We walked into the store which was nice and clean, we were greeted by a very kind and helpful front desk employee.My father-in-law, Jim, (the patient) was called back as soon as the new patient paperwork was completed.Nick Palazzolo was our hearing technician and was great, very kind, very patient, and very thorough. We both felt Nick understood everything about Jim’s hearing and he seemed to listen with genuine concern to all the problems Jim has with his hearing.Jim purchased a set of hearing aids, Nick showed us everything about the aids and went into great detail when showing us how they worked, what they can do to change his life for the better, and how to care for them.After we left with the new hearing aids, we went to lunch in a loud restaurant with lots of people. With great news, Jim was able to hear me and my wife as we talked with “normal” volume as all the other patrons talked on the background; which was always a difficult task for him before the new hearing aids. It was so great to see how happy he was!We are all very pleased with Nick and Beltone!

Beltone has done a great job with the hearing test and discussing the various types of devices available for me. I’m looking forward to getting hearing aids.

Very disrespectful to customers when calling to make an inquiry. I wanted to get insurance information and discuss pricing for purchasing a hearing aid, but the person I spoke to was extremely belligerent and told me they did not have time for my questions because they had a business to run and hung up on me. Wow!
