If I could give zero stars I would. The two women working there were so incredibly rude. I was attempting to purchase something today and waited over 10 minutes for assistance. One woman looked right at me from behind the desk and then walked away. I then walked over to the other woman working and asked to be checked out. She then stated in a very nasty tone, “there’s only two of us working and we are with customers so we cannot help you”. It was so rude that I had to put down what I was purchasing and walked out of the store. I will never go back to that store again. So disappointed.

My mother gifted me with this stamped silverware collection back in 2016 when I purchased my first home. I was thrilled about it!  Fast forward a couple years and the pieces started to look tarnished but in all honesty, I never thought anything of it until recently my mom saw it. Upon further inspection we realized it was not tarnished at all but the metal had actually worn off – not safe! I live by myself and have never had a dish washer so these pieces have always been washed by hand and well taken care of.  My mom collected the pieces to contact Pottery Barn and make them aware. She put in 4 calls to PB Customer Service with promises of a call back that was never received. She finally took the set to the store to show them the unfortunate shape they were in.  She was instructed to try polishing the silverware, which I had previously tried but did not have success because they’re not tarnished - they’re completely bare of their silver.  We proceeded to explain this to the associate but she continued to say she’d never seen this before and they just needed to be polished. Mind you, we’re avid Pottery Barn shoppers so much of our homes including furniture is Pottery Barn, so it’s disappointing there was no further effort made to solve the problem. I’m really at a loss considering I’ve never seen or had this issue before even with significantly less expensive silverware.  I wanted to make others aware of this situation if they’re looking to purchase this line as this set is clearly unusable. This is certainly not a lifetime set - very disappointing. :(

The store itself is nice, but it was difficult to get any help. When I finally did get some help, I was told that they didnt have the item I wanted in stock. I left the store and ordered the item online. Very high shipping charges! Be careful that you find out the shipping charges before you check out. I dont think i will shop here again. There are other comparable stores that have free shipping or low cost shipping these days.

Drove an hour after looking up their location and hours, only to be met at the door by a very rude employee / manager and told that they were closed for inventory, it has been posted on her door for a week. I explained that I just drove and hour and she replied that it was on the website that they were closing early. Well we were not the only couples turned away. We compared notes and confirmed that ITWAS NOT posted!! Will spend my money elsewhere!

Everything ordered takes months. Shipped then lost then returned then reshipped without me even receiving anything. I don’t know what they are doing. And I pay premium delivery plus surcharge for each piece only to find out they wait until they group things together to ship at same time. Need to order separate or now wait even longer for my son’s bedroom set. Unbelievable.

After driving 45 minutes from Fort Myers, I arrive to the door being locked at 3:55. The manager informs me that theyre closed for inventory. However, the Google site says the store is open until 5 and right now at 4:09pm it says they are open.The website says it closes at 4 but the initial pottery barn page still says open till 5.What a waste of time and gas. Maybe fix all posted times when closing earlier than normal.

We went to the Naples store today. I did not have a mask on. There was a guy at the front door with his arms crossed. He did not ask if I had a mask, instead with arms crossed, he said “you can’t come in without a mask” in a very ugly tone. I explained that I have a disability that prevents me from wearing one. Rather than ask what disability, he just said “it doesn’t matter, you’re not coming in”. I told him that according to ADA he cannot discriminate against people with disabilities. He just said “company policy says you can’t come in”.I understand that masks are a divisive and “hot” issue, but this guy was nasty and clearly a person that was on a power trip. There is a right way and a wrong way to enforce a policy. Arms crossed, nasty and unwilling to listen to a customer with a disability is the wrong way.I have spent many thousands of dollars at PB. I will never set foot in another PB store. PB needs to train their employees about proper customer service. They also need to train on ADA guidelines.

Wow, called yesterday and no one answeredCalled today and after several rings a gentleman answered and I asked if a chair was in stock. He put me on hold. After 15 minutes I hung up. Tried to call the store back, no answer. Wow! its 1:17 pm on a Tuesday. terrible customer service

Terrible experience. Spent a lot of time making up an order of 12 items. Only after order is made and paid for I was told some of the items are in back order. Why wasnt I told BEFORE the order is made? I should be my decision whether to make a back order.So I called customer service (an hour after the order is made) and was told Sorry, at this stage the order cannot be changed.Also, I forgot to use the promo code SUMMER for a 20% discount. So I asked the customer service to apply it for me. Sorry, at this stage the order cannot be changed.For an upscale store, the customer service is definitely third-world-like.

