I purchased an Essentia mattress almost one year ago. I wasn’t able to set it up for about 2 months because of logistics with moving so the mattress remained in the box. I purchased the mattress because I strongly believe in using non-toxic and green products, especially in the home. The reviews I read were great, but I frankly have not had a solid night sleep since using this mattress. It is extremely firm. It was not what was described by the representative I spoke with, who was very pleasant. Any time family or friends spend the night they describe the mattress as being very hard. My arms often go numb and I just can’t seem to get comfortable in this mattress so I toss and turn throughout the night. I contacted customer support and they said they would look into returning the mattress, but I never heard back from them. I’m assuming because it was outside of the return policy window. This was a huge investment for me as these products are not cheap. I definitely regret it unfortunately.

After purchasing a place of my own I new I needed some new furniture, I searched google for reviews and these guys got a lot of praise. I figured furniture shopping would be as much fun as car/house shopping is. I was wrong when I went to Real Deal, Danny helped me and was awesome. I have already recommended people I know here and I will continue to do so. I have more furniture to get for my new place and I will definitely be back.

We are really enjoying our Essentia mattress. I sleep better now than ever before! We found it was very important to have a flat wood surface to get the most out of the bed, so my husband cut and put wood pieces above the box spring. Its even better now!! I wake up refreshed and without back pain! and we dont have any heat issues anymore. Used to wake up very hot and sweaty.We are now considering buying one for our son who is 3. It could take him well into his teens years!

After much research on natural and organic mattresses, we bought an Essentia mattress and love it! Im extremely satisfied with my purchase. I no longer wake up in the middle of the night, I feel far more rested when I wake up and my shoulder no longer aches. An interesting aside- I notice that the amount of dust under out bed has been dramatically reduced since we replaced our previous high quality but conventional mattress.

Our Essentia Classic mattress is amazing! My back no longer aches in the morning, and my husband barely even snores anymore. I wake up in a wonderful cocoon of warmth feeling rested. My only complaint is not wanting to get out of bed in the morning because its so comfortable!

Dont expect the store to be open during advertised hours. We dragged ourselves up to midtown and were there at 6:30 tonight (Saturday) and the store was closed and not answering their phone. You lost a sale Essentia. P.S. - I assume all of the reviews below are fake; none of them have any other reviews and its obviously worth the franchise owners time to set up a few fake accounts and pretend customers are getting good service.

We love our new Essentia mattress. We were looking for a mattress without a chemical smell, which would also help our back pain, and we found the perfect solution. Debra was exceptionally helpful in the selection process, and shippping was super fast. We could not be more pleased.

I bought the Essentia Classic 8 1.5 years ago. It has been a dream to sleep on! Seriously, so incredibly comfortable. Expensive, but worth every penny.
