I love this store! I save time and an average of $23 weekly! Theyve got a good selection of organics which is icing on the cake for me so I dont need to waste a lot of time walking around a big store. Most items arent brand names, but the quality is just as good.

Was disappointed in overall quality of produce. Some items were actually rotten. I would try the Caldwell location. Its cleaner, fresher produce and employees are really professional and take pride in their store. Its worth the trip!

Most of the produce was old. Wrinkly peppers, browning grapes, old oranges with dried out and browning peels. Fruit flies flying everywhere. Bags of sweet peepers that had mold starting on them. Everything else in the store seemed OK, but they need to lower their prices on produce if theyre selling old product.

Friendly and helpful people. Great specials. Best prices around.

I do like this store and they have a decent selection; however, their customer service leaves something to be desired. The cashiers/baggers will carry on their conversation whilst ringing up my groceries - no hello or thanks for shopping - they just hand you the receipt (occasionally telling you how much you saved) before you walk out. The one in Caldwell is way better for CS and selection.

Store is very clean and staff is amazing. Great vegan and gluten free products at wildly low prices. Like, wild.

I love this store! The staff are so friendly and helpful! The produce is pretty competitively priced and so far the italian sausages are the best we have had in a long time that werent bought directly from a butcher.

I love this store! If you are willing to be a bit more creative with your cooking (use substitutes & cook using what is available) you will save sooo much money on your grocery bill each month! My husband and I treat our visits here like a date because you never know what you’ll find & the low prices make shopping less stressful.

Selection is kinda poor, well its really poor to be honest. Prices on some things are really good. On others like fruit ect they are more than normal stores. The staff is really nice & they keep the place clean.

Always love coming here. So glad they opened this one closer to my home. They have a wide variety of foods and other kinds of things too. I was looking for organic wheat grass and they had it. They have all kinds of speciality items.

I encourage and would support you as Business Owners to not cave into the pressure to strip people their right to chose, including your employed Staff. In speaking with many of the Staff, they would prefer the choice NOT to wear a Mask during their shifts.We as Patrons would prefer to see Joyful smiling faces.We want to connect with our local businesses making your store our Neighborhood Liberty Friendly place to shop. Very clean, close to home. I walked in employees greeted me with hello and a smile. I shopped with no one keeping an eye on me. You see i am mix race, and almost everywhere LP (loss prevention) is sure to follow especially at wal mart.you can pick them out quick. But here at grocery outlet i shopped comfortable thank you.

Its not really a bargain when you check out

Great deals to be had in this very well organized and clean store with a very friendly staff. I was very surprised to find that every item I wanted in the ad that lured me in there was fully stocked. Usually when you see an item for a great price, its gone when you arrive because they only had 1 case to begin with. That doesnt seem to be the situation at Grocery Outlet. I must admit that Ive never visited one of these stores because I thought they were similar to dollar stores. They are nothing like a dollar store. Had a very pleasant experience at this store and Im glad they moved in only 2 blocks from my house.

I love saving money, and the apples here are always perfect. Staff is accommodating and the place is always clean.

Not only do I shop for myself, my wife, 4 kids, my 3 cats and my 2 dogs.Im not one to ever leave reviews but geese sometimes people can be super rude and not do what they are suppose to. This is not the place to shop if you have any expectation of any customer service. The prices are higher on name brand name products as other retail stores. There have lower prices on multiple brands. Also, the employees act very unprofessional, I caught a long blond hair lady flirting with a male co-worker and ignoring customers I actually had to wait for them to stoptalking to get through them to continue shopping. Wheres the management in this store? Is there any? It seems like they dont know what they are doing. I guess they have to get to know everyone before they figure out that they are there to work. The day I was in the store, the shopping atmosphere was unfriendly, employees didnt say hello or ask if I needed help finding anything. No smiles or eye contact, The people here are rude and inattentive; I asked kindly to an associate for a cart, he completely ignored me and ran off like a little kid in recess. People working here are ruthless basically cut you off if you try to talk with them. Also, some of their products dont have a price tag- and if they do, they are wrong. I had to ask to the register prices on some items since the description did not match at all. Also, Arriving home I noticed I was over charged for 8 items that were priced incorrectly on their shelves. Upon opening my purchases, I discovered that five products were expired and had mold.Before purchasing something at this establishment, I highly recommend you check the expiration date and have a closer look at the food and give your food a good whiff before cooking or eating it. Be most careful with their meat and vegetables. If it smells weird, your food is probably already bad. Many of the items you are buying are discontinued. Some of the aisle were crowded with blue stocking carts which make very inconvenient for a group of people to go thru and walk comfortably.Also there were few boxes on the floor as well. I wont bother returning my rotten items or spend time and gas going to this location since I Will not be shopping here anymore. I dislike visiting stores where the service is not respectful. I had a friend tell me he had a bad experience at this location with food and service, I had one as well. We will make sure to let everyone else know about it.

