I am very happy with my purchase of the Mattress Firm 300 adjustable base. It makes sleeping extremely comfortable, much better than lying flat all of the time. The delivery and set up went very well. Delivery drivers were very helpful and informative. Kudos to them! I highly recommend Mattress Firm if youre looking to purchase anything that has to deal with sleep. Mattresses, frames, pillows, etc.

I bought Herode, not the store or the mattress. Cant wait to bring my friend in and get my free referral pillow. Stopped in on motorcycle to enjoy the ride to Rooms To Go, but now I have the rest of the day free. 5 stars for a reason

Helpful friendly service. Found a mattress we liked pretty quickly within our price range. Delivery scheduled for just 2 days after purchase and they will take our other mattress away. Happy we will get to try it out for 120 days and we will be able to return/exchange if its not all we hoped for. (There are fees associated if that happens but they arent terrible.) Fingers crossed it feels as comfortable at home as it did in the store!

Manager was great. Our other bed we bought from them almost three years ago had problems and was shifting and he was willing to give us what they probably would’ve given us from warranty prorated. So we got us a new mattress and the kids as well. Also the $99 delivery fee was worth it. They came up stairs got out 3 mattresses and taped them up and loaded them and put our 3 new ones on the beds and set them up. Amazing!

We dont write a lot of reviews however this one is due. We went by 3 different Mattress Firm locations and 2 other mattress stores. Got to deal with several sales people and I have to say that Herode is the best sales guys I came to deal with. We spent over 1h trying to decide which mattress to pick and he was very patient and understanding. Knew the answers to all the questions and most importantly, know how to make a deal. If you are in search of a mattress, Herode is your guys. YES its worth the driver across town to this location and this sales guy.

We are pleased with the service and delivery of our Tempurpedic Adapt Medium King size mattress. The mattress is very comfortable and has more pressure point relief than the Tempurpedic Cloud mattress that sometimes goes on sale at Tempurpedic.com. In the past, we had a Tempurpedic Classic which was an amazing mattress. I slept so deeply through the night. This Adapt Medium (NOT THE HYBRID), has been giving me deep sleep, too. Before Tempurpedic, my hips can ache through the night causing me to toss and turn. But, this mattress is so good that I don’t feel my hips aching at all. I may roll over once or twice a night compared to the all night tossing and turning before we got our first Tempurpedic. The downside is that they are so expensive. But if I weigh it out over 8 to 10 years, it’s worth the money for a good night’s sleep to me.

Erika was very helpful and very knowledgeable about what type of mattress I needed, she even helped me get the base I needed that adjust to my liking, I am only 5 foot tall so getting into a high bed is hard for me and since I chose an adjustable frame she made sure I got the one that can adjust to my liking that I can make it go low to the ground! It’s the little things like that that made me end up purchasing your product from the store. Plus she was very kind and took her time and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured.
