Extremely helpful. I needed a recliner same day for a family member who had just been released from the hospital. Mr. Warren was very helpful on the phone, we drove over, and had the recliner in our truck 20 mins later. They loaded it and everything. So thankful for their quick assistance.

I recently purchased furniture from Mike the owner and was very pleased with the furniture and service. I had a scuff mark on one of my new sofas and Mike replaced it immediately. Uhaul rental

I purchased a bedroom set in March 2020 didnt receive it until May. Slept on it one day and one of the boards broke at the bottom also the sticks were leaning. Now this is August and Im stuck looking for a new bedroom set didnt even last 6 months. Plus also I purchased some mattresses around the same time and the string is coming out of it. I just feel like it was a waste of money!!!😡

The guy that helped us was very friendly and polite. You could tell he has experience with different products as a veteran of the store. We came looking for a new living room set. He quickly showed us what they had. Then he showed us a few more options in a book. From there he explained all the details even showed us how the fabric would feel even if the product we were looking at wasn’t there. They had to get it from the warehouse. He gave a call to warehouse to make sure they had the one we wanted and set everything up. The delivery was fast I think within two days or so. Thanks for all the help with our furniture.

Ordered online, I will never do that again. The furniture looked great in the picture. Im very dissatisfied, the sectional is not comfortable. It come in 2 boxes and a bunch of parts to put together, good thing my son was here. Im already looking for another living room set, what a waste of money.

I rented a uhaul van from here a couple months back and despite Uhaul sticking to their famous take on Murphys, Mike took care of me like I was his own family. He quickly cut thru all the red tape and had me on my way keys in hand and not missing my scheduled pick up. He even promised to sell me one of his dining room sets that caught my eye at a price much lower than marked. He has a great selection of quality furniture and a Keen eye for what his customers look for. Thats what service is all about .. customer satisfaction...PERIOD!

But what I got was scratches and scuff marks in my living room and on my front door from the delivery men.When I called to make arrangements to have the brand new couch replaced because they messed that up too I was greeted with attitude as though I did something wrong.
