I was nervous to get the process of my car repair started since I also needed a rental car. From my first phone call to Caliber Collision they put my mind at ease. They arranged for my rental car and even had Enterprise pick me up at their location. I was able to leave my rental car there once my car was ready. They kept me updated all along the way. The ladies at the front desk are amazing.

I was helped by Zach and Megan, both were great. Zach explained everything to me multiple times, he asked me several times if I was satisfied with the work. I got my car back in a great time period, I also received several notifications how the repairs were coming along. I truly received the best customer service. I transferred my car to Service King in Murrieta. They were AMAZING! Dont take your car here if you have AAA. Their rep, Mark is rude and lies. I took my car to be fixed through AAA. Mark told me he would email me the estimate on Friday - didnt happen; then Monday morning - didnt happen. I told him I needed to see it before bringing my car in. He said, I get it, but really didnt care And upon questioning, sarcastically said he was sorry. Then he told me the next day that he took my car apart and there was additional damage - but he told the AAA claim adjuster that he never took the car apart. He originally told me it would take 4 weeks to fix my car; the asst. manager told me more likely 6-8 weeks. This man is not to be trusted.

Great service, will fix their mistakes but definitely should have noticed them before I got there.

This place will charge you an arm and a leg just to fix a bumper. There hourly rate is $75 for $150 worth of a bumper. So theyre total is $850 to fix a bumper that worth $150 so yeah

I dropped my Car at Murrieta location for repair and they never gave meupdates about my car. It was a terrible mistake to leave my car there My car has been sitting there for a while and was told that my service advisor will give an update to me since the day I dropped off my car, but he never did. I had to call back and even then he was not there or never responded. And he never knew and won’t tell me how long it will take to get my car fixed. I barely got connected to him for a second and he still did not know what was wrong about the car and how long it would take to get it fixed, and he said he will call back, but never did again. (obviously)I really regret that I took my car to this location. It was like delaying the process on purpose. I am paying out of the pocket for the rental car and they’re never giving me updated about what’s going on!

I 100% recommend anyone to go here, I’m 100% Satisfied. mark always kept me updated with my Repairs and is nice and friendly, very explainative! I did not have any issues or complaints after repairs were finished. They also finished before my car was scheduled to be finished.

I was in a major collision with my Lincoln navigator. caliber collision restored my navigator to the wonderful vehicle It was prior to the accident.I was highly impressed with the communications between the repair shop and myself.On average every other day they were in communication with me on the status of the repairs.Not only does the vehicle drive well but the quality of the repair makes it look like the vehicle is never in an accident. Also the repairs were done in a timely fashion.I highly recommend caliber collision.

I have not gotten my car back i just dropped it off last Thurs but so far so good they were helpful honest took me to the rental place gave me an estimate and a time frame for my car also called upon discovering other damage that was not seen during the original estimate. So far so good!!!

Been here twice. One for being rear ended in my car and another time for an attempted theft to my truck and both times they had great communication and finished quick !! 10/10 recommended and will go back for all my needs

Caliber Collision did a great job on my truck. With the trying times we are in, they gave great service and kept me in the loop the entire time.

I had a small fender bender and that was covered by insurance including deductible so $$ is out of the topic but the quality of service was bar none the best Ive seen from any auto dealings! They went above and beyond the fix and worked with my schedule and even made call to my rental agency while I was traveling. That was awesome!

At first, I really enjoyed the service that I was receiving from caliber collision. They were very friendly and reception and the person who was in contact with me about my car was very friendly. The problem however came with communication regarding my car repairs. Communication was unfortunately very poor.At first, they told me that my car would be ready within a weeks time my Friday, and they would give me updates every two days. Not only did they fail to give me updates until I contacted them asking for updates regarding my car, but then they told me that my car would be a week delayed. The new due date for my car was the following week, an entire week longer.Another week passes, and they tell me that Thursday that my car would be ready. I told them that I would not be able to pick it up that Thursday. That next day, on Friday in the afternoon, they told me that my car will be ready to pick up by 5 PM. I told him that I would not be able to pick it up by 5 PM because I wanted to leave for Los Angeles that night. Since I didnt want to pay another $45 on my rental car for insurance, I decided to go to caliber that day and delay my trip to Los Angeles.After no response I arrive at caliber that same day to pick up my car at 5 PM.To my chagrin, they told me that my car wasnt ready, because I have not confirm that I would be picking it up, but they didnt tell me that my car wouldnt be ready that day. They ended up delaying my cars repairs again, a 3rd delay. They would then tell me that my car would be ready to pick up at Monday at noontime.Whats frustrating is that caliber did not communicate that my car would not be ready, and assume that I would not be coming to pick up my car on Friday, and they delayed the repair of my car 3 times. Because of this, Ive had to pay over $100 in insurance fees for the my rental car. Although their customer service is nice, the communication has not been the best at caliber collision. I hope that they do remedy this next time, because i like coming for the popcorn.

