This place used to have great selections of pots and pans, and a great stock of canning goods including jars and lids. Now it seems to have cut back on just about everything, and no longer carries any canning supplies! Disappointing as some corporate whiz kids somewhere alters another great store

B,B &B is expensive no doubt about it. But they do have occasional good buys and the quality is pretty decent.

Staff helpful. Decently stocked on merchandise. I was looking for an item, that happened to be on sale, and they had only one left. I went to look at something else and when I came back, there was more of the item I looked at. 20% off coupon I received in the mail plus the 20%off sale price on the item I wanted saved me a lot of money 💰! Parking lot is a little crazy. Facemask required. Good checkout experience. Ipay/ Android pay accepted.

I do love BB&B. I do wish the associates would check returns or clearanced items more carefully. I purchased something that I had to return, because the labeled stated it was a specific size and it wasnt even close. They were very helpful trying to fix this error but now unavailable. I think they could have done better. After traveling back and forth I wish they had offered a non clearanced item at at least a scouted price(obviously not the same price), so a I wouldnt have to find the same item again. But, this shouldnt even have happened. Otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars as the associates are pleasant and helpful with my return.

Bad customer service. Never shopping there again!! Full of attitude !! All set . No wonder Amazon is gonna wipe you out ....

Nice store for all house hold item in One place

The young man Tyler who works the register was extremely professional, charismatic, and patient. He helped me process the veterans day discount and I watched him exchange cheerful pleasantries with all customers who went through his station during a busy rush. Very good employees work here.

Bad experience here recently. There were carts full of merchandise everywhere and crammed into small aisles, so they were in the way of shopping. I was constantly having to move them to walk through.Manager was very rude and condescending when I asked for the location of a particular item. Also, kitchen section and others were very sparsely stocked. :(

Ive found some great deals there, and there are a bunch of very nice people working there. The employees seem to always be busy, but happy to help customers find what theyre looking for.

Customer service could be better, wandered around looking for something and not a single person working there acknowledged me or asked if I needed help finding something

It was not easy to find an employee to help me. Also there was cart every where full of product. Appearance inside was not that great, shelves where empty. For the most part it wasnt that bad to shop there.

With readily available 20% coupon, you can always find good deal when none is on sale. However, i was not able to use coupon online as it ask for email address and claim the paper coupon as invalid.

Nothing makes any sense! Nothing is in the right place, theres dirt everywhere. I asked an associate for a Dyson vacuum and they pointed at a pile of open $ 1000 dollar vacuums splayed everywhere. Absolutely insane. 0 stars.

My favorite home supplier store.

I live in Rhode Island, but drive to South Nashua every 5 to 6 weeks. I went into Bed, Bath and Beyond to purchase Wonder Hangers. There was only 1 set of the 10 pack left, and I wanted to purchase 3- 10 packs. I was helped by an employee named John. He was so accommodating, offering to give me 20% off each set, and ship them to my house without a shipping charge! He was extremely pleasant to interact with too. Now this is what I call superior customer service! I made sure to commend him to a supervisor. Thank you John for making my purchase at Bed, Bath and Beyond exemplary in every way!

Store is good like all another bed and bath beyond stores but management and consumer service is very poor, very low on staff and make it hard for customers to get help!! Also you would expect more respect and better attitude from store management at this class of retail, I dont think we would wanna go back there again! Rude and impolite store manager

We were there only an hour or so before closing so I was surprised at the neatness, Thats a lot of stuff! Items didnt seem to have prices on them individually so you had to check where they were to find the prices. The prices were a tad on the high side but ge stuff was nice. They did not have what I wanted; a lemon holder.

Bed Bath and beyond needs to wake up to Amazonian reality. The store is over stuffed, their pricing on some of the items are outrageous and their website is below par. I would love for them to be around for a long time thriving and give a tough competition to online retailers. Please make some serious changes and needs to be done quickly.

Went to the BBB in Nashua, NH today, in search of a coffee maker for my husband. After choosing which one he wanted, there didnt appear to be one available to purchase. We were about to leave, when an associate named John, asked if he could be of assistance. He spotted one of these coffee makers very high up, where other inventory is kept, at least 25 feet high. With seconds, he located a ladder, retrieved it, took it to the register for us to pay, and even offered to take it to our car for us. Now thats what I call excellent customer service.

Lines can get long at times. Coupons are so helpful and really save you quite a bit. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

My fiancé and I went to this Bed, Bath and Beyond to register for our wedding. Liz helped get us registered and walked around the store with us the whole time, during two visits! She was great, super friendly, kind and patient, funny and went above and beyond to help us. She answered all our questions. If you are thinking of registering at BBB I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Liz!

One of the few places left that you can go to touch/feel products, to see if you like what you are getting. Sometimes you dont find stock of what you are looking for but they offer free shipment. I find myself going there all the times for kitchen, bathroom, and general house needs.

They generally have what you would expect to find there, although sometimes not the exact size, style, or color you might want. The sales staff are exceptionally helpful. We will most definitely be back there as the need arises.

Rude customer service. Makes you wait in line than makes you get the product your self which needs to be exchanged. Than makes you wait in a huge line again. Honestly never doing buisness here again. Especially since my ankle is messed up and they saw I needed help.

This is a great place to get anything for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. This location also has makeup and toiletries. They are generous when accepting manufacturer coupons in addition to their own. Customer service is great.

Nice place decent selection. The help needs help. Register workers slow. They found a need to waste my time looking up some numbers on one item even though it had all the tags and bar codes right on it. Causes long checkout lines. No the employee was not new.

I purchased a Nutribullet Pro from the Nashua NH store which was over a half hour drive away since my local Bed, Bath and Beyond was out of stock. I discovered that the box was missing the blade and I called the store to let them know. They told me that this had happened a number of times before. Since the box was not sealed it would have taken a few moments to check the box before I left the store with the defective box. Instead I have to bring the box back to the Nashua store. Since this is a known problem, the store should check before selling the product to make sure that parts are not missing. This is the last time that I purchase an item from Bed, Bath and Beyond.

They have very good kitchen appliances. I bought a blender, and it works well.

The store is great for kitchen gadgets and appliances. Sheets towels bathroom accessories, anything you need you can find there.

Bought a food processor at 50 percent off they were sold out at the store so they ordered one for me online and had it delivered very happy 😊

When walking in the door with your list in hand everything in that store has a spot you dont have to ask for help because it is sectioned off very neatly when I go in to purchase items I am not in there more than 15 minutes I know what I want I find it Im out the door everybody is nice if you need assistance there right there to help you

There are some deals here, but this outfit also has some seriously overpriced stuff, too. Know what you really want before you enter. Make sure you sign up to get their coupons mailed to you, because it is one of the best ways to bring something they overprice down to a competitive level.

Very organized and typical BB&B experience.

Largest B,B,&B Ive seen. Huge selection of travel goods. Around the holidays, the aisles and end caps get a little overwhelming with all the extra stuff and the store starts to feel a little tight.

Was tough to find staff to help me. Once I did it was fine. They didnt have all the Simple Human trash cans on display even though they had them all in stock.

Great prices with their store coupons (that dont really expire).

Yes, its a chain, but they do have a decent selection...I usually find prices better, and selection better if I stay away from the stores on the state-line...and most of the stores are no exception.
