I would like to start by saying today was by far the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. I am giving a 5 star review for multiple reasons. My trade and purchase was a very smooth transition from start to end. I would specifically like to give high praise to my salesman Nick Lee. Nick had been assisting me in finding a vehicle to replace my Jeep Rubicon for a couple weeks. Nick is not exactly your ordinary salesman. He is very genuine, dedicated, professional, understanding, personable, and knowledgeable. My situation/circumstances changed from what he and I had originally discussed. Nick stayed true to his word and helped me find something that I would not only feel comfortable in, but also fit my family’s needs, and lower my monthly payment. When I arrived at the dealership not a single persons working there was wearing a mask. The whole tome I was there not a single thing was cleaned or wiped down, I may have to take my business elsewhere. No service tech or service rep ever told my anything about the status of my vehicle

Worst customer service. They bought my vehicle a few months back and I STILL cannot get a sale receipt. At least they did pay off my loan, but I do not have anything for my personal records. I have emailed Chamberlain countless times, emailed via the website 3 times, called 3 times and still nothing.

Phillip was AWESOME, the car doesn’t have all the bells & whistles but I needed to get into a new car. My reason for not giving 5 Stars is because on the radio Riverside has a woman that says $30,000 in credit amnesty and another up to $10,000 off the MSRP. I really went above, and I mean way above, what I really can afford & would have been 100% satisfied if we could have come to $600 a month for 7 years versus $640 per month. 😒

The Mitsubishi Man made our car buying experience super painless, quick and hassle free. When you have a family with young children car buying can be such a hassle and no fun. For that simply reason we kept pushing off the long annoying process of going to look for and buy a car. Then Paul...he came to our rescue!!! We were in and out with a new car that fits our family PERFECTLY in under 2 hours!!! Yes under 2 hours!!! It was so easy! So quick! So painless!!