Highly recommend caliber collisionHad a slight mishap when winds blew my door opened hitting hitching horse post, didnt think it was so bad but turnedout they had to change door; they took care of my truck as if it were a new Rolls Royce made 20 year old F150 look like new fixing it 1 week earlier than expected even polished front windshield, love my truck I use it to pull 47 foot horse trailer gooseneck cant replace the way its set up.ALSO thank you AAA Insurance for talking care of us best insurance company!!!Wish everybody were as reliable as these companies ❤

Weve been coming here for several years for various repairs. We have always found it be a good deal. Today was the best deal of all ;) I brought my van in for a minor repair (The plastic underside had come loose and was hanging low to the ground) Not only were they able to see me right away but they fixed it for free!! Wow-- super impressed!! I would recommend them to friends!

I gotta say Caliber Collision Murietta did a great job on fixing my sons Honda Fit! Our insurance company recommended them and so far Im very happy with them they even delivered the car to me at home over 20 miles away because the service rep forgot to call me the day before with an update but honestly its no big deal they went above and beyond to satisfy me. Im very impressed and thats not easy to do! I couldnt be happier I will most definitely give you guys a call if ever we need body work done again. Thanks for out standing customer service!

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because receptionist and some of staff are nice.However, advisors are clearly motivated by a goal that doesnt serve the customer.They did not guarantee or warranty their work, as they say in their own responses to reviews. Instead, Julio would say to noise being heard under the car where there was work done, that cars make noises . Finally, after rotating tires and having a tire completely worn down from the inside and having steel exposed, i took to an alignment place where the camber bolts were neber tightened causing imbalance, the noise, and the tires to improperly wear! Also, under carriage shields and paint mismatched.Only excuses until I contacted State Farm and said I am possibly taking legal acrion, did they say they are doing a QCR on this shop! State farm should drop them!Update: they are taking care of some issues. Will update more as work comes along. For no . Just be prepared to fight with them even on issues that were clearly their fault!

Got in a collision July 1. Here we are on Sept 10 and my car still is not done properly. I was originally promised the car on 8/13, but that was delayed a day or two due to a previously unknown bent axle. Picked it up 8/15. Immediately noticed several issues, including parts not painted and dents not repaired. Brought it back to them 8/20. Went over everything with them. Picked it up again 8/29. Only half of the noted repairs were complete. Picked it up again 9/4. Still had issues with paint, part alignment issues, etc. Picked up again on 9/10. Still missing parts, paint, body seams not properly fitted, electrical still not working, lights unplugged…List goes on and on. Steve has been very apologetic and even put me in a rental the last couple of weeks but it’s not enough. I have the car back and will push my insurance company to finish the job somewhere else. Take it back once...it happens. Twice, maybe they were busy. But 5 times and still not right? Go somewhere else.

Good service for the most part. Location is a bit inconvenient and parking is not easy. Had an issue with work done on my car, but was quickly resolved without further problems.

Went there to drop off vehicle for repair for a friend who had surgery. AAA said to drop off and it would be taken of. The guy at the desk said I had to have an appointment. They did not know how long it would be until repairs could begin. I was shocked that I would need an appointment to drop off a vehicle for repair. Friend called to inquire and was told too busy to accept new business. After reading the reviews here glad I was turned away. Called International Auto Crafters in Menifee they said drop off anytime and would take two days to complete work.

Horrible experience.I sent my car to get fixed and they took much longer than they said they would. I had to then send the vehicle again because they took my spare tire and they did not fully fix my car and because of that they promised me they would pay a car rental service. I have now recieved a letter from hertz saying that I owe them more than $600. So if you want to get less than what you paid for and get ripped off then be my guest.

Lisa was my adjuster and estimator, and she took my insurance claim and personally walked me through each step of the process making it merely effortless on my end. Guin has personally greeted me each time I entered the facility and the location manager Gina has made a point to make sure I was taken care of properly. She stopped what she was doing, walked over and shook my hand, thanking me for the opportunity to EARN my business. Stay away from these crooks. Lifetime warranty and AAA approval doesnt mean anything. 10k in repairs,multiple calls and visits. And my car was never right and now chunks of bondo are falling off the car where a panel was supposed to have been replaced. The few good reviews must be from friends or employees or people that dont know their car had been improperly repaired. I have drywall screws holding my bumper in place. The bumper never lined up with the body and exhaust fumes come in the car..they blaming the car running bad.is passed smog everytime

Worst place insurance told us to bring are car here to fix the bumper and hood they told us it would be ready 2 weeks ago and its still isnt and now they messed up the electrical on the car and nothing was wrong with it hope they give the car back soon !!!!!
