Ms. Falayshia and the staff have made me a happy happy person..... Was approved for a car loan on Friday..... Found a car on Monday and the car was delivered with new tires... Full tank of gas and running waiting for me to take a ride.... Tuesday early afternoon. Im a customer for life and if possible.... If they ever need a person to be honest in a commercial?.... Ill moon walk across the surface the sun to enjoy the opportunity.... If no one ever said it.... Please understand how great their customer service is..... After receiving the car i even got a follow-up call to make sure Im happy.... I cant explain how happy i am

I highly reccomend. They will find exactly what youre looking for as well as give you many of options. All you do is tell them what it is youre looking for and they will go and get it. I was appointed Falayshia Johnson, she did a perfect job. She actually made me change my mind which isnt a easy task. Just letting you know how good of a worker/car finder she is. Would go to them for my next vehicle as well. 10/10.

Excellent car buying and customer service! Charles was an absolute pleasure to work with, and he made the whole process stress free. He pretty much went out of his way the entire time during the process and even afterwards, as I know he had to overcome some hurdles to get everything done so quickly and easily. I would definitely recommend to any future car buyers.

Hello, heres my story. September 2019 I purchased a bmw 550i. I loved the car. I trusted that since it was the credit union that I didnt need to have the car inspected, surely they wouldnt sell me a bad vehicle. I previously purchased a acura mdx from this location and paid it off 3 years early. After having my bmw for 16 months and taking very good care of this vehicle, made all my payments on time, oil changes every 3000 miles ect. I started noticing an issue with the car once I got on the highway soon after purchase, of stuttering when you press the gas at a high speed. I would not notice this under any other circumstance because I dont drive at high speeds often. I talked to a mechanic about it, and was told that it was a normal thing because bmw doesnt want there vehicles driven fast so thats a safety measure. I was confident in that theory. After having the car for the few months that I had it no issues, until I started noticing the stuttering, or hesitation at low speeds now, but only when you suddenly pressed the gas.. I then took it to a mechanic to have it inspected, which I should have done before I purchased it. I was told that the timing chain was bad and needed to be replaced. The mechanic also said that usually when the timing chain is bad the engine needs replacing. I am beyond disappointed, not even 2 years into the payments and the car needs an engine? I called the credit union and they said that I could trade it in for another vehicle. That did not work because I was getting taken advantage of by giving them way too much money. I lost in this deal. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS, THEYRE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I dont want anyone to have to experience what I am experiencing now.

Tyler Wood found us 2 perfect cars within DAYS, had them ready to go, perfectly detailed. Paperwork was super fast. No pressure to buy (how could we NOT? They were perfect!). Really so much better than the time and shadiness of dealing with dealerships, etc. One was financed through credit union and one was cash purchase. Both super easy. Tyler is super responsive via phone calls, text and email. Wont buy a car anywhere else!

Hands down the easiest way to buy a car! I will never walk into a dealership to buy a car again as long as this service exists. I told Tyler Wood what kind of car I wanted and he delivered, literally!! The car was in fantastic condition. I was extremely pleased with the service. Honestly the worst car buying experience I have ever had. It was the first time I have used this place and the last. Robert Rudd was the man who sold me my car and he could not have been more of a rude, demeaning person throughout the process. First off, I was yelled at for not looking him in the eye while we were checking the coolant. Secondly, he would not let me test drive the car and take it to somewhere to get inspected because I thought there was a problem. And lastly, while I was trying to get all paperwork finalized, he refused to acknowledge my questions and concerns because he was too busy car shopping in online auctions at the moment and was more interested in his computer. What an awful salesman and experience.Personally, I could not even post this review until I had my title in my hand for fear that he would shut down the deal. That is the vibe I received from him.Luckily for me, I bought the car as-is anyways, and there turned out to be no problems at all. Thank you for the knocked-down price for a perfectly good working car all because I was not allowed to get it inspected. What goes around, comes around. I will never be buying from this place again.

I want to start by saying Best Experience Ever! We were in need of a new family vehicle. This was a very quick and convenient process. The new car was delivered to our house by very sweet drivers! They respected our time with the drop off and paperwork. I would recommend CU Carfinders to any friend or family member! When my husband is ready for a new car we will defiantly be coming back!