I like this little store. The cashiers are always nice. And its often clean. I like to come for the Mexican wheel chips. And I like the price of milk. Love their beef jerky and pepperoni snack stuff. And often look forward to their weekly deals I get in my emails, and often have shop here.However I have a big concern about one employee that its frustrated and actually creep me out! The young blond gentleman in there with glasses Ive caught him whispering,or mumbling or oddly mouthing inappropriate words. Makes me feel uncomfortable. Even for my kids! We liked using their child carts for shopping and it makes it fun for them & our family. We always look forward to the Mexican chips and other things. But I dont recommend this location. The Caldwell store is better.

This is us a brand new store built in nampa. Its clean. The staff are very nice. My grand daughter needed a balloon and they had no trouble gettingbjust what she wanted.

The prices are the same or higher on name brand name products as Walmart. There are lower prices on generic brands and you can find items that didnt catch on in the marketplace but are still good/interesting. Also, the produce seems fresh and is nicely displayed. The day I was in, most of the staff was not friendly. No eye contact or smiles- even when it was difficult to get around their stock carts or when they completely blocked the aisle. Seemed like unhappy employees.

Ive been shopping at several Grocery Outlet Stores and Ive been over twice at this particular location.This is one of the worst Grocery Outlets I have ever been to. The things I needed were out of stock. I found 1 moldy item in their produce.The organic aisle looked sloppy. The people working on the floor are not helpful, nor do they have Empathy. They never smile, greet or ask you if you need help with anything, they ignore you or spend their time talking to each other like if they were in a High School lunch room. I was walking down an aisle while shopping and had to wait about 2 minutes for them to stop chatting for three employees who were talking to each other to realize I was there and they were in my way and that they needed to move so I could get to the products they were blocking me from getting to. The Bathroom I went was stinky and without Toilet Paper. Ethics and professionalism are important. The customers money is good enough for the store to take. But the customer is not good enough to be permitted to use a decent restroom.Not very good selection of food, wish they would carry the big Hot dogs I can find at other locations. I didnt see any organic fruits and some items had already expired dates on them, as the jerky meat and gluten free products. The guy bagging my purchases was smirking quietly while looking at me causing an unpleasant feeling. Cashiers dont not make eye contact, had an attitude and was pretty slow compared to other Grocery Outlets I frequently visit.Also, one particular cashier was wearing her mask just covering her mouth not her nose and mouth. If the employees are going to wear a mask it should be used properly. Overall, When you work directly with the public, you need to have your employees acknowledge your customers.I have to agree with some of the reviews when they say people working here are very unprofessional. The store looks a little messy particularly in the Dog food section and Organic Aisle. Also they need to be straighten and fully stock the shelves; so people can identify the different brands. Some prices are the same in relation to other retail stores, The Store could be a lot better. Probably the best part of the whole experience was the background music. Customers service sucks though. Also, bad management.

Just expect the unexpected up & down the isles in this unique store. My family loves visiting often & grab what you see when youre there because it goes fast.

Love the value and the variety!

I was disappointed and concerned that there was a mask-less man working at check out. Upon inquiring I learned the store does not require workers or guests to wear masks. This was hard to see in this spike with a red health alert level and almost 20% of tests in Canyon Co. coming back positive this week. Grocery Outlet needs put public health first. 1173 people have died in Idaho from COVID-19 so far—why be negligent put customers and workers at higher risk of death or long-term health impacts? I will not shop here again unless masks are required.
