My friend and I went to Mattress Firm as we were both interested in a new mattress. Sierra walked us through everything we should be considering and had us try several different mattresses explaining exactly what they were comprised of. Asked us a lot of questions to find out what would work best for us. We were fortunate to be the only ones in the store and spent well over an hour going back and forth between different mattresses and asking a lot of questions. She was a wealth of information and we really enjoyed our experience there. I ended up purchasing a mattress I never would have thought was for me and now cant wait to sleep on it.

Definitely a five star experience with mattress firm! I had the pleasure of meeting a young lady named Sierra, who was also my sales consultant, and she was a TREMENDOUS help! I was going to shop around at a few mattress stores to compare prices, and stopped at this location first! Sierra was very knowledgeable about what type of mattress works best for me based on my description of my sleep (or lack there of!) Needless to say, I did not end up going to any of the other mattress stores! I feel that Sierra picked the perfect mattress for me, based on my needs, and I will definitely be back in the future with any other mattress purchases I may need!!

I went into the store knowing what I wanted. We made it all the way to the end, they even ran my credit. Juan was very informative and not pushy from the beginning. However, the warehouse didnt do the inventory correctly and we couldnt get the matters we wanted. Of course, I was disappointed, however, its not Juans fault. And he quickly turned the situation around and was able to get us into a better mattress within our budget. The best salesman I have ever been with. He took care of us and didnt want to sell me on the most expensive product. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Both Michael and Adrian went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for! I went in looking to buy a box spring (or two) for my newly purchased King Mattress and Michael showed me an adjustable base as an option. Michael was the best salesman ever. He took his time with us knew exactly what I wanted and even when I wasn’t sure never got impatient and he went through every mattress with me. He knew every mattress what they were made out of he even asked what my concerns were my back do I sleep on my side I found the perfect one thanks to him. He was the only sales man there and the store was busy but yeah gave us his undivided attention after acknowledging the other people that walked in.

We wanted to try different types of mattresses but Juan, the store manager, gave us such excellent service and such a good deal that we decided to buy the mattress right away and we are very happy with our decision.

A week ago I posted the review below and gave the store a 1-start rating. At their invitation to contact the store so they could make things right, I went in and talked to the manager, Adrian. He was outstanding. He explained that he couldnt get into the warranty claim process but he would try to help us at the store level. He knows his products and helped us choose new mattresses. And then he was able to price things to virtually match the lost warranty amount. So, new 5-star rating and a thank you.We spent $1900 on a King sized Stearns and Foster mattress here, which has totally failed. It no longer provides support and were sleeping in another bed until we can replace it. Since we are seasonal in Naples the mattress has just three years of use on it. The stores warranty claim process is unconscionable. They make you either PAY $80 to have someone look at the mattress or you have to follow their convoluted on line e-claim process. We used the latter and, no surprise, they said the photos showed that the mattress was within the manufacturers standards. Stay away. The bitterness of poor quality (and service) is remembered long after the joy of low price is forgotten.