After paying my first car note I was told I needed an emissions test, which they should have did since the car they were selling had not had one before they sold it. I was told several weeks after the purchase, where anything could have gone wrong with the testing. Couple of weeks ago the front bumper under the head lights started to separate so I contacted Carfinder in Norcross and was told by Charles only SORRY. I bought the car as is, but since they were apart of my Credit Union I didnt expect it to fall apart so soon and only got a sorry and it separated because we saw where the part had been glued probably before selling. No I would not use them again nor refer them. As is should mean after 2 or 3 months then were not taking responsibility. They just told a lie, their rep. did not tell me to bring my car in so they could look at it I have the text where his reply was sorry Mr. Owner. This is my reply and notifying me several weeks after the purchase of a vehicle to let me know that an emissions test was needed was my concern not the cost as you added in your answer Owner. Still not my vote. And in response to the owner saying someone could have backed up in a parking lot and knocked the bumper a loose, I Would have reported damages in which I didnt Owner the bumper was glued together which we found, for some reason. Could it be problems not listed thats my concern Owner. The bumper was not knocked a loose it came a loose and I sent pictures to your Rep. OWNER.

Tyler Wood did an outstanding job of finding a Murano in record time that not only met, but exceeded all our criteria and expectations! He worked some sort of magic to locate this ideal vehicle in Connecticut and then handled its transport down to Georgia. When our mechanic checked it out, he fell in love with the vehicle and couldnt stop talking about it! Tyler Wood is as sharp as they come and we highly recommend his car-finding services!

So it was a haul from douglasville to norcross but i was able to take off from work to make . The agent who helped me was yasir ( not spelled correctly but sounds like it). I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time and was greeted by a flock of professionals who all made sure that my presence was known. Right at 11 mr yasir walked up to me greeted me and the process began he asked me how long i wanted the loan to be me being unsure he brought me back three figures with 3 sets of different terms. After i selected it he left to print the final documents. Sounds pretty standard but if you think about the last time you had to finance a car do you remember being as simple as i described. And mind you my credit ranking was not the best (560 to 580) but through the help of people here and the dealership i bought from all of this has happened without a hitch.

I bought a van from these guys 4 months ago and I waited to write this in case it was a lemon. It has been great and working with these guys was awesome. I came to these guys after going to many different used car places and the document fees and such were literally half what the other guys charged. It was so nice dealing with people that actually told you the truth rather than what they thought you wanted to hear. I worked with Brent who went above and beyond to get me everything I wanted. Great buying experience, but check your trunk thoroughly! The 2016 Hyundai Accent I bought from them was sold with NO spare, NO lug wrench, and NO jack. Several hours and almost $250 later I got it fixed, but omg the hassle this caused!

FIRST time and definitely the LAST time using Carfinders! After my credit union approved my loan they recommended them, I usually find my own vehicles but I further inquired to give them a shot. Started off good with sales person who was in constant communication in locating vehicle I wanted, especially since my own CU referred them for their members. Their driver was late picking up vehicle from selling dealer and delivering to their Norcross office (deeper story behind that). This is where I was not listening to my gut feeling. I was made aware of some imperfections/cosmetics prior to but was told everything on the vehicle works and ran great in excellent condition for 8 yrs old, once I saw vehicle salesperson had some scratches addressed on it. Test drive time - dead battery?? Left vehicle there so battery could be replaced next day. Vehicle wasnt cleaned inside, wasnt horrible but should have been done anyway. Test drive good, noticed daytime running light out. Was told it would be replaced. Next morning leaving for work engine light on!! Get code scanned by Autozone, 7 codes relating to low voltage. I looked at battery and noticed it seemed smaller for an SUV. They installed wrong (smaller voltage) battery which caused codes!! Contacted salesperson, was then sent to drive to one of their partnered shops in Doraville (20 miles from home), had to instruct them to VERIFY the manufacture battery for vehicle. Resolved and replace at no cost. NEXT, found out A/C not working after having another auto shop inspect. $1,300 to replace. Contacted salesperson, the BEST they (carfinders) could do was negotiate a discount with dealer they bought vehicle from... AT MY COST OF $750!! I asked what happened to the vehicle being mechanically inspected?? No proof of inspection, no check list or nothing. Remeber the daytime running light, was told they couldnt reimburse me because its a light assembly not a bulb!! BEWARE before signing papers, HAVE VEHICLE FULLY INSPECTED AND DOCUMENTED. I started my vehicle shopping and felt like each salesman believed that a friendly relationship would make me more likely to buy . I was disappointed that none of them understood or even tried to ascertain my goal in purchasing a vehicle. That was the first thing that Andrew Boarders at Credit Union Car Finders did. He asked me why I was buying a vehicle and for whom. I told him exactly what I wanted and within 48 hours he had located the exact vehicle requested, pristine and affordable. This has been by far THE ABSOLUTE WORST, car buying experience ever. I’ve had to take back a car within one weeks time and the new one i got from them in the trade out seemed good. Left and got on highway after test driving once at a short distance with Tim Stockdale. I then called him back and let him know that a extremely loud sound was coming from front tire, sounding like a harmonica playing under the car - Very annoying and should’ve been fixed. Prior to purchasing they told me that this toyota was serviced fully without a problem. Wrong. The first one was an SUV that was supposed to run well and it looked great. I took it on the highway and it drove like the transmission was going out or bad engine. I brought this to there attention and Tim replied to me “It is on your dime now”! Basically saying it’s your problem, We closed the deal. They will be very nice and responsive until after they sell you a almost Lemon. I’ve never had a worst experience than this and if you are looking to purchase a car from them. I would look further, even a regular dealership would be better than this credit union junk finder place. LOOK ELSEWHERE, i warn you. Also, there customer service sucks and they will give you the run around with any problem you have.

