I would give the store a 5 star experience was good however if you wanna boost sales make the store and entrances less dirty and worn try repainted, it would make the customer feel buying more.

This place is huge! If you do not know where you need to go you could get lost. I couldnt find what I needed. I asked the guy sitting at the carpet area. He was very helpful! I get all my outdoor gardening stuff and mulch here every summer. I also stock up on cleaning supplies, furniture polish, car cleaning supplies, trash bags, rags, lightbulbs and batteries. They had paper towels and Lysol. My lucky day!

I bought 37 cases of Malibu Wide Plank (5500$) from this store. The floors were supposed to arrive at 6/18. But it did not. I called the store and even went to the store several times, they couldnt tell me where my floors were. 4 days later, a truck arrived to deliver. However, the driver had no tool or helper. He just pushed our floor down from a very large truck. And the floors were damaged. We went to the store and talked the manager. They promised to refund our money. But they need to get the floors back first. However, it has been 9 days. The store still couldnt figure out who would take the floors back. The manager said the manufacturer was responsible for picking up the floor but she couldnt get an answer from them. And she refused to refund me because she couldnt get the floor picked up. This is not right!

Went in to pay my bill and look for an item or two. I have to say this location had the most gracious and courteous employees! I was greeted with smiles and asked if I needed help by several of them. It was nice to see so many people looking happy and enjoying being at work. Thank you it made my day!

Got what I wanted and went to check out but only person on check out said he was closing abd I could use self check out I dont work for them and being military I get a discount, so I tryed garden center long walk to get there and I am handicap but I found the same guy that left other one, he checked me out and I got discount, befor I self check out I would have felt ny cart full I f stuff just sitting and never gone back

Prices are ok. Not enough help i had to spend 10 minutes trying to find someone to cut the straps on the wood i was buying. I asked cashier to page someone to lumber but she did not page. I did find a gentleman who was stocking which came over soon as i asked.

Always helpful and store is busy, but, many cash registers open for easy in and out.

Very refreshing experience Saturday st HD. Stella & staff in paint dept were very helpful in matching paint/quetions. Nick in lumber was very helpful with pvc wood questions and Skyler at cust service desk rang us up and was also very pleasant, he also was heading outside and offered to help load in 95° then he got wrap to help me secure load. THATS why I bypass the DWH-HD and go to this one. Theyre NOT all the same. Kudos again Thanks crew...have a great weekend

Good store. Sometimes they are out of stock on items they say are available online. Most cases it is in stock or at another local store.

How do I give 0 stars? Fulfilled an online order with the wrong item, tried to lie about it, and now all stores in the area are sold out. Incompetent at best.

Always clean compared to most, employees are nice and helpful when needed.

I spend about 2 grand a month in home Depots in nh. This store is the worst by far... if you need to pick up a oder or go to customer service desk then go to a different home Depot or a different company but dont go to this one it will be a wast of your time...

One person in the paint department and a line of people. I felt bad for the associate. No flat bed carts to be found in the store. We purchased a very large and heavy metal storage rack. I saw the same 4 guys walking around the store in pairs doing nothing while we walked through the store. Only one associate asked us if we were finding what we were looking for. One young man, I believe a high school or college student, was the only one who asked us if we (two women 53 and 34) needed help loading the heavy shelving on the cart and he helped us load our SUV. I was so over the store visit that I forgot to get this fantastic young mans name.We are happy with the paint and product we purchased, but not happy with the service. I am new to New Hampshire so this did not give me a great impression of my first visit inside the store.

HD is hit or miss with the sales people knowledge. When you deal with the service desk, they are usually very helpful.

We are building a new home and going to Home Depot to make thousands of dollars in purchases. We were recently at the Nashua North store ordering 2.5 baths worth of time. Floor and shower. The person who was helping us had difficulty finding an item so he called the manager. Maranda came over and helped. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and never made us think that the gentleman helping us was incompetent. She was very professional and made it a training opportunity in the best way. We then went to the front to place another order and check on items to be picked up. We picked up items a few weeks ago and were missing some so, we plan to get those when the tile comes in. We asked to speak to the manager to ask for a break due to the fact that the items that were left off of our order are so large we have to rent another trailer to pick up. She graciously accepted our request. Everyone who was working at the front end was also very helpful and professional.

Looking for water hammer arrestors, HD had very little to offer in-store. I ordered one online and had to wait 5 days to get it. Found another arrestor that needed to be replaced at home, this one was of a different size. HD didnt have that one either. I had to go to Lowes who actually had my part in the store. I cant rate HD poorly as they do have what I need most times.

