Breah gave me unbelievable service! She helped me choose the BEST mattress for my needs, and made sure I knew about all the specials, and special items included free with any purchase. When my “extras” (bedding bundles) were delayed in the mail, she both upgraded my purchase AND provided another bundle to use while I waited, all at no extra charge. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

We had originally spoken to Teddy before moving. He was cheerful and knowledgeable, and we decided that we would do business with him. Even though he had been moved to a different store, the lady who helped us with our purchase was wonderful to us as well. We were able to get the bed we wanted without any difficulties.

I went to mattress firm to look for a mattress that wasn’t gonna blow my bank account and one that fit my specifications and I found it in less than 10 minutes. Not as big of a store as I expected, but I found exactly what we were looking for. And their salesman Trey was excellent! Helped us decide what we needed and made sure to show us similar mattresses in a lower price range instead of pushing the big sale. We still liked a more expensive on of course, but it says a lot about character when they really show that they want the customer to be happy, not just spend all their money. So definitely give them a try, and ask for Trey!

Found the exact same mattress on there website for $200 cheaper with no fees on delivery and was not told about it until we viewed there website. On another note, mattress sales people are worse than car salesmen, they actually got up and chased after some customers who were trying to get in there car to ask them why they were leaving and to continue to try and pressure them into buying there product.

A very clean store. This mattress firm has alot of beds to choose from. They can order you a King size bed but it will take a week to be delivered. The store sells pillows as well. The staff at this store are very friendly. I like shopping here myself.

Had a really great experience here they really listened to what we wanted and did thier best to get us a mattress that met our needs. Really surprised that instead of steering straight to the higher end beds they took us to several quality but less exspensive models from the start. And then when I showed them the quote we had gotten from a competitor on a store brand mattress they not only beat the price with a Sealy but beat it by about 500$, they have earned my business in the best way with great customer service and a great price!
