By far the worst dealership i have visited in town! I was about to go on a test drive on one of their vehicles, when some older guy came up to me and said he had 10 people wanting to buy the car i said ok, I am going on a test drive i am just waiting on the other guy to bring a dealer license. He then tells me to get financed first before test driving the car. How does that makes sense?! Why would anyone just go an hurt their credit score? What if i don’t like the car after the test drive? Did he assume I cant afford a 13k car? Did he discriminate me? Don’t treat these cars like they are house bro, get approved first and then see them. Not how it works, they are just cars. What a joke of a place!

This was a one owner creampuff. After negotiations, I recieved a fair deal. They dont have any junk on the lot.I didnt even feel the need to test drive. We negotiated, and closed on the phone.After the purchase, Bernard had my car cleaned and detailed. He had the a/c charged, and put in a new battery. They even shampooed my mats. ( all without my asking) I am more than pleased.This is cars sales at a high level, and ive purchased too many to count!!!

Purchased a car for our daughter on December 12, 2020. We worked with Jonathan. Ask for him! I am always so very put off by pushy sales people hanging over your shoulder. Jonathan was nothing like that. He asked if we needed help. We told him that we had come to drive the 2001 pt cruiser that had 68k miles on it. He immediately knew where it was and had It brought around for us. There were four of us there so I assumed, due the small car capacity, one of us would have to stay behind while the other three and Jonathan did the test drive. Nope! He let us all four go without him. I wish other car dealers would get that most people want to test drive alone to be able to freely speak to family/friends WITHOUT sales person input or presence! That aspect of trust alone made me want to buy from him. I am so impressed with this car dealership that I am going to call them after the first of the year to ask Jonathan to be on the hunt for me a low mileage convertible. Go here to get a good quality car. You won’t regret it!

Very pleased with the service and vehicle purchase I made. I have never bought a vehicle thats over 2k miles away that I didnt get to test drive, so this was a nerve racking process. Norcross not only did a great job communicating with me, they even scheduled the shipping of the vehicle for me. Other than some basic maintenance that should be expected on an older used vehicle, there is nothing wrong my purchase. I cant believe I found a 20 year old Montero Sport 4WD with only 70k miles on it. The interior looks brand new, the engine is super clean. I have now had the vehicle for over two weeks and I have throughly checked over the vehicle myself, and with the assistance of a master mechanic.Transmission shifts perfectly, no leaks, no problems. Vehicle runs quietly and smooth. Very happy, and would recommend to anyone! Thanks!!

Would rate zero. Lies about mileage and condition of vehicles. Bought a plane ticket to fly down to buy a vehicle. All of a sudden listing pulled and no returned phone calls after multiple messages about final price. Don’t waste your time.

We went to Norcross Motorsports to buy a Honda Accord or Toyota Camry. We initially talked to Pam (Pamela) and them to Mark. Both of them were very patient and friendly. Because of price difference we did not purchase from there but would not mind going there again if they have the vehicles we like and fall in our budget. It was very pleasant doing business with them.

I wish I could rate this a 0 star. Drove 200 miles to see a car I was told had clean car fax and 109k miles. I get there and find an oil leak right away then I pulled my own car fax and find the vehicle actually has over 240,000 miles on it! Four different location reported mileage more than twice what it was showing. But that’s “clean car fax”? No that’s dishonest.Stay away!

One thing I hate in life is to deal with used car salesmen but this place was remarkably different. They were pleasant, not pushy at all, worked with me and we agreed on a price for the vehicle without them being pushy. Got 4 new tires on the truck, they gave me a really good spare tire, fixed little things that I found with the truck, even after a week from the purchase date. Great people

A miscommunication on my part caused a long delay, but they accommodated me anyway and gave me the highest offer for my vehicle of any dealership in the metro area. Mark was forthright and honest, and Pam was as kind and efficient as they come. Would definitely do business there again.