I never fail to find what Im looking for at my local home depot. My town has three of them but one of them is my major destination for any project. Great people and good pride availability. Even during this Summers lumber shortage I was able to get what I needed to completely rebuild the porch. I will continue to shop there

My experience here has driven the final nail in the coffin for shopping at The Home Depot ever again. I plan to be extremely vocal on many platforms about my experience today.I was sent to this location by a nearby location because the snow blower I purchased there was damaged. At that location the entire process was fine. I used a no interest financing for 18 months coupon and used a military discount, used my Home Depot credit card and went on my way. Aside from the product being damaged.All I wanted to do was purchase a snow blower. However, the staff at this location made the process a painful one. Like I said before, I am a credit card member of The Home Depot and have shopped at many different locations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire but have never been treated so poorly especially when spending $1500+.After figuring out that the actual snow blower I wanted was their last one in stock I was happy to be the one to purchase it. However, while trying to purchase it along with my wife, they gave us issue after issue. My wife is a veteran and wanted to apply the military discount to the purchase along with a coupon for no interest financing (just as we did at the previous location 15 minutes earlier) they kept saying we cant do that even though I had the receipt from the previous location where the military discount and the no interest financing coupon were both applied without issue. I had to tell her can you ask your manager why different locations have different policies about this?” Finally after unnecessary arguing they scanned the coupon with the military discount and what do you know they were both applied without issue. No computer error, nothing indicating an issue had occurred. Just them making an issue.After the sale had been already completed, receipt in my hand, the customer service cashier asked to see the credit card and the military ID. She then proceeded to give more of an issue because my wife and I have different last names on the cards since we are newlyweds. Again she made an unnecessary issue saying the names are required to be the same on the cards. This is funny because of all the locations I have shopped at before, IT HAS NEVER BEEN AN ISSUE at any other location..... ever. Even before we got married it was not an issue. I mean I can walk into a Lowes and apply her military discount without her even being there.My Advice to anyone is to jump ship like me and shop exclusively at Lowes going forward. Avoid any big expense items and only shop at this location/company as a last resort.

I have never felt so intimidated, discriminated and upset in a store.The big white manager basically told me to shut up and take my broken on-line order, or he cancels it. The guy did not look at the facts, he did not look at anything. Just checked with his sup who was akAs already annoyed hot me interrupting her personal phone call.They want people like me to stay quiet, I will not. This is only the part one, more to follow.

I love my toy stores and this one keeps its shelf well stocked.

Very efficient. No line at the entrance. Everyone in masks. Looked up aisles and bins on my phone, and found them quickly. One item took a little time as the bin was crowded, but overall it was fine. One item out of stock but I expected that. Average time in checkout line.

Home Depot does a good job and this store is no different. The store is usually clean and lots of staff around. The prices are reasonable, selection is fair and quality varies. You get what you pay for. The tool selection is good, lots of variety packs with combinations you wont find anywhere else for pricing reasons.Try the Depot for your home improvement supplies, you could be happy you did.

A big shout out to KEITH the Receiving Manager at this Home Depot!!! He provided us with OUTSTANDING customer service during out visit yesterday! We had visited other Home Depot stores in an attempt to purchase a storage shed. It was not until we were lucky enough to get Keith on the phone that we received any actual assistance. Keith made the entire purchase easy, efficient and pleasurable! He checked us out himself ! HOME DEPOT YOU NEED MORE KEITHS!!!

Picked up this floor torchiere lamp for the living room. Always loved how a torchiere lamp makes the room glow.

Its pretty good. I would say that the online map is a tad inaccurate. So took a minute to find something but a person helped me. Clean, following CDC protocol during this epidemic. 5 stars!

My wife and I frequent this home depot and the staff are excellent and helpful. Its always clean and it has plenty of checkout lanes with self checkout as well. Although if youre looking for respirators theyre sold out as of this review due to Corona fears.

My wife and I went for a dryer. After looking at just two Annette came by to offer sales assistance. One of the best experiences ever. Knowledgeable, detailed, friendly, and precise. Would buy from her again when I need another appliance.

GOOD: Well stocked, Clean, Good Customer Service and lots of items. BAD: Somewhat messy, disorderly, dusty and kinda depressing.

I purchased a carpet here. The salesman that sold me the carpet was extremely nice. However, when my carpet got installed, we noticed a stain on it. The installer was very nice and said if I contact Home Depot we can either get a new carpet or get a discount. We called the company to ask for a discount since we just moved into our new home and didnt want to wait again to have another installation date. The customer service specialist, Peggy, has been giving me the hardest time. She made me send a picture (understandable), then asked if I tried cleaning it, yes. Then sent me cleaning instructions, like I dont know how to clean. I shouldnt have to go through all this trouble for something I just purchased brand new. This has been multiple emails back and forth for months. I give the sales staff 5 stars but this location needs to work on their customer service

I had a large order of flooring. I was cheerfully helped to load in my truck.

Store is laid out well with clearly posted signage. There is not too much holiday stuff in the way. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking lot is plowed and walk areas are cleared and treated.

Customer service ranges from horrible to amazing. Ive had sales staff go over and above to help me out, and Ive had others who wouldnt give me a glass of water if Im on fire. Management on the other hand are really good, and are very helpful if theres a problem.

Each employees help me even those who didnt work in other dept went out of their way to show me & referred me to expert instead of just pointing.
