To whom it may concern, if at all.Just watched a gray sport car with NAP license plates smash state street between 54 and the Panda Express.While I like driving fast and drifting, I don’t know if a Panda Express run justifies drifting into a busy parking lot.May want to confirm with the sales staff it was a privately owned vehicle sporting the plate.

Was going to put in a great review until I found out they send us to collections because of our renaming down payment amount we owed, when the time came I had called, left messages and even went face to face to the office many times with the money for our down payment in hand, but nobody knew what my exact amount owed was and the time the finance manager who helped was out of town so nobody knew what was going on, but they didn’t want to accept the money because they didn’t know the exact amount owed. So we left and hoped to get a call Back soon to make the payment.. Now we come to find out that they send us to a collection agency and on top added collection fees because we “never made the payment” we did our Part and attempted to communicate with them many times, feel like it’s so unfair due to the fact that they have very poor communication with their clients, they never bothered to called me, never returned my voice mails when I requested them, no emails or anything and just like that they send us to collections!! very disappointed with their entire team who never was able to help resolve or provide any information or simply tell me what my balance was.. would not recommend very upset about this. 👎👎

By far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Mike and Steve you guys are great. No pressure just a great honest experience. Mike walked us through everything from finding the car, test driving and purchasing a car. He was very honest and straight forward and helped my son understand everything about the process. I had the most terrible experience Ive ever had at any car lot!!!!! national auto plaza A complete and utter joke they made a joke of me of themselves of their reputation I would never recommend this place for purchasing a car tdays insisted I was approved I sent Edna I signed the Edna sales agreement and all the paperwork needed to purchase a vehicle the next day I came to bring my down payment and I had it gave it to them keys in hand my husbands checking out the car and they come back to the window and say can we see those keys were quick and we gave them the keys to the car and then they came back out and said we cant do the deal unless you have $4500 Gown when the down payment was only a 1000 at 1st Sam was great to work with but as far as the whole company goes they are terrible car sales company

Every once in a while you find a great deal but when I walked away from national auto plaza I walked away with so much more thanks to Mike Lott. If it wasnt for him going out of his way to make things happen I never would have been able to drive away with the perfect car. Not only was I on fixed time and money I had little options. He made sure I was leaving with a car that not only was reliable but that I was happy with. He made it all possible and I cant thank him enough. Everyone there went the extra mile to help accommodate me. I am so thankful but Mike Lott went over and beyond.

My girlfriend and I went in a few months back, the gentleman helping up out was nice but didnt seem to know very much. The office was very hectic and looked as if they were a start up dealership that didnt have money for computers or normal office equipment. Complete opposite of the Sandy location. When we were waiting a couple of the salesmen were watching a video on high volume of gunshots or something, very unprofessional. Another lady was ranting about her father being in her business and telling what to do. She was complaining and cursing for about half an hour and her surrounding coworkers were saying that they wish that they could talk to their customers like that. Never going back there.

Just Had Bad experience here at national Auto Plaza...wouldnt recommend anyone getting a vehicle here. Nobody wanted to help me out or didnt even get a greet when I walked into the office seem like they didnt want my business. I had to ask the lady up front to see if she can find me a sales rep and finally she did and they guy seem like he didnt know anything about selling cars. He tolded me to fill out a application so I did and after I filled the application out I had to look for the guy so he can get my app going. It was a waste of time going there I couldve went to a better sale lot to get help with a vehicle. WASTE OF TIME HERE...THIS PLACE Sucks!! No costumer service.

I saw a car listed on KSL for a great steal of a car at this location. I thought, this is too good to be true, and it was. The car was sitting on cinder blocks, windows smashed, seats gone or destroyed. Not anything like what was pictured or described on the listing. A complete lie!!! This was just a ruse to get people to come in so they could sell you something else. If they are dishonest about this I cant imagine what else they are dishonest about. Beware!!

I bought a car a week ago and now that everything is done I am completely pleased with how everything went. Alec was very helpful and found exactly what I wanted. All the bells and whistles I was looking for. Mike the sales manager was very nice and helpful as well! And Roland the finance manager went to work and got me the best interest rate possible. It was a way better experience than the last dealership I was at.

