True gem of an old-school Chinatown gift shop. Always try to pick something up in here when I visit. Full of vintage novelty items and gifts. There is a pretty cool photo of Chow Yun Fat on the cash register. Should be saved and maintained as a landmark building ! Stores like this should be preserved !

The cutest shop ever ! Got some finger traps and a few other things but this shop is a total Gem !

On a quick visit to NYC with my daughter. She loves Pearl River Mart but were exploring the LES/chinatown. Found this gem - 8 year old girl with saved money to spend. She literally exploded with joy when we stepped inside. Adorable trinkets, dolls, wind chimes and lucky cats. So much to absorb. How does it all fit into a shop the size of a closet? She chose an adorable chinese warrior doll to add to her international doll collection. A must see.

This is the sweetest shop in Chinatown! Two sisters run it and only was working today. The other was out playing games today. The place is unique and small. Total old school. Then as I went to pay she got an old piece of paper and added the prices up by hand! It was great!

Really old, small Chinatown gift shop located on the corner of Doyers Street. The elder lady at the counter was really sweet and full of life. The items in there are indeed old school, some Ive only seen at Tings. For those visiting New York, and even natives, come by and support a piece of Chinatown history.

Just went there on Black Friday to buy my 3 kids gifts while visiting New York City. I was absolutely astounded to find the woman behind the counter chase behind my kids and scold them for not putting item in the exact place they were before. Here’s the catch - my kids put every item they touched in exactly the same place. I asked her nicely - “would you like us to leave?” Her reply - “if you can’t control your kids how to behave.” I looked at her and said please do not address my kids that way when they are in fact behaving. Her reply - “we’ll, if you can’t control your kids then you’re a bad parent”. She then closed the door on us. I wish this was a joke. Check out my other reviews. There’s a first time for everything.
