I went to the UPS store to send my tax returns certified return recipe on 10-7-21 the clerk that helped me was Patrick. He failed to put the postage on the packages. My tax return got returned to me. I went back to the store and Patrick told me they are not responsible. Im so upset! Please be careful and make sure you watch them put the postage on your package and get a receipt.

I was able to set it up and get my mail forwarded here over the phone before I even moved to the area.They can handle any of your shipping, copying, faxing, packing, notary and other small business needs.Night time access is also available for box holders.

This location deserved 0 stars - I came here in January to send a shipment to a friend in Mexico for her wedding. I waited about 2 months to give UPS and the shipment to arrive before asking questions. The tracking number after it left the U.S. could not track my shipment which the staff shouldve warned me about before accepting my package. When I contacted the store the store manager Teresa said at one point it is not her responsibility once the package has left I asked if they can help me track the package down so I can get it back but nothing no help. The last time I spoke to the manager Teresa she hanged up on me. I did not realize this UPS store used the local post office to send my package. If I wouldve been told this I would have taken my package myself and not waste anyone time. All I ask is for them to help me track my package and some accountability.

My husband and I had gone to this UPS store in late November to get our pictures taken for our passports and were charged $14.95 each. When we got to the post office to get everything else done for our passports we were told that they had to retake my husbands picture because when the UPS store had taken his picture they didnt have him take his glasses off. The post office said the UPS store should have known better than that and we should go ask for our money back (I had lost my receipt by this time). Anyhow I was charged another $16 from the post office. It was more frustrating than anything at this point. Lesson learned.

The customer service is amazing, they helped me ship my packages without any hesitation and had the patience to do so.

Went to ship something. Gave them the name and address on a piece of paper and was told rudely that she doesn’t read cursive and that I have to read it to her. Hmm!

Ive been in twice and dealt with two different employees. My experiences working with them was unpleasant enough to not return. I am using USPS from now on.

They wanted to overcharge me $2 for a $1.07 envelope bc that was their minimum for card usage, even though the card owner sometimes pays the debit card fee or they could have just given it to me for free and absorb it in the shipping cost!

Went there at 920 am and no one was there