I bought my 2003 4runner here. I cant say enough good things. Salesperson (Bernard) was laid back and not pushy at all. He has the carfax ready for me and it was an entirely local vehicle so there was no concern about buying it at auction from a flooded or snowy area. Most dealerships get deep discounts from auctions in these places. The rear headrests were missing which I wanted for proper installation of carseats. They ordered them for me AFTER THE PURCHASE was finalized. Thats saying something about the integrity of this dealer. I love my new-to-me 4runner and I feel it was a fairly priced and pleasant buying experience. Thanks Norcross Motorsports!

Had to buy 2 cars real quick and inexpensively as both my wife and son totaled their cars on 2 subsequent days. We found the cars and the deals we needed at Norcross Motorsports. After a few weeks, we encountered a transmission issue with one of the cars, took it to a local shop, and were given a $3000 estimate to replace. I called Mark and he told me to bring the car in and theyd take a look. Turns out it was a disconnected sensor plug and the total repair bill was an affordable $0. I cant say enough good things about Mark, Pam, Bernard and their trustworthy and talented mechanic. No one walks into a used car lot expecting to trust the business, but I certainly left that shop feeling that way. HIGHLY recommended.

I bought a car there recently. Salesman was great, the owners wife was really nice and was working with us. The owner is much less welcoming and the prices are non negotiable. We managed to get timing belt/waterpump and sparks plug done for the price of the water pump piece and they also changed the breaks for us before we got the car.

Kind service. Lot is very tightly packed. Vehicle ended up needing a tune-up Within two months of purchase.

First guy I was approached by was the mechanic, who got the keys to the car I drove up 40 miles to see. He was relatively helpful, but I already knew what I was looking at. I told him about my potential trade-in. As I examined the vehicle, he left to do something else. The next thing I heard was can I help you? - not in the sincere manner you hear at the hardware store, but in the tone you say to someone who is staring at your children or something. This person turned out to be Mark, the owner (I know this not because he introduced himself, but because the sales guy told me later.) Mark proceeded to inquire what I was doing sitting in his vehicle, and as I went on to tell him about my interest in the vehicle and my trade, it became pretty clear he wasnt interested in being friends or selling a vehicle. I felt like I was trespassing.The 3rd person who I spoke with was the salesman, who asked me to park my vehicle in the shopping plaza down the street, as it was in their way moving cars around. Kind of odd, but it is a tiny lot packed with cars, I did park my vehicle down the street, walked back up, and proceeded to test drive the vehicle with the sales person, whose name I never got.According to the ad on their website- Our cars go through a extensive (sic) 27 point inspection. We make sure things are running properly before we sell any vehicle. The battery was dead (from 2011) and the clutch pedal had some pretty bad roughness, so I guess those arent included in that inspection. The oil light came on for me, and the vehicle stalled at least 5 times as the sales rep attempted to back it into its tiny parking space. I couldnt tell if it was due to his inadequacy with a manual transmission or if it was failing due to the oil pressure.Also according to their website, We buy cars for CASH and we beat most dealer trade in prices. We give top dollar for good used cars, trucks and vans. This also turned out to be false; their top dollar for my 2015 mint condition Honda was $4k less than KBB trade-in value, and a couple thousand less than CarMax offered. This is without even seeing the car (it was still parked down the street.)Their sales office is an old house, in which you have to walk through the kitchen to get to the restroom. Seriously.Ive worked at a car dealership, and bought several cars from dealerships in the past couple years, so Im used to sales reps and managers who are friendly and eager to make a deal. Not the case here.Needless to say, I didnt make any deal, and proceeded to leave with a bad taste in my mouth. Luckily all I wasted was a few hours and some gas.

No parking for customers.Waited an hour after their listed opening hours for anyone to show up that could actually help me.When they did show, not a greeting, handshake, no courtesy at all. Treated me like I was in their way, or taking up their time.Proceeded to list a number of things that was wrong with my car that were untrue. Said I was missing a catalytic converter, and that I probably had bent axles. Worn tires, even though theyre only a few hundred miles old.Avoid these people.
