I have always been satisfied with the work these guys do but the customer service needs a shout out too. Recently, I had an issue with my brakes and Frankie took the time to explain in detail what was going on with my car and made sure I understood what happened and what needed to be done. In the past with other garages, the mechanics are usually quick to get you off the phone. I dont necessarily fault them for that because they can be very busy. But Frankie at The Quiet Zone went above and beyond and I feel that should be commended.

I had no idea what was wrong with the van and any other place could’ve taken advantage of me but they didn’t. Did the work to get me back up and running and treated me respectfully. Scheduling an appointment is extremely easy online.I scheduled an oil change and they went above and beyond. I received a phone call about the status of my car and what its current needs were. As a woman, Im a little nervous about getting taken advantage of - being told I need some repair that isnt required or being charged an absurd amount. That wasnt the case here. Frankie (I think that was his name), was very informative and easy to speak to. He removed a metal piece from the bottom of my car that had been hanging at no charge and installed a new light bulb for my license plate which I didnt know was required by law. He also let me know that my air filter was beyond disgusting, concerned about my child breathing in bad air quality. (noticed the car seat). My transmission fluid needed to be replaced, which I knew before. I told him I planned on selling the car in a month or so and he was honest that it wasnt necessary instead of trying to push for it.Overall, definitely recommend and plan on coming back in the future.
