I went to the store to buy a Samsung phone, unfortunately the phone was sold out. But, Andrew took his time to listen to my needs, he was so kind and so patient, he was able to refer me a phone that works perfectly fine for my business. This young man is a great communicator and have great customers service skills. Thank you very much Andrew, keep up the good work.

I am not what would be considered Tech savvy, so it is with a certain amount of dread I seek tech help. I needed in person help so I went to the Nashua store. There I was helped by ADAM. Lucky me. Adam was patient, helpful, and knew how to explain things to me in a way that even I could understand. He deserves a raise! Thanks again Adam.........BACK AGAIN, this time to thank and praise ANDREW. It was time to upgrade my cell and Andrew explain my options in a clear and concise way. I left feeling I made an informed choice and all my question were answered. So far..so good with the new cell...Thanks Andrew.

These guys are very very efficient. It’s by far the best service in the area. Go visit Adam and Andrew. If you’re nervous about owning an iPhone these are the people you need to see. No matter what problems you have they will assist you.

The store manager was extremely helpful & friendly and made the experience of upgrading my phone much easier. Been a cricket customer since 2019 and this was the best experience Ive had working with them. Go see Adam and he will hook you up with whatever you need! Great guy.

Only took about 30 minutes to get everything set with my new phone. The employee, Andrew, was not pushy and didnt try to upsell the products I decided on with are you sure, what about X? questions. Just told him what I was looking for, he provided me with the different options and i picked out what I wanted. Overall, good experience.

Me and my husband just worked with adam at this location and I have to say he has AMAZING customer service!!!! He had two really difficult customers come in and handled the situation perfectly and at the same time sold me a new phone and even talked my husband into getting a new phone! He was so kind and had us laughing the entire time! He deserves serious praise!

Sales person Joe was AMAZINGLY nice, friendly and helpful. He knows everything about cricket mobile too. Very knowledgeable! He did everything it took to make my purchase easy. I bought four cell phones With four lines, and he was organizing everything for me so nicely so I don’t get confuse. He was putting all his attention on his work and was really trying to give me a good store experience. I asked for water for my kids he brought two big bottles of ice tea for us because they didn’t have water. He was so nice to my kids too. He most be an amazing person. It was an amazing experience.Joey the manager was very nice and friendly too. He was able to give me little discount on activation.I just got home with new cell phone carrier cricket. I got no signal from T-Mobile so I switched to Sprint. Sprint was weak too. Cricket signals looks perfect.

I went in there to add my Father on my plan and I was greated by the nicest young man, his name is Frank, he couldnt have been nicer. At that time he was experiencing a problem with the computer and it took some time to complete my order, but I didnt mind at all because I hadnt had such an intelligent conversation like that in a very long time, Frank went well beyond what the definition of customer service is, they say your workers are a reflection of who you are as a business, Cricket, you have no worries at that store, Frank just put you on the top of my list, he couldnt have done better, he was perfection at its best!

I showed up at Cricket to pay a phone bill and when I arrived to the store, they were open but the systems were down and that they pretty much couldnt help me and made me feel like i wasted my time even showing up to the store and its very unprofessional to just have the store open when you should just close the store when the systems are not working instead of giving people the idea that they can be helped when you have to send them to a different location and waste more of my time.

Would like to say the services i get there are get they want above and beyond tp help an older citizen out my phone fell in water i did not know what to do so they said that i had insurance and how to go.about it. I was glad they helped all the way thur it right tell i got new phone and then set it up for me. Great store love you guys awsome service

I show up to buy a new phone and the doors are locked in the middle of the day it says open until 7 but it 130 pm on a Monday and no one around this is poor service I have been a customer for 6 years this is awful

Extremely poorly run store. Went here just to add a line to my account in which I already had the phone took over an hour and a half. They lost so much business in this time because they only had 1 person in the store. Ive never seen such untrained unprofessional people in my life! I feel bad for the person assisting us because the company who hired them is at fault for not properly training their sales reps only reason theres 2 stars. To be honest Id rate 0 stars!

This place is great! Walked in and the Store manager greeted me with a smile and asked me how she could help. She answered any question i had and was a Huge help!Once my contract with Verizon runs out I will definitly be going back and getting their $55 unlimited plan!

I would give less than a star if I can. Anyway I went in to move my wifes number from another service - first the associate went on the b-rate my wifes phone, then went on to belittle the previous service provider and was not in any way ready help get a new customer to cricket. To top it all he messed up the porting and pretty much hung up on us. Not a good experience in these days of customer centric services. Not walking in to this center again.

Bought a new phone late on a Saturday evening. After arriving home, Noticed phone screen was defective. Could not return to store immediately as it was closed, returned three days later to return it because it was the earliest i could get there and exchange it. The girl didnt seem to want to be bothered and just told me to call LG customer service. I contacted LG and they said that the store should give you another phone as it is a very new purchase. Returned and even showed the problem with the phone and again requested a replacement. They said they cant do that i would have to buy another. I learn from the Cricket website a defective phone can be replaced at store with 7 days, Which a store employee SHOULD know. I call the store and explain that to the girl working there, She says How do i know how long you had the phone? I replied i had a receipt.She then puts me on hold 5 minutes and returns and says she is with a customer and will call me back, Never does and now its past 7 days. But I call the store again, Since it was their error that the phone should be replaced they said come down...I have to drive out of my way to do so and i get there and the manager on the phone says its past 7 days and under no circumstance will they replace it after telling me to come back down which could have been done on the phone. So now i have to make a warranty claim with Cricket and be further inconvenienced. This particular store? Terrible service and a bad experience and i fault the store owner/manager/district manager for not properly training employees.

I had a great experience at this particular location, the employee did all he could to assist me but the company lied to me about what phone I could use with their service, charged me for their service, and refused to refund me for the now unused service. I spent two hours on the phone with the service rep in store helping me and their call center employees have improper training and their management is virtually non-existent.

I usually i dont make reviews but i had to make some time out of my day to do one because this place is amazing! I got out of work late and cracked my phone, by the time i got to the store the manager was already closing but he cared enough to stay to help me out! He didnt have to do that but did any ways and because of that reason hes earned a new customer!
