Store was clean and well stocked. I enjoyed shopping there. This is the first time in a year and a half I have gone inside a store. It was a good choice to break quarantine.

I find this place convenient and to have some things that are essential for an affordable price. They have neat things sometimes as well and its new and creative.

I used to go to this location at least twice a month, but this last time I was accused of STEALING. I own my own business and I have spent a lot of money here, because of the way I look I was treated like a criminal. Would not recommend

At the Dollar Tree on 12th Ave. you can find a teasure if diverse items for the whole family at cheap priče which is always best on the pocket. In addition, The Dollar Tree on 12th Ave is always cleaned, well stocked, with a very friendly staff always willing to help.😎😊

Dollar tree is always busy. Most the time they have adequate number of registers open. Every time I go in it seems they are adding a little better variety of products.

Great spot to sit outside and sip 100 proof vodka while waiting for Uber to drop its price from $53.00 to $8.00 for a 6 mile ride home. I guess that the busier they are dictates the price of a ride

The store itself is OK. Not incredibly clean, but not terrible, but there is a checker named Robert, I believe, who is so incredibly pleasant and calm, that Im giving 5 stars just for him. Every time I go and he is working, its a much better experience overall. His customer service is excellent.

Great place cheap food fast service

If your card gets declined check your bank account espcially at this location I ended up paying an extra 59 dollars for 7 dollars worth of items. And apparently the manager cant do anything about it and cant see it on there end

You can find practically anything you need late at night for a dollar so its a great deal. However when there is only one cashier and 16 customers in line it makes it hard to wait. But the cashiers are nice and try hard to be pleasant.If Dollar Tree had a backup cashier I would have given them a 5 star rating.

This star Has Changed by Leaps and Bounds. They are much cleaner much friendlier and almost always very well stocked. I cant say enough good things about the people who work there very convenient and just love shopping here! Instead of my grandkids :-)

I made an order online for some masin jars online. While doing the order online I had some additional questions and called the customer service number. I was able to pass the automated system supper fast. The representative helped me do the order. The shipping was in a timely manner. I had it delivered to the store since it was free. The morning of I got an email letting me know my order had arrived. I called the store and I think the manager answered and answered all my questions and was supper respectful. The times Ive been at the store the staff is super helpful and respectful.

Its a busy, typical dollar store. Ive had no problems with customer service here. Though i do warn often times (especially ober weekend /near holidays) the place is in a state of disarray, so it can make it challenging to find products.

Shelves are a wreck. Items on the floor. Boxes of back stock, displayed on the floor are at best a hazard. I understand the screaming kids are just part of life!

Awesome place you can find anything you want there pretty much ! not too sure about the quality of the stuff but literally everything from cleaning supplies to food drinks tools its crazy how much stuff they got in there and its only one dollar. Plus they have birthday decorations Halloween decorations all the major holidays decorations

The shelves in the Boise stores have more on them. This Nampa store has certain departments that are well stocked. While others were completely empty.

Good items, affordable prices, need more cashiers

There was a blonde lady there and I was with my family. I was talking to one of them and the lady was apparently ease dropping the whole time. She stayed in the same area and told us some stuff later that was very rude and the way she said was very rude. I paid for my stuff and left and of course before she was still looking at me and of course I told her to mind her own business and that she doesnt have to be so rude! Never going again and neither are my family.

I can tell this place has made huge improvements in the last 6 months. Shelves are always stocked, freight is organized when waiting to be put on the shelves. Cashiers are friendly and talkative. I enjoy coming to this location.

I freaking LOVE the Dollar Tree! It has everything I never knew I wanted and its only a dollar. Only a dollar. Only. A. Dollar. I must have it! But then I almost blew my paycheck. And then I hate the Dollar Tree. LOL

They had what I needed

I give the manager a poor review. Gave cashner a twenty dollar bill and he gave change for a ten. I told them the cashier couldnt remember. I know it the holiday but watch your money. She treated me like I was a thief.

I buy 99% of my greeting cards here. They have a great selection, and the cards are either 50 cents or $1.00 each. I can get dayold bread, and I just picked up school supplies there also.

I never used to shop at the $$$ store unit recently. Theyve so many name brand foods I was very impressed. One can still find good merchandise for a $$$.

The people are usually friendly... today it look like a hurricane was ready to hit- all the shelves were empty. Just feels like they need more staff to keep everything stocked as busy as they are.

They dont have much to choose from. The place is always fairly busy, always a line with more than 3 people waiting and of course only one cashier who is slower than slow and not very friendly, its not like she takes so long because she is chatty Kathy, she is just a slow mover. Plus the parking lot is always a disaster, trash on the ground and no trash can in sight. But its a dollar store next to a thrift store in Nampa so what do you expect.

Some things they have clearly marked for the price which its a dollar store so everything should be a dollar but not always some things are buy two for a dollar. Absolutely the worst ive ever seen. First off, the entry into the store has literally GARBAGE and youve gotta walk around it.Next the entire store is total chaos. Not only a complete mess but digusting filth and dirt beyond what would be considered normal.The floors look as if they havent been washed in 10yrs...So on top of all this, lol as if the above mentioned isnt enough, they are FOREVER OUT of many many things.The poor ppl who work there look disgusted as well.Ive mentioned that i avoid that store at any cost and they point their heads down in total embarrassment and literally say nothing.One employee said they were working on it and were expecting change soon BUT THAT WAS SAID LAST SUMMER.There isnt one good thing i can say about that Nampa location.The Caldwell location is a lot better but still very dirty.Does anyone NOTICE THE PROBLEMS THERE??My thinking is that one of the main problematic issues is that of parents who allow their kids to run amuck while actually ignoring their kids as they absoluetly destroy the entire store.Its not just the kids however, though shame on the parents but they too open up containers which are meant to stay wrapped up until purchase HAS BEEN MADE!So idk, im taking my time on this cuz im extremely bothered by it all as its the only close one by me but you cant just nail its condition on one thing.My personal opinoin is its a reflection of the actual ppl here in Nampa. They are the worst ive ever experienced. WHY WHY WHY SO MANY KIDS??? AND THEY TAKE THEM EVERYWHERE AND LET THEM RUN CRAZY?? I seriously dont get it, i really dont. Its just unreal to me and very noticeably different thats for sure...They dont correct their bad behaviors but instead just allow them to run and scream like wild animals. Boy i hate to see their wake up to reality one day!So thats what i think for whatever its worth. I took the time to write this even with a bad phone acting up so badly that i had to type it out ONE SINGLE LETTER AT A TIME cuz its so completely BROKE.!If you want that Dollar Tree to improve, youd havta move its location to Meridian or Eagle.No joke.

There is a wide variety of things at the dollar store. It is nice to be able to find things to use for projects and crafts.

Was looking to buy some glass ware. Asked the manager if she had a box or something to do put them in since I was going to buy a lot. Was told by her she was too busy to do that or to even look.

Fun finds I dont normally see at most dollar stores

This is the Nampa 12th Ave Rd store. Some of their bottom shelf displays were not well organized and looked like piles of junk. Otherwise, if you ignore this issue, its ok. The clerk was friendly and helpful. And pay attention when out shopping in these stores. Not all Dollar Tree sell exactly the same items, but I still found what I needed.
