Great Customer Service!!! Went with my 11 y.o. son we walked out of store and my son said I like him. He was referring to cashier who was very engaging, respectful, funny, and caring. I did not get cashiers name yet he left a great impression on me and my child. Customer service is everything and you dont find good customer service everywhere. Store could be more organized and stocked better. Yet I think the customer service of the workers makes experience shopping better for customers.

Even though the line may be long at times, the cashiers are polite, knowledgeable and very quick at their duties. There is always staff available to help you find things youre having trouble with!

A little cluttered with boxes like most are, looks like holiday stock transition is a little behind so a lot of stock still on the carts. Typical DG stuff. Customer service was friendly, helpful, and fast. Great sales today, baby clothes were 70% off so I snagged two outfits for $6 total and a giant fleece blanket was only $13 instead of $25.

They have a lot of different product there. If youre looking to avoid Walmarts for something like a filtering water picture then call ahead. They dont have everything but they do have a good amount of different items. Could be a little cleaner.

This place was flithy! Almost no staff and the staff that is there dont even try to fix the place up. Theres opened food bags all over the place, and I just saw someone steal right in front of staff without a care. Looked like it was raided in a hurricane.How was this place not shut down? Its a serious health hazard! Shouldve took pictures. Dont go in there. Go elsewhere for real.

At this dollar general a man was confronted for stealing while I was at the register.

Been to many dollar General stores this one was dirty. With few outdated food goods. Its cashiers were rude. The manager seemingly didnt care for helping anybody.

Lines are always long with one cashier, no bueno. Plus its always cluttered and things seem to always need to be unpacked. On the flip side GREAT PRICES ON FOOD, nice clothing selection, decent pricing and youll, 9 times 10, find what you are looking for.

This particular location is the nastie as t dollar general Ive ever been it. Everytime I have been in this location its always cluttered, the floors are filthy or on the floor, and the workers always act as if they are extremely busy. I love Dollar General as a whole but this location need to be shut down.

Good place to get household basics such as toiletries, cleaning products, etc. At a lower price. Some clothes, a few groceries, good selection of hair care and personal grooming products.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful too bad they have to work in a filthy store. Hire more people to help and stop overworking good staff .

There working on organization its getting there proud of them but they honestly dont get paid enough seeings where its located and what they have to deal with

This store is always trashed . cant even walk down isles. I tey to avoid if possible. Cashier is never at register and always a line. Also this location has been broken into 6 or more times. By breaking thru the front door. Store is dirty. Too many things crammed in such a small place. Closterphobic in that place. I wouldnt have my worst enemy shop there.

The one in lewiston so nice, the one in the city market and on Niagara Falls Blvd filthy dirty. Lewiston Dollar General I give 5 stars, the other ones no stars

Its a good low price store but 9 times out of 10 I go in there and theres not carts and disorganized stuff everywhere and dont go on a stocking day because the big carts with boxes are blocking the paths

It was a mess . the Iles had so much stuff on the ground. As I was trying to find the zip lock bags my mom came in from waiting in the car to use the bathroom and there was stuff on the floor all the way to the bathroom. The xtra inventory besides what is on the shelf was just thrown up on the top shelf. Nothing was neat and clean anyware. I dont even want to get started about the prices of things. I was a horrible experience.

Not a bad place for quick stops for things like office supplies, coffee, canned food, pet food, household items, toiletries, hair products, and just about everything else youd expect to find at a Dollar General. A bit of a maze, but does the job.

The store is utterly disgusting. Floors look like tgey havent been mopped in years and items are all over the place. Always check the expiration date when buying anything edible I found pillsbury biscuits in the fride that expired in 2015

The prices are decent and I like that theyre open consistently till 9 every single night however go through employees quickly and Ive been charged double charged buy new employees 3 times now
