Customer Service was amazing. Jacket was too large and I sent back and they sent correct size immediately. Communication was amazing and I received both the originally and the exchange very fast. For customer service, not quality of their products. I came down there last week looking to buy 1 mens Shearling coat, 1 womans fur coat and mens shearling vest. I Came down prepared to spend $9000 in cash for items of good quality. I walk into the empty store and received no greeting, I looked around for 10 minutes still no May I help you with something. I asked about a coat that I had texted about the day before and was told to come down it was plenty available. When I tried to tried to try on the coat I was looking for I was told it was a customers, so I walked out. In closing I did find what I wanted from another store in the area. My point Never judge a book by the cover.

Leather and fur are ethically wrong and are the leading cause of harmful greenhouse gases, and polluting our water and air rapidly. Faux fur and leather are just as “nice” and “luxurious” to wear. It’s so hard to tell the difference that when I wear my recycled water bottle leather I always get questioned by someone who knows I’m vegan asking why I’m wearing a cow. So, ask yourself if you would want someone wearing you or your family’s skin for fashion. It’s gross when you think about it. There was a point in time when wearing leather and fur seemed necessary. We have come so far with science, nature, and technology to know better than this. If we continue to live our avaricious lives, they will come to an abrupt halt. Looking fly and saving lives is a real thing, and you are capable. All the evidence to support everything I just said is available for your knowledge via scientific research and the internet (something almost every American has access to). You do have the right to know the facts about for leather, dairy, and meat and what they do to your earth and your world. Wouldn’t you want your children to grow up in a safe happy and healthy environment? Even if it’s never truly possible, wouldn’t you want to try to make the difference if you can versus staying the same and knowing better? When you know better and still do wrong, you are responsible for what’s happening to the air, water, and atmosphere. You have the power to literally change the world. Willing ignorance and negligence is nothing more than idiotic cruelty.

I was in the lower east side of Manhattan I was looking for shearling checked out a few spots but didnt find the quality I needed then I saw darucci leather went inside store wasnt that big but they had what i was looking for i have to say the quality is the best on the block they you get what you pay for I definitely and highly recommend this spot to everyone the leather coats are definitely amazing quality Im definitely coming back for more jackets in the future alot of celebrities get their coats from there too
