We worked with Amber who was absolutely amazing. Besides being extremely knowledgeable about every option/warranty/fee/mattress humanly possible, she was able to secure us a great deal. For that we are grateful since we are trying to furnish a house within a budget, which she completely understood. She worked with us patiently for over an hour to really evaluate each option to see the most effective combination of items for our needs. We went in planning to just look, but left with two great mattresses being delivered to two separate states, pillows, covers, and boxsprings! After having gone to 2 different Mattress Firm locations and having a mediocre experience followed by an all around bad experience- I decided to give a 3rd location a final try and I am so glad I did. Beatrix and Rich went out of their way to make sure that I got the bed I needed at a great deal and within the perfect delivery time frame. Interacting with Beatrix was natural and comfortable and didn’t feel like I was being “sold to”. I also appreciate her for not only getting me set up with what I needed but for simplifying a process which the other sales agents made seem so complicated.

I REALLY don’t leave any reviews but this place was exceptional and Ms. Ortiz literally took care of me so well that I had to leave this review.Basically, I wanted to cancel a mattress I ordered in another store in Washington (while I was traveling) so I called them two days ago to cancel, but they didn’t cancel my mattress. I was super annoyed and frustrated, so I went to this location and met Ms. Ortiz and she literally called the Washington location and took care of it within 5minutes! If she handles these situations this quickly and in a fast manner I would trust her with any of my big mattress buys. Next mattress I buy will definitely be from here even though I live in New Jersey.

Last time I went to a Mattress Firm in California when I lived there it was just fine. I just moved out to NYC and stepped into this mattress firm just to check out what I could get at a reasonable price. Well it was my lucky day because two of the coolest humans I could have met were working, Ken and Fabian.They made me feel incredibly welcome in my new city, and did their best to get me the mattress I wanted in my price range. Not only were they both knowledgeable and informed salesmen, they were real people too, and we shared many laughs/stories throughout the buying process.They made me feel a part of the Mattress Firm Fam if that’s even a thing, and I’ll keep coming back just because of them. i even made them both take a picture with me to commemorate our fun day. A mattress store with neat displays but with very limited product information on display. Super aggressive sales urged immediately purchase and refused to provide a name card for future reference. Overall, not a comfortable shopping experience and will not visit again.

My Massage Therapist and I visited the Mattress Firm Chelsea showroom located at 92 7th Avenue on 6/15/2020 because they were 1 of 3 mattress showroom that was opened in the time of Covid-19 aka CoronaVirus Pandemic.We went to the showroom to buy a Purple Grid Mattress because my Massage Therapist told me the benefits of the mattress, and he recommended it to replace old one.We were in and out of the showroom within 20 minutes, and we tried several mattresses including the massage version.A issue occurred on delivery day at delivery time. The setup crew refused to take away the old mattress and box spring as contracted for a reason of this, and a reason of that.

The manager was knowledgeable and supportive in assisting my questions and needs. He took the time to make an appointment with me during a time when most businesses were closed, showed me some mattresses, explained the differences, and I selected one!

Bad Delivery Service, demanded refund. I was given 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM window for delivery the night before delivery. I had previously warned the store that the freight elevator closed at 4 PM and was assured that the delivery would come before 4 PM. I begged the super to leave the elevator open till 4:30 PM - Called and called Mattress Firm Chelsea location - spoke to assistant Manager She - told me: truck on way, told traffic, told truck breakdown, told that they/truck was in front of location (omg) I was standing in fro told me truck approaching location: told me that truck was in front of location when I was standing in front of locatio!!!! I asked them to call the driver on a conference call - she could not do it. I told them that I could not trust them and to refund my money. Lets see what happens. Heading to PC Richards.
