unanswered 5 time.

Great purchase experience during the Pandemic.I really hate the car buying experience and was not looking forward to it after recently having someone total my Jetta. When I found the vehicle I was looking for on Cars.com I contacted Wynn and Simo got right back to me. He was very responsive and was great at dealing with me through text and email at my preference. Nearly everything was taken care of for me before I got there. The car was waiting right out front and Simo took it to fill the tank while I filled out the final paperwork with the finance clerk. All in all it was about a half hour to 45 minutes, with walkaround included, from the time I arrived till I drove off with my low mileage Tiguan.It was a great experience and I dont plan to go the traditional route ever again after this.

Everyone hates the process of buying a vehicle. Jim Wynn was a pleasure to work with, and I believe they have a great value on their used vehicles. They are very friendly, and accomodating. Going through my own credit union caused more back and forth than normal. There was a miscommunication between the sales consultant Matt Durkin, and I, but he made it right by offering a free loaner vehicle, and did everything he could to get me into my vehicle as fast as possible. This was greatly appreciated. The financial guy that finished everything up for me was awesome, and he wasnt forcing any extra sale on me. Was straight forward, down to earth, and no BS. This was a sigh of relief, and I would recommend Jim Wynn VW, or Volvo to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle.

The staff at Wynn is amazing from the Sale to the Service team I truly felt like I was being taken care of. Trying to buy a car ( especially a used car) is a hassle already. adding a pandemic on top of that is even more of a hassle, but i can personally attest to how well this dealership handled it. I went through so many dealerships to find the car i wanted and all of them gave me a price and then changed their price significantly when i said i wasnt financing. I appreciate how this dealership didnt play any of those games with me. They were kind and efficient, and they were also careful, clean, and followed protocol during a pandemic (the same cant be said for some of the others i visited). I worked with a salesman named Don Morrison and he was extremely helpful within such strange times. All i wanted was to get in, buy a car, and get out, and that was exactly what i got with this dealership. I went through a lot of certified preowned cars and i must say, the price i got here was one of the best and most fair that i saw. Im glad i bought my car here!

Kudos to them for being accountable, although, I still suggest they have some sort of man power available during lunch hours due to their size.

Well they like to give people free cars during covid without a toll sticker to be able to bill us so we won’t get surprise bills from the toll by plate when all the tolls were shut down so instead months later I get a surprise bill.

This is the third VW I have bought from Jim Wynn. I highly recommend this dealership. We had a great experience at this dealership. This isn’t the closest VW dealer to my house but Kel and Rob gave me the best price of any dealership around. Kel is great- he was on the ball and got right back to us with any questions we had in the process of picking out our car. I was so impressed all of the benefits VW and Wynn as a dealership offers. Simo is great to work with! We drove to Norristown to see this Jeep. We were fully expecting it to either be not available or be pressured into buying something more expensive. We were very pleasantly surprised. The dealership is very friendly and no pressure. They are very responsive to inquiries and Rob is very helpful with the car buying process. I would absolutely recommend Wynn and will buy from them again.

I purchased a second vehicle from this dealership recently. I worked with Mac McArthur on both deals and was really impressed with how thorough and informative he was. Very happy to have my needs met on price and monthly payment as well. Also, shout out to the service team. After getting my most recent purchase off the lot, I felt it was braking differently than vehicles I had owned previously. The service team was more than happy to go on a test drive, offered to take me on a ride in a similar vehicle for a comparison, and wound up changing out my rotors on the house. Thanks!!

Excellence service. Hardly had any wait time and they were quick with diagnosing and fixing my problems. They also have a neat little Volkswagen merchandise shop that you can browse during your short wait.