Very dissatisfied experience with Pottery Barn furniture!I’m moving in new house and ordered our master king bed from there and pay $3K.My criteria which one bed to choose was the one coming on time before we move in, so we’ll have bed once we move in.One of a sudden without any backorder or anything, they changed the delivery dates a month later.Now we already moved in, however no bed from Pottery Barn- so we have to sleep on the floor on a mattress, I can’t cancel this order and buy from somewhere else because Pottery Barn don’t have cancellation policy for the furnitures. I don’t know when we’ll have this bed either, because the dates change all the time and reschedule further dates.Also I am a mom with a newborn baby and a toddler!So thank you, Pottery Barn- for this “great experience”!!!!So so so disappointed!DON’T BUY FURNITURES FROM POTTERY BARN!!!

Ordered kitchen dining chairs and counter stools from Pottery Barn. They came with termites/wood bearing worms/ carpenter ants/ SOME kind of bug that chews through wood destroying it. We were in a brand new build home and were terrified and had to put all the chairs out back. The chairs sat in our house and then our grass for too long. Three different 2 hour long hold times to get through to customer service. Still waiting on the refund. Customer service was unorganized and rude. Each conversation they acted as if the one before had never happened. Like I had to start the whole process order each time I called. Do not order from pottery barn- really just a night mare the whole way through.

The store is overstuffed with goods. Was in practically empty store today and couldnt believe the attitude of unattractive sales person. Was merely inquiring about shipping re some pieces I was interested in. You would have thought I was asking for discounts. I have shopped Pottery Barn for about 40 years and bought many many items and recommended also. I dont know whats going on in this Naples location but the Manager should get on it. I see there are quite a few low reviews.

I chose this rating because although Deborah was very nice, we were dissastified with her performance as a sales associate. We went in to purchase some items and also order two nightstands on online. Deborah assured us that ordering online from the store would be easier, when in fact, in turned into a huge ordeal that is still not solved. Apparently, something went wrong with the processing system through pottery barn and our order didn’t go through. We had left the store and were home for multiple hours when Deborah called me in a panic to tell me “she made a mistake”. When I told Deborah I was confused because we left with receipts/confirmation numbers she told me “she would have to call me back because she was busy”. We waited around all night for her call and she never returned our call leaving the issue unresolved. The next day my husband called to speak to pottery barn and asked to speak to Deborah. After he was put on hold, someone else answered the phone and told him “they had washed their hands of this issue” and that we would have to handle it from this point. It is extremely upsetting to receive this customer service from pottery barn. We are loyal pottery barn customers and even did our wedding registry here. We are upset that we did nothing wrong but now are left with issue to handle that happened due to the sales associate. Very disappointing, especially with all the money we have spent at pottery barn. Now, we will think twice before returning, unfortunately.

Terrible!!!! I ordered a table in January and they attempted to deliver it 3 times, but each time it came broken! Its now going on 6 months... I have been on hold with customer service for over 1.5 hours now trying to cancel my order. I keep getting transferred over and over again. I truly have never experienced such poor customer service in every way.

5 years ago when we moved to Naples from Ohio we left quite a bit of living room furniture with our daughter. On arrival to Naples, I went straight to Pottery Barn and bought $22,000 worth of sofas, lamps, rugs, lamp shades and bedding. All in the same day.. The saleswoman was Cris, I think, and she was very nice and extremely helpful. I really enjoyed the coupons for free merchandise I was given or earned, nevertheless I got FREE STUFF. Now we have built a new home and what we bought then will look great in the new house. I think we built our house to go with all our Pottery Barn merchandise. However, I do need rugs and wall decor so Ill be back.

I was following up on a $2,000 order that they convinced me to order through the store instead of online so I could support the local store. I realize today is the day after New Years and the store is really busy, but I have just called 2 times only to have them hang up. A simple can you call back later would have been nice. Next time I will order online.

