Stopped by and asked couple of questions regarding their manufacturing and few specific questions about the materials. A gentlemen with little or now knowledge told me straight up that he had no time for strange question. Asked kindly not to waste his time, to call him again if I was ready to make a purchase.I found the whole experience to be somehow very creative. Surreal.

Plexi-Crafts products are of the highest quality and have been hand crafted in NYC for over fifty years. It started to sell primarily to the design trade only two years ago, and just opened its new showroom in the NY Design Center at 200 Lexington Avenue this year. Ownership and management are new and customer service is excellent.

Overpriced and everyone is rude. But the product is amazing!!!

Had a fantastic experience at their showroom last week. As an interior designer, its great to form a relationship with a company like Plexi Craft that offers a unique product that I can use in my projects.

I ordered two custom etageres. Unlike other experiences Ive had with custom orders via long distance or the internet, I was most satisfied with the quality, service and timely delivery. I would use these folks again should I have a project or need for their product or service.

Bad Company prices are stupidly high. They say since they havent had a price increase in a couple of years they want to charge you a leg and an arm .Will not be doing business with them ever. They are very rude they dont care about customer service. Just Bad bad. If you can stay away and look elsewhere !!!!!!!!!!!

All of my purchases [three custom made Lucite waterfall tables and three Lucite drapery rods and brackets] from Plexi-Craft were made through the interior designer on the staff of my architect, John Day, of LDa Architects & Interiors, in Cambridge, Massachusetts. However, I am the one who located Plexi-Craft when looking for a supplier of Lucite. While I have not dealt directly with the staff at Plexi-Craft, I have heard nothing unfavorable from my interior designer about their customer service, prices, quality or production lead time. From a quality standpoint, I could not be happier. The tables and drapery rods and brackets are perfect. The quality is very evident and many people have commented favorably on the tables. I would strongly recommend their products to anyone based on my experience.

What a joke the guys are-I contacted them to replace a leg for a table.They quoted me 675.00/ leg! I needed 2.I contacted California Plexi in Venice, CA, they quoted 65.00 for same job.I shipped it and got it back within 2 weeks!130.00 v.s. 1200.00!!!Plexi Craft is grossly overpriced, how could they possibly justify their pricing?????
