I dont know if this shop have new owner or what but the service (as of 7-26-2021) is unbelievable terrible. I had the screen fix over there and it last one day. Came back the next day and no guarantee was honor( screen got defective and no sign of physical damage) I had I fix Phone store check it out and they also say it is definitely a defective screen. Their policy go up to one year if something like that happens. Long story short, if you want no guarantee and a fake smile, go for this store. I wont ever come back there. I am working with my credit card company to dispute the charge. What kind of company have no guarantee policy on thier receipt. Good luck for his dishonor business and his coming customers. Booked an appointment online for the $10 off iPhone screen repair for Saturday at 1pm and I was out the door in just 10 minutes the guy was very friendly and fast I couldn’t believe it. Small little shop right off of main street. The owner is very personable and to the point. I brought in a IPad with a cracked screen. He had a few other devices to fix before mine and let me know that the bigger devices take longer to do. Dropped it off at 12pm and got a phone call at 3:30pm. I would say that with the other fixes and getting mine done in that time frame is excellent. The price was below everyone else and honesty with everything is what more businesses should strive to have. Would highly recommend.

Cell Phone iRepair was recommended by a friend to us. Been here twice. First time i cracked my screen i drove all over looking for same day service and finally found this store. second time it happened (years later) i came right here. His prices are among the best i’ve seen and the service is quick. Last time it was 20 minutes so i walked to downtown nashua for a few minutes. If you book an apt online you can save a few bucks as well.

The tablet we brought in to get a battery replacement was done and ready for pick up with in an hour. Very professional staff he explained everything to me before starting the repair with my tablet.

I went in with a cracked Alcatel phone they were able to fix it no problem. Note they fix all models and brands which I didnt know before I highly recommend them.

Clearly a scam. Asked for my passcode. Gave me a screen that never was going to work, probably because I didn’t give them my passcode. If you gave it to them your passcode and gave them a 5 star You guys must be some type of stupid. Change all passwords and tell your bank so they can be on alert for suspicious activity.

My battery on my Motorola was overheating and swelling AJ helped us get a new battery replaced and the phone looks like new again.

I work nearby and have visited this shop on 2 separate occasions, both times the worker (who I presume may also own the shop) dropped what he was doing to speak with me and was extremely helpful, he also offered to buy my device (IPhone X) at what I thought was an extremely fair price... this shop seems to be very honest and seems to genuinely care about making sure their customers needs are met 100%.
