Not a Jewel customer normally but they had some desirable items on their 88 sale. Low and out of a few of the items day after sale started. Regardless it was well worth the trip. Surprised how much it changed since my last visit. Will be watching ads and frequenting more often.

Employee Name : Jackie WHas Some Mental Issue in rush hour time you suppose to open all the express lane so people can go thru fast and not have to wait in line for 15minutes straight. I hope the management take a look on to it.

Expensive prices but convenient. I prefer Fresh Farms. The manager there is super awesome though. Very professional and friendly. I dont know his name but youll know him when you see him. He runs the place as well as the hospital across the street in terms of great service.

If I could give minus stars I would..SO poorly run..plenty of bad attitude..complete rudness on a daily basis..no desire to assist..cut and dry hateful..and THATS the management! Cashiers do their VERY BEst to be helpful but again they have NO good leaders

I really like this Jewel. There are 2 other Jewel stores that are closer to my house but Id rather drive an extra 5-10 min. to go this Jewel on Dempster in Park Ridge. The Jewel on Dempster in Park Ridge is well stocked with gluten free items and the cashiers are all very nice. The associates are pleasant to work with and will find anything you need and the managers are kind as well.

Nice super market. It has a lot of options for you however and in my opinion it needs a little more variety of product to buy but with the current inventory is good. The prices, I could not say that is not too cheap but finally, you pay a little more for the service and the good facilities. The parking lot is big so, you will find a spot easily

I like this store but I think the organizing of the store could be better. The prices are a bit high on some of the items. I do wish they had a better selection of gluten free items.

This is a pretty busy Jewel. They usually have everything I want but not always. It is hot or miss on the pop. I like a certain kind of Mt Dew in bottles....they usually only have this early in the morning. Otherwise it is one of my favorite stores.

Nice store, stock is usually in place. Workers are friendly, but with the handicap shoppers in carts, help is not always offered, to your car, as other Jewels stores i have visited. But this is a great store to shop at.

Although it was close to closing time of the store, I didnt like them swapping items on one of the aisles to another because it made looking for items a little bit harder especially when I was doing a quick stop

I go to this Jewel all the time and for a first time deli staff were very rude. It was 7:30pm( deli open until 9 pm) I see them cleaning so I politely asked if there were still open. The answer was in very rude tone : what do you want?Like, really??? Thank goodness a different girl (new) took care of me. She maybe wasn’t as fast but nice which make a big difference.

I have experienced racial profiling male Hispanic at 3 of their jewel stores so far. In Chicago on Cumberland harassment by self checkout employee claiming Im not scanning items when I did. In rolling meadows cashier claiming she was fine when I approached the counter to purchase items. And, at this location the cashier received a mysterious phone call when I was checking out presumably from security or another employee regarding me. Each time I was purchasing about $100 worth of food. Ive spent thousands of dollars at jewel and Ive complained to corporate and they do absolutely nothing. Dont shop there go to marianos.

I enjoy shopping at this Jewel-Osco. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. There is also a shuttle bus that stops at the door of the store that helps patrons with their groceries to a reasonable distance to their residence.

Several things on sale. Got what I wanted. Checkout lines kind of slow, unless you went to self-checkout. But good selections of meats and other products.

The jewels on park ridge has only organic grapes, I want regular grapes because they dont go bad so quickly.

This is the worst Jewel-Osco store I have ever been to. Not only it is small but the selection is terrible compared to other Jewel stores in the area. The only reason I would put my step in this establishment is because it is so close to where I live. There is this one senior citizen cashier that is such a di.k. He should long time retire and not react with public anymore.

Lots of deals at Jewel but it seems that there is always a problem with the Just 4 U items. I wish they would just have lower price and stop having to put them on the phone. Every week someone is having customer service adjust the prices.

This Jewel is usually stocked well. Most of the time it appears that its clean and mostly tidy and front faced. Although on days when they have sales going on, they are busy and usually not able to keep up with the cleaning and facing. If you want something from the deli they have it unless its something that they just ran out of. Their bakery is usually on point and have pretty much everything you might need or want. The liquor department is usually stocked. Osco side seems like it is missing something. Overall its a good store...

The store was nice. Did not get time to explore more at this time S I was in a hurry to get the milk in the shop and get out. Did not have milk at the front of the shop as similar shop offer it for those who just stop by to buy milk alone for a quick bee for the day. Will explore more and add it to post as appropriate

Nice Kosher selection

All Jewels Ive been to tend to have a nice atmosphere and are clean. This one is no different. Check their flyer for special 2 day sales and use the Jewel app for freebies. Their meat here is of excellent quality, and service is solid. If it werent for their prices all hovering well above normal (even some sale prices) this would be a perfect shopping locale.

My experience is so bad cause of the employees that works there are being so disrespectful rude and harassing me about something that I didn’t do. I was only waiting to pick up my brother from work and the employees are talking bad about me today.

Whyd yall change the bread recipe

The price on the tags and the prize that you get at the register not always match. I was overcharged by $3.66 for the purchase of $60. Spent over 15 minutes at the customer service to get my refund.
