We had a great experience at Knox Furniture yesterday! They have a huge selection of furniture. We were able to find just what we wanted and to customize it as well. Miranda Flores was an excellent salesperson. She was not pushy at all, but helpful anytime we had a question. We bought our last sofa at Knox many many years ago and were there today to replace it.

This is a long overdue review. I went to Knox looking for a recliner in April 2019 with my sister shortly after having back surgery to repair a herniated disc.The level of customer service we received from Paul was unlike anything Ive experienced shopping for furniture elsewhere, unparalleled. Since I am over six feet tall, Paul took great care to ensure I was shown appropriate recliners for my height.We were originally looking for manually operated models, but discovered I was incapable of reaching and using controls due to my physical limitations. After Paul directed us toward all electrically controlled versions, we decided the extra expense was well worth it.Getting in and out of chairs is already difficult and some in-store models had cloth upholstery, which clung to my clothing and made reaching the back chairs even more difficult. Paul suggested we opt for leather because it would allow me to slide up against the back and reposition myself much easier. He was absolutely correct.We decided to take all Paul’s advice into consideration and ordered a leather recliner with all electric controls. I have zero regrets. I now know the value of a comfortable recliner that meets my needs and my overall quality of life has improved. I’ve spent quite a bit of time in my chair over the past six months, including sleeping in it, and it’s just as comfortable as the first time I used it.Because of Paul, his product knowledge, expertise, and careful attention, I can actually experience some level of comfort at home.Thank you, Paul.

We love Knox. We work with Donna there and she is always very helpful and not at all pushy. The building is huge, and a bit like a maze, but full of great furniture that suits our taste perfectly. The facility itself has no frills, and on a rainy day youll have to step around a bucket or two that catch the leaks. However, if they moved to a fancy place I bet the prices would go up. Id highly recommend this store, for lots of reasons, including how nice it is to shop locally.

The very best furniture store in town. They have an awesome variety of furniture and many options to choose from. The quality also better than what you find at the others stores in Newnan. Price level not cheapo but decent for the quality you get.What I like the most is that they dont ever employ pressure tactics. All sales people give you space but are all willing to help without making you to buy something specifically with that person.

This store is amazing! Ive never been in a furniture store before where everything was so beautiful, from the pictures to the unique coffee tables and, of course, the sofas and chairs. Humongous selection of La-z-boy recliners with great prices. I mean, if you cant find something here, I dont think it exists. Alistair was incredibly helpful. No high pressure sales here. If you needed one more reason to go to Knox, its nice to support our local Newnan family-owned stores.

WONDERFULLY FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, AND KNOWLEDGABLE.! Yesterday, I had the pleasure of stopping in Knox to look at gliders for my soon-to-be nursery. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Paul, a familiar face, and told him what brought me to their store. Not only was Paul’s knowledge of their inventory extremely helpful, he was also able to give me personal insight as to what he had and enjoyed in his nursery (welcomed advice to this first-time mother-to-be). I felt as though he truly wanted me to find a glider that suited my needs and was not merely trying to sell me a piece of furniture. He was there to answer any and all of my questions but did not hover over me in hopes of my making a hasty decision. I was able to take my time and sift through fabrics as well as take several trips back to each chair to feel them out. I talked to Paul a little bit more about what I was hoping to find in terms of dimensions, comfort, and aesthetics, and he found me the perfect chair to order! I dreamed of having a nice clean white chair, but worried that it would not be a very practical decision. Paul showed me an outdoor fabric that I could have my chair covered in that would repel stains and looked fabulous! I was sold! I left the store having ordered the perfect chair for my nursery and a huge smile on my face. Thank you to Paul and everyone at Knox Home Furnishings for such a pleasant experience!

Knox & Panoply has a GORGEOUS selection! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Now that they have Panoply Interior Design services, its the one stop shop for your decorating needs! They have a consistently rotating inventory which makes it fun to shop there.Theyve been a fixture in Newnan for a long time and just when you think they cant get any better, they do!

I just bought my second mattress set from Knox. Got the queen set from Jamison eight years ago, and its still great, and just got a single. Staff at Knox are always helpful but not overzealous, and the Jamison line of bedding is a great value!

My wife found a bedroom set she really liked for our guest room and we wanted to purchase it that day the 2 ladies helping us didn’t know if the furniture was in stock at the warehouse and they didn’t know how to use the system on their computers to check availability. They made us wait about an hour before they told us they would have to call us the next day to get someone to help them with the system. We went to another furniture store instead and bought what we needed.

Bought a bar cabinet, a table, and a bookshelf about seven weeks ago. The bookshelf on the floor was gouged. The salesperson said i could order a new one, then proceeded to show me that the shelf also leaned one way. It was not noted as being damaged though.The bar doors did not close right, but the salesperson assured me that it just needed leveling.I had my mom at my house for the delivery. When I got home I noticed that the doors did not close. I attempted to level it, but doing so made it worse. I called Knox the next day and was told that they would fix it next time they were in the area, not sorry we did not make sure the doors closed right and we will fix right away. I complained, so they came the next weekend.To get the doors to close they had to redo the hinges. I did not notice until they left, but now the latch would not line up. I figured they could fix that when delivering my shelf. However, i learned that the shelf would take at least 6 weeks!Despite that incredible wait time, i waited. They came today and adjusted the latch. Then, they showed me the shelf, which by the gouge and lean was the defect I passed on. I told then to take it back. Two of the three pieces, including the bar seem to be defects. Told them to cancel my order for refund.Get call from then saying guys grabbed floor model by mistake. Ok, so the delivery guys decide what to deliver? And, if it is defective, why is that unit not marked accordingly?My concern is they are passing off defects as first quality. I would never recommend them. They are also terrible at customer service. Three times i waited for them and still did not get what i wanted. No consideration for your time, just their schedule.

Horrible experience from the beginning. HAD to get repairs to my Lazy Boy sofas through them since I bought them there and not from the Lazy Boy store (a lesson learned in itself!). Repairs done slowly, not completely, and under duress. Poor customer eervice including communication on when repairs would be finished, etc. I can afford to shop anywhere and I will not darken their door again.

Been to all the furniture stores from Fayetteville during Newnan and knoxs by far the best all around company everything from gardens furniture to upscale leather products was extremely friendly and prices was certainly a good value.