Purchased a 5x8 foot Henley rug from Pottery Barn. We are here in Florida as winter guests. After 2 years the binding on one side and the rug began to fray. Was told they have a THIRTY DAY return policy from corporate. DO NOT BUY from Pottery Barn.

Tried to buy 2k worth of stuff today and it almost took 1.5 hours. And she still could not process the order. We walked out with nothing. Avoid going to this store. If you do not under any circumstances buy it there. Just jot it down and go home and order online. Horrible customer service

The store was out of the color dishes that we wanted (they were only sold in sets of four colors on line) but they located them on the east coast and asked that they honor the free shipping available in the catalog. They couldnt have been nicer, the dishes arrived a few days later. Everyone in the store was so nice and so helpful. You never know when a kindness touches someones life. Im sure they did not know that my husband and I were there trying to distract ourselves while our sweet dog was getting his last chance cancer treatment. Im so appreciative for their professionalism but Ill never forget the kindness.

I love to visit Pottery Barn but had a dissapointing visit to the Naples store yesterday. I visited with a view to buying a supply of their premium flameless candles. The music was so loud I could not think so had to leave the store. Surely soft relaxing music in the background would help people stay in the store longer and possibly buy more? My husband visited the gents loo and there was no handwash; he saw boxes of what he presumed was merchandise stacked in there which frankly is not very savory.

I have been a PB customer for over 20 years, back then they really cared about the customer and really did everything in their power to make you happy. Now it like I don’t recognize the company anymore, I just made my last purchase from them today only to use what is left of my rewards points and I will never deal with this company anymore. The store manager Rose who I asked on multiple different occasions to help me always comes up with an excuse and find me another sales person to help me as if I was not good enough for her. This is so frustrating, I sent an email complaining to customer service online 4 days ago telling them they just lost a 20 year old customer and they never contacted me wether to try to find out what happened or try to find a solution. In my book this company has no customer service what so ever and I will never shop either in any of their stores or online.

We have bought a lot of items at Potter Barn and are happy with everything except their lamps. All of the desk and floor lamps have not held up over time. Either the bulb socket fails or on the lamps with adjustable arms, the levers fail making them worthless. And all have failed after the warranty has expired. I get sympathy from them but nothing else.

Horrible customer service. The women that work there (not all of them, but most) think they are above everyone else. They spend more time on their hair and makeup than they do listening to the customers and trying to help them. Unfortunately for them, most men that come in the store are married with their wives right along side of them.These women are spoiled brats who think their customers are bored housewives with nothing else to do. I have two jobs....I will shop somewhere else. Brush up on your customer service.

I board 4 Foliage Wall Fern for 200 $. They were offered also for outdoor and the coolest outdoor weather conditions.... After a while they changed and lost Colors and felt apart. Very very poor Quality. I spoke to the customer Service after they put me in a 1 hour waiting line and explaned what happened. They told me later, that i didn`t care about the plants. What??? This is a joke because they are artifical. After she couldn`t use this in her favour she told me, they shouldn`t get sunlight, even they promised online thats for outdoor use and Lasting even in the coolest outdoor wheater conditions . I offered her to send Pictures or send the products to her that she can have look a worse the Quality are. But she refused and told me, that she doesn`t care. We`ll never ever buy something at Pottery Barn

One star because I had to. I am disgusted with Pottery barn!! They do not do any price adjustments so if you buy furniture and it goes on sale within a couple days and it hasnt shipped yet you are still out of luck! Cant do a return because they charge you the flat ship rate of $299. even though it has not been scheduled to ship or even left their facility! How is that for customer service!! I guess they will lose a lot of business from Me!

Very small store. Crowded. Normal Pottery Barn stuff but I was actually disappointed in the quality. Not as good as it used to be. Not one single person asked if we needed help but that was okay. We only went in to look at a bed set we saw online and they didnt have it in the store but hoped wed find something else in there. Nope. Oh well, just not for us anymore I guess.

No sales associate said a single word to me the entire time I was in the store and I was in the store for at least 20 minutes. So for customer service alone or the lack thereof, I would give a one star. However, the variety of items bumps this review up to three stars. The store is on the smallish side.
