Our sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to our needs and did not try and up-sell us which is something we had worried about. Was in and out real quick and got just what we needed!

Wonderful experience at mattress firm, made wonderful by Katherine. She was super knowledgeable about the product lines, took plenty of time with us but also gave us space to make a good decision, and really went above and beyond giving us information and making us feel comfortable, staying open past close to let us have some more time. New Orleans is a truly *awful* place to live when it comes to good retail experiences; there is an epidemic of workers who are rude, don’t know what they’re selling and who don’t tend to care about your business, issues that we experienced at other mattress shops, pottery barn included. Katherine was a breath of fresh air, and mattress firm had a good selection of quality mattresses to choose from

Brett was amazinghe found me the perfect mattress that I was looking for I dont recommend you go anywhere else come see Brett. I wasnt even originally going to buy a mattress but within about 10 min, Brett was on the phone with another store sign-in me exactly what I was looking for from firmness to price. I cant say much more about this place other than you was very professional and very beneficial, thank goodness I went by that day I had my mattress by the end of that day and I was sleeping like a baby that night for a 1/3 of the price

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean store. Reasonably priced (except the $59 for delivery despite only being less than 2 miles away). They even had a lego corner to occupy my kiddo while I shopped!

He told us about all aspects of every mattress he showed us, the positives and the negatives. He also demonstrated how the insides of the mattresses work and showed us all kinds of sheets and mattress protectors. He was very knowledgable about sleep, physical comfort during sleep and what would be the best match for us. He gave us as much time as we needed on each mattress and didnt try to pressure us in any direction. He was honest every step of the way and did a price comparison check, which gave us about $50 off one of the items we bought. We bought a $600 mattress with a 120 day return guarantee. When we wanted to exchange the mattress within the said time frame they wanted to charge us $150 for return processing fee and credit only $400 for the $600 mattress. Unhappy about getting screwed over $350 over their return/exchange guarantee we had no option but take the deal. Anyway, this time we bought a $1750 mattress. The guy cut us a deal and gave us a $100 discount for the inconvenience so we bought it for $1600. When we got home we realized that they sell the same mattress for $1400 online!!!Anyway, when they came to deliver the new mattress they said that the mattress that we are returning is stained. They asked us for another $350 over the $150 return fee and the minus $200 deduction from the original price we paid. So they are asking for $700 hidden exchange fees for a $600 mattress. We didnt want to bend over that much.Now we are stuck with a mattress we cant use.They were all nice until we bought a mattress but the return process is just a scam. If feel lucky and you wanna play Russian Roulette with them, go ahead. If you think you may need to be able to exchange your mattress look elsewhere.
