John Wyne is the most excellent East Coast representative we could have ever asked for. He was always very professional, friendly and worked within our budget but also wanted to help us achieve our dream kitchen. AND HE DID! He wasn’t pushy or overbearing and we never felt like he didn’t have our best wishes at heart. Timothy Harrigan, Craig Coles, Kenny Ortiz. These guys came in super fast. Very efficient, Very polite and fast. Tried to contact me about time drop off but My phone was broken. They came anyway and were very nice. Thank you for your great Service. They explained very well how to use the appliances and how to start them up the first time and clean them.

Customer service is really and although most of there store is scratch and dent, they dont give any discounts on the other items they do have. They act is if they cant bend the price a little even if you buy multiple items at their location. I know the economy is crazy, so I kind of get it. But all in all they have better prices than Lowes.

Found our new Refrigerator. Everyone else said it would take a minimum of 6 weeks to 3 months to get it. We are getting it within 6 days. Well worth the extra $120 dollars. They also have price match and price beat with their competitors, if in stock. $60 delivery fee but they are taking our old fridge with them when they leave.

Jordan and John have been helping me since May with different orders. They have always been courteous and understanding with all of my orders and questions. They have gone above and beyond calling me with options first instead of me calling them. Communication has been stellar, same with all of the deliveries. You can probably find better pricing elsewhere but the custumer service is unmatched.

Great prices, poor service. Poor communication. Ordered double oven and stovetop on 7/3. Delivery eta late Aug. having heard nothing, I called “sales”man. Back ordered until end of Oct. no communication. Called back in Sept. oven arrived early. Learned on install no trim kit ordered as recommended by guy who took measurements at my expense. Notified salesman. Sold house 10/1, new owner doesn’t want stove top. Called to cancel and was informed I had to come to retail location. Learned we did not need trim kit, it had to be custom made. Call from mfg in CA. I chose to work with them directly and install myself to avoid further frustration with ECA. Upon arriving at retail location, attitude was terrible. Never coming back to ECA.

We bought a scratch and dent GE refrigerator last week from east coast appliance. The day we got it home the ice maker and water wouldn’t work. It was suppose to be brand new just out of box so I expected everything to be in working order. So I called EC and they said we would have to contact their service department. The service dept said they don’t come out to Hayes to contact GE. The quickest they could come out was a week later. The service tech came out today and said that it’s not unusual for EC to sell knowingly faulty appliances. Also he said that a new refrigerator should not come with a filter already in it and that tells him that it was probably previously used. The only upside is that the GE service tech was super nice and got the ice maker working. If there is a problem after you buy a product from them they will not return it you are basically on your own. Would not recommend them..

Professional and helpful buying experience. Mike Lyons assisted me with no high pressure techniques. He listened to what I needed and showed me a couple of options within my budget. He answered all my questions and half hour later, I left happy and satisfied with a new Maytag washer and drier to be delivered later in the week. They will even install it! Mike was friendly and courteous and if I need additional appliances in the future, East Coast Appliance will be my first stop. I highly recommend them.

John was great! He went out of his way to ensure I was able to get a gas stove with a conversion kit for propane. He was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an appliance to go to east coast appliance. We were well taken care of.

Extended warranties are not worth the money. I was told by my salesperson that if after 5 yrs and no repairs to the appliances I would get a partial refund. Not Here. Their rule doesn’t give a partial refund instead it’s goes to a store credit. Beware!

