Go anywhere else unless you can fix it yourself. I would suspect all the 5 star reviews by google user.I purchased a 2004 Toyota 4Runner Limited from GSA. Shortly after I noticed a hole rusted through the frame. There was significant rust on the frame, but a hole is a safety issue that should have been caught during the inspection process. It was suggested I call the Utah Highway Patrol to verify the vehicle had a current inspection in the system. It did, so they opened an investigation. In the mean time I told GSA about the issue. I didnt know a hole in the frame could be fixed, short of replacing the frame. I expected them to take the vehicle back. They ended up having a local trailer hitch company weld a piece over the hole and calling it good. My mechanic said that should be ok, so I let it go. The UHP ended up suspending the license of the inspection shop for 30 days for giving my vehicle a clean inspection when it had a hole rotted through the frame.Not long after my mechanic found another frame rot issue that should have been caught during inspection. The rear trailing arm attachment with the axel was rusted through. This is one of the points where the axel connected to the vehicle. My mechanic said it needed a new axel housing. I took it back to GSA. They said they would fix it. Turns out they took my vehicle to the trailer hitch company to have them weld it back together. This didnt seem like a proper fix, but what do I know? Shortly thereafter I looked and I noticed that part and broke again. I took my vehicle to the trailer hitch shop to have them inspect. The owner, who did the work, told me he remembers doing the work. He said he told GSA that he didnt want to do the work because the didnt think it would hold and suggested they fix it the right way. GSA told him to do what he could and that would be good enough. It wasnt. I went back to GSA and they told me they felt like theyve spent enough on it and all they would do moving forward was to fix it at their cost, but I would have to pay. Spending money on something that doesnt fix the problem isnt a fix. Now they are saying they can fix it if I pay. Why not fix it right the first time if they can do it? I have to say they attempted to try and fix the problem, the cheapest way possible. The fact is they sold me a vehicle that should have never been sold because cant pass inspection with frame rot and damage. They didnt do anything in the end to fix the problem. This is why Im opening a complaint with the State of Utah and looking into other options to get my problem solved.Edit- GSA blamed the inspection station for missing the frame issues and I should contact them. How convenient is it that the inspection station is out of business shortly after my vehicle was purchased? As far as Im concerned they were working together with GSA to get a vehicle GSA knew wouldnt pass to pass. Then once someone started to complain they shut down to cover their tracks. This fish stinks from the head down. DO NOT SPEND A DIME HERE!!Update- Im seeing a lot of bad reviews after Ive already warned everyone. DONT GO HERE!!June 2018- Updating my review to respond to the owners lies. 1- The owner did not fix it properly. If it were fixed properly, it wouldnt broken within a month. The proper fix was to replace the axel housing. They took my vehicle to a trailer hitch install shop and tried to have them weld the broken pieces together. I talked to the shop owner who said he knew it wouldnt work. Lie 2- The inspection station is NOT in business. I worked extensively with the Utah Highway Patrol inspection division. The inspector was fined and placed on probation. Shortly after that the inspection station was closed. The UHP verified this. After everything came to light GSA said they could fix it right if I paid for it. If it was that simple, why not do that first? I know why...they only care about the bottom line. Horrible.

I just picked up a used vehicle here and was so impressed with GSA. I never leave reviews, but felt like I needed to share my experience with such a stand up group of people. I paid for the vehicle late one day and we agreed to come back the next day once they had a chance to detail it for me. The next day they called me and informed me that they noticed a small leak coming from the water pump and radiator. He asked if I could come a few hours later as they were going to install a new water pump and radiator for me before I pick up the vehicle. I was so impressed. They could have easily sent me on my way because the money was already in the bank and the deal was done. I am so grateful for honest people in the used car industry. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle.

I would give zero starts if this would allow me to. Zero stars because this dealership is not credible or trustworthy. I purchased a vehicle from there and they did not inform me it was a salvaged title. When I went to trade the vehicle in for an upgrade, I was shown the vehicle had been involved in a severe front end collision and it had been totaled. No one at the dealership told me this, nor did they have anything posted in the window as theyre required to by state law. I drove my children around in a salvaged vehicle for almost 2 years.Horrible dealership with horrible employees. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I had another amazing experience while buying my second vehicle from GSA Sales in Murray!!! Gregg and Von were extremely friendly and patient with me while I asked way too many questions. I was originally interested in buying an Outback, but eventually changed my mind and bought a Nissan Altima. Bought a 2009 Chevy Silverado from them, drove it 170 miles (not even half a tank of gas) During that time I had a check engine light turn on and a service light for the trailer brakes, I called Steve, the manager, to see if they would help me out with it, he said no. It’s sold as-is. I would think that after 170 miles they might be willing to work with me on something, but nope. He offered that they would read the code for me, which can be done at any auto parts store for free. Would not recommend buying a vehicle from here, stay away.

Just bought a pickup a couple weeks ago from GSA. I felt like the price was fair and buying experience was good. As soon as we pulled it off the lot it started making some grinding noises it was not making during the test drive and sounded like it had significant issues. We took it right back and it was a simple fix with a replacement of a vacuum hose involved with the 4 wheel drive. They also put a brand new battery in without being asked to. Overall our experience was good even though it was frustrating for a moment, they made it right.

