Literally went to 10 other frame stores in Manhattan to compare prices and variety of frames, and this place has the best of both worlds.One place tried to charge me $1200 for the most basic black frame for the Amc Spiderman Poster (movie I worked on), and this place only charged a 1/4 of that price while being a nice custom frame and matted.You aint gonna get variety and deals like Westside at any other place in Manhattan, period. The staff was so kind and patient with me through the whole process of choosing colors/frames/mattes.Whenever I need another piece of artwork framed or a friend needs a recommendation, this will be my go-to place from now on.

Cannot recommend this shop enough! I had a poster Ive been meaning to frame for over a year. Finally, I ordered a frame through Amazon that didnt fit my poster and looked/felt cheaply made. After returning, I went to this shop and got an incredible price on a framing job for the poster. It only took a few days for them to have it ready for pickup, the service was great, and the framing job was incredible! It might be more money than a cheap frame at Amazon but you will not regret the result and you get to support a local business during this time. I will definitely be back when I have to frame something else.

Out of all the framers in NYC this is the one and only frame shop I do business with. They are the best at what they do. They know there product very well. They produce excellent work. Not once have they ever let me down they always exceed my expectations. Thank you guys love you forever!

This shop is the real deal. They are extremely professional, hands on (in a good way) and fairly priced. The shop owner is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Great service

I walked in one day to get a quote which changed once they found out I would be using a Groupon they were advertising. The jacked up the original quote an additional $50.00. I thought this was shady, so I called back the next day and another person answered. When I asked him, he quoted me a price that was even $50.00 higher than the last quote. When I confronted him on it he said he changes the prices on a whim. And this was supposedly the owner. I told him that this was a dishonest and unfair practice. He showed no concern. I have since contacted two other frame shops that charged far more reasonable framing costs and were very professional. Avoid the Westside Frame Shop and their crooked dealings. Very unprofessional.