Walked into the location and noone acknowledged us. 4 people behind the computers. We browsed and made 2 choices. Walked back up to the counter to ask who would like to make a sale today. A very nice lady came back with us to view our choices and explained she was new. She assisted us professionally and answered our questions. We headed back to the front to pay for our purchase.At this time the other 3 men were still behind their computers. All 3 heard my husband ask if we could take the stove home today. The stove is on the 2nd shelf. There was 1 other couple in the store. Nobody bothered to go get the stove from the 2nd shelf. When the sales lady asked how we could get the stove, the men just shrugged their shoulders. Like it was going to be magic.The man that might have appeared to be in charge said we had to waiy until they got some help.And then the magic happened. All 3 men found something else to do. Customers came into the store and they pounced on them to assist their every need. And the poor lady was left with us. Waiting. We finally asked when the warehouse person would be back. Magic again. Oh hes off today. That wouldve been good information to have before we waited.Extremely poor service by the experienced salesmen. Weve purchased many items from this store. This one will be our last item. I would rather pay double the price and be treated fairly.

Take your signed East Coast (EC) agreement & terms seriously. Bought our 3rd appliance from East Coast (EC) recently, never had a problem with EC until now, new GE microwave is very loud, EC said call GE repair service. Two weeks later GE serviceman says microwave is missing magnetron fan, so loud exhaust fan constantly running. Went back to EC, they said call GE. Told EC the model I ordered from EC floor had the magnetron fan, they said call GE. Ive spent 2+ hours on phone (3 times) with GE, still not fixed a month later. EC did say theyd email their service manager and Id be contacted, never happened. Hopefully GE will be able to install magnetron fan and correct the problem. Ill pass on EC in future, theyre no help if theres a problem.5/16/2021 update:Replacement parts would not work, theres no magnetron fan. GE recognized the microwave model displayed to me at EC was years old and 3 revisions back. GE generously provided a solution to the problem. East Coast can call GE for more information if they care, Im over EC.

Taurice was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the appliances we were considering. He pointed us in the right direction, gave us several options and allowed to take as much time as needed while we were making our decision. We are happy with our new stove and microwave and the customer service that we received.

We have purchased several appliances at different times from this store. Today we are buying all the appliances for a new kitchen. The sales people are always more than helpful, even checking fir the lowest prices and giving us rebate information. Very nice and helpful sales person. Their supply of Bosch dishwashers was limited due to COVID shutdown at the Bosch plant but I decided on one that was in stock but at the high end of my price range. Their slogan is Best Price or its Free. They didnt have any of the free ones in stock. I also took the options for delivery, installation, disposal of the old unit and extended warranty.

Reasonable prices and great service!

Recently submitted a negative review but I am amending it: Original issue was being told differing things about what could be done and what couldnt- was told by an associate to purchase a stacking kit because they were sold out, then told immediately that they couldnt install it if I didnt buy from them, then they found the kits I needed right away. I now know that they went out of their way to search and pull the kits from elsewhere and appreciate the effort.The second was at delivery I had asked for my dryer door to be reversed, the delivery person told me that he would and he had forgotten. (honest mistake) I called to just have someone come out and please reverse it for me and was told it wasnt possible. Then I was told by someone else that I would have to pay for someone to come out and reverse the door because I didnt ask for it when purchasing.Theyve now scheduled to have someone come out to change my door to open the way it needs to for my space.Shouldnt have had to go through multiple channels to get the door reversed and be told I had to pay for it or told it wasnt possible but I have faith that this was a one-time issue and everyone is on the same page after now.

Mr. John was awesome. He truly provided my mother and I the help that we needed. Thank you and we will definetly purchase here again.

We were calling to find a “scratch n dent” appliance. T Pope answered the phone, did NOT put us on hold, and made time to answer all of our questions, as well as checking stock while we were on the phone. This store is amazing from the sales staff and the delivery staff. I went in there to get a new oven and the salesman was awesome. The delivery of my new oven today they were on time and notified me when to expect them and the were right on time. Delivery staff was polite and helpful with my questions. I will definitely be back again as we have purchased most of our appliances from this location.

The sales guy was great. The installers were bad. They left styrophome, cardboard and tape in the street in front of our home and dryer duct was not secured, just pushed into place and fell off within a day.Bob called me about the issues I had with the delivery people and was willing to send out a guy to make it right but since I had already taken care of it he refunded my delivery costs. These guys are alright