Greg, Vaughn, and the guys down at GSA helped me with a rocking deal on exactly the car I wanted. First of all, their price on car gurus was already excellent, rated as a “great deal.“ Second, they really stretched to give me the value I needed on my trade-in— $800 more than the Subaru dealer wanted to give me ($2500 instead of $1700). Third, Greg went out of his way to arrange to place a roof rack for me and got me a great warrantee, again at an awesome price. Meanwhile, they were all so nice and welcoming and patient. There was no pressure to buy, and in fact when I called on Thursday hoping to come see the car that night, they were so laid-back that they said I was welcome to come but it would be even better if I came on Friday because they were busy clearing the snow from the lot and wanted to make it a nice experience. Like I said, no pressure. I was nervous about purchasing from a small sales lot, but this was a great experience.

Shop small dealerships! Every car weve ever bought - big dealer = bad value & experience, small dealer = good value and experience. Im sure there are exceptions, of course, but this held true for us again at GSA. Walked in, were shown what we came to see, drove, talked and that was it! No pressure, not trying to get us to settle for something we didnt want or out of our budget. They made sure we got the car and financing we wanted.

My Wife and I recently purchased our truck from GSA and the experience was great, both during and after our purchase. Scott helped us with the purchase and we were able to reach a price that both parties were happy with, you wont find that at many other dealers.On the day I came home from work the check engine light came on. Knowing the truck was as is, I thought I was out of luck. I called GSA expecting to be told that they wouldnt help us with this....bring it down and well check it out is what I heard. I drove down and Jeff, had his guy look at it. They tried a few things but the problem persisted. Just take it down to Salt Lake Valley Dodge and have them diagnose it on our dime. You wont find that at many other dealers. Dodge diagnosed it, leaky manifold. I spoke with Jeff about the issue, drove it back to GSA, and they fixed it! You wont find that at many other dealerships. Especially the bigger ones.Ive never had a better buying experience. GSA treated us like real people and not only met but exceeded all of our expectations. We had a great experience & I would highly recommend them!

They were easy to deal with but they LIED when they said they do a thorough multi point inspection when selling each vehicle. I had to spend $2,500 today to fix the problems with my truck I purchased from them 2 MONTHS ago. If you buy from this place take the vehicle to someone who can inspect it and tell you if anything is wrong with it before you sign to buy it.

Bought a truck back up lamps dont turn on. Said they did thier own inspection because UT doesnt require it any more. This should have been caught. Made me sing legal documents that they dont owe me anything. When I use the wiper fluid one of the lines has a leak and it runs out on the road. Did a computer scan and it has had a fount impact. They gave me a car fax but the car fax didnt show front impact. Buyer beware... Im left with a truck that is going to need repairs that are going to add up... Thanks guys.

My daughter bought a 2008 BMW X5 from GSA Auto Sales in Murray and one week after she bought it she had it in the shop with multiple problems! She has since had it into the BMW dealership and two more mechanics and they have all said it has been in some kind of flood or something!!! So dishonest!!! Who does this to a single mom? Or anyone? Shame on you! No integrity!!!!

My husband and I got a truck from GSA. The next day the check engine light came on. Long story short, we took it back to them three different times within three weeks and each time they tried something different. They said a cylinder was triggering the check engine light every time. They said that the check engine light was just sensitive and nothing was wrong with the cylinder. Three months later we are told by a different auto shop that the entire engine needs replaced because that cylinder was shot. We took it back to GSA and they confirmed this. They sent us to someone who replaced the engine for a good price and did a great job, but it doesnt change the fact that GSA lied/downplayed that they sold us a truck with a faulty engine in the first place and cost us thousands more to replace the engine.

We bought our subaru here and it was a really wonderful experience. The used car was in great condition (especially the interior for a subaru that old) they only thing that needed fixing was the front & back struts (which arent a safety issue). After we bought the car, we stopped by GSA Sales a week later and they completed the strut repair for only the cost of the parts--it saved us about $1,000. Talk about above and beyond service. We are so glad we bought our car from them.

Wasted a lot of time here which isnt their fault exactly but most dealerships Ive been to will try and work with you a little bit. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM GSA. The salesmen are very dishonest. They sold me a BMW X5 back in June and told me it has never been wrecked and never had any mechanical problems. Obviously they didnt tell the truth because it has been in the shop since the day I got it and every mechanic that has worked on my car has told me it has been wrecked and has major electrical damage as well as damage to the drivers side of the vehicle. The BMW dealerships mechanic asked me if I had purchased the vehicle from Texas and when I asked why, he told me because the damage to my vehicle has damage to match a vehicle that has been through a hurricane or major flood.I have had nothing but problems and GSA refuses to make the situation right. Very unethical, unprofessional and dishonest dealership.

Worst experience ever!!!!!! they sold us a 2005 mercury mountaineer for $8500.00...within the first week of having the car it started having problems!! we took it back to gsa on several occasions within the first month,which they made us pay for the parts!! during the second month the enite exhaust system failed and left my pregnant girlfriend and three minor children stranded in the middle of the road under an over pass in a storm!!! they sell very unreliable vehicles that could cause harm to you and your family!!!after this incident we had it towed to GSA AUTO once again, this time I told them I didnt want the vehicle it had been nothing but problems and we wanted to get something else so they walked us around there lot test drove cars picked one started the paperwork and this joke of a dealership was only willing to give us$3500.00 on the trade in which we barley just bought it from them for $8500.00 two month earlier only putting less then 150 miles on it at the time!!!!BAD MANAGMENT BAD EMPLOYEESSS BAD BUISNESS!!!!

Went to test drive a car. Car had a major tick and oil leaking at the gasket. The guy was rude and treated us like we were doing something wrong.

The truck I bought here had a plug in the sidewall of one of the tires. Either they missed it during their safety inspection, or let it slide so they didnt have to buy another tire. My emails with questions concerning this all went unanswered.