If you are looking to purchase a car, use this company as a VERY LAST result. These people are extremely unprofessional. Im only giving one star for the one person there Ive had great a great experience with. Unless you would to be called and yelled at and spoken to disrespectfully by a representative who works for there company, I dont recommend it.

My credit union referred me to this company when I was looking for a car at the end of August. The credit union and this company was very responsive before the deal was done. The car was delivered to me on September 3, 2019. I contacted Cure, LLC dba CU Carfinders a few days before my temporary registration was sent to expire on October 13, 2019. I was told that the DMV had marked the title application as pended and that it was possible that it would be a few days before I receive the paperwork to transfer my tag to this vehicle. A couple weeks went by and I didnt hear anything. I sent an e-mail to the person who sold me the car on October 24, 2019. I was told to go to the DMV ASAP to get a 30 day extension and they were unable to issue me an extension. I go the DMV and receive the extension, which expires on November 12, 2019. I contacted the salesperson on October 28, 2019 and was told there is an issue receiving the original title from the person/company they purchased the car from. I need my car to get work. If the registration is not valid, I cannot go to my job as this is the only vehicle I have. I intend to pursue legal action to get this issue resolved. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY LACK INTEGRITY.

My buying experience was great and I actually love my car. The only bad part about the whole experience is the fact that when I went to pick up my car as they were detailing it they tore a hole in the ceiling! And they promise to have my roof redone! They said they would shop around to find someone in my area to have it done and that they would get in touch with me! Well I followed back up with them and of course they gave me the run around and the guy that’s the manager over that department never answered his phone and never returned my calls after weeks of trying to get in touch with them! I live over 2 hours away and they have yet to fix the problem and I purchased my car back March. So my advice is if you purchase a car from them and if it’s something you need fixed or taken care of make sure you get it in writing or take your car back!

This has been far the worst experience I️n car buying that I’ve ever been involved with in my life . First off they found s beautiful car staying that they would have a great deal o price and everything . I could have paid this same price or cheaper from a regular ford dealer . But okay it’s money no issue. I receive the car with small damages to the driver seat that they offered to replace, for free . No issue . Then it gets to body work that needed to be fixed. A small issue something simple as a screw for my bumper has turned into a nightmare . This has been ongoing for months . Ive been up there only to be able to give my number take business cards and be told that a mechanic will call me, never Happened. Mind you the damage is only getting worse as they continue to procrastinate. I call managers corporate everything even the guy who sold the car . Silence nobody responds . I finally reach a manager who seemed to be professional only to just as disrespectful as dean . Livid . They then go on to tell me that i caused it and that i had a wreck trying to place all blame on me when none of that ever happened not one scratch on my car . Then she tells me that i need an entire new number that’s gonna cost me $800 ?! Are you kidding me why would i pay for damages to a vehicle that were done prior to me and Damages i reported to them to have fixed . I was told no charge easy fix bring it I️n and I did just that only to be lied to disrespected and walked over . Now that I’ve reached out about this to a manager, i get smart allic tones all capped emails and now that i ask for the corporate information magically no response from anyone . I’m opening up a lawsuit against this company you cannot just sell cars lie to people and think it’s okay. I’ve had it up to here with these unprofessional individuals and it’s a shame you give all this money only to be treated like just another number .