My salesman Alec helped find me a car perfect for my situation. His boss Mike was also very helpful and did a great job explaining the numbers to me. I went into the Murray store today and find it hard to believe anybody would buy a car from these people. First off the run a credit report which was ok then they came out with an attude because I had less than perfect credit. Now mind you these guys have hounded me on my phone and email for the last 3 months. I did not appriecate the way we were treated after the credit report. They need to teach thier sales people what respect is because they have no clue. Would not reccomend them to my dog

Excellent place to buy a car! Alec was my salesman and was exceptional. He catered to all of my needs and when it came time to talk numbers the manager Mike made it very easy and affordable! The truck I bought also had a couple issues. Alec scheduled me an appointment to have it taken care of the next day and even gave me a truck of my choosing to drive while it was in for the repairs!! Honestly I give these guys a five star rating Travis at the Murray location is probably one of the most honest genuine down-to-earth salesman Ive ever had to deal with The entire process from looking for a vehicle to financing the vehicle Travis made it as easy as it ever could be and with circumstances that happened in my own life when I could not take the truck Travis yet again was beyond phenomenal in helping me getting it figured out definitely will be going there again when I am finally ready to purchase my vehicle again and I hope that Travis is still there to help me out again

Do not recommend this scam of a dealership to your friends and family. I showed up with an appointment, salesmen knew what I was looking for, but didnt have keys of cars on lot ready for me to look at. I had a list of cars I had pulled from their site, took them 30 to 45 minutes to find the keys. 1 car I looked at on the Murray lot smelt like cigarette smoke and wouldnt even start. Another one the sales person from Murray drove me to the sandy location to look at wouldnt even go over 10 mph. What the hay. Then they still tried forcing a car on me, wouldnt tell me their asking price on any of them. I also saw at least 2 other customers come in during my 5 hours there, and the staff was pushy with them as well. I do not recommend this place

Cam and Mike were very helpful! They gave me very helpful information to the absurd amount of questions I had for them. It took some work to get me approved but they were able to do it when so many others told me I couldnt get approved for that much truck. Cam was very smart and friendly and knew everything about the Ford I bought. Not any question could stump him. Mike is a super funny and keeps you positive throughout the whole process. Big thanks to the finance team as well! Would recommend this place to anyone reading.

I was looking to sell them my car months ago after seeing their clunkers for cash ad. They really only want to take your car and give you a discount on one of their own cars. I have told them over and over again that I do not want to purchase a car. Yet, I continue to receive texts asking Are you still interested in a vehicle?.No, I am NOT! Ive told you no. I Purchase a vehicle through this dealership and they made several promises which they have not fulfilled If you choose to purchase a vehicle through this dealership make sure that you have a copy in hand when you leave of any promises that they make to you make sure that you have that copy because I had them fill out a copy and they took it out of my paperwork before I left The manager Brandon now will not even return my calls I have left several messages for him to call me over the last little while and he does not call me back.

Bought my GMC 2009 Acadia in July and I love the car. The buying process was quick and painless! They gave me a lot for my trade in and my payments are so reasonable. The car is a beauty! However, I did run into 2 Catalytic Converter problems with the car a few weeks later..which is a bummer... but it happens. Its a used car after all! NAP in Murray took care of it! They had me go to Master Muffler in Sandy and they are going to handle the billing and cost which is looking to be around $1,000. Thanks NAP in Murray! Im getting it taken care of this weekend :). By the way, Cody is awesome, super friendly and nice sales guy. Hes been awesome answering all my texts and getting this all set for me. Hes the guy to go to!

When I met with the salesman I didn’t feel at all pressured ect... Then waiting inside the sweet girl working in front was awesome and as friendly as ever! The entire staff was amazing to say the least... Especially given life right now everyone is stressed and no one wants to add to this 2020 stress! Between my husband and myself weve bought 20+ vehicles from different dealers. This was our 5th with NAP Murray and this is the worse experience weve ever had.Our first sales guy, Kevin, completely dropped the ball when we made plans to get our new vehicle (transferred from Sandy /AF to Murray). He didnt tell or notify anyone, no notes in the system, and didnt show up the next day like we planned or even have the vehicle ready. Not even a text to us saying he wasnt going to make it.So we contacted NAP Murray to find out what was up. JT (store manager?) Was more responsive and picked up the vehicle a few days later after some BS story that it was still in the shop. We personally called down to Sandy /AF and the shop guys said they had been done with it for a few days and they even gave us a list of about $4500 worth of issues they found wrong with the new old vehicle. We would bring this up later during negotiations and we decided we would take the vehicle AS IS. Checking KBB, NAP was selling $4k above average. But we wanted that specific vehicle.When we dropped off the keys to our previous vehicle, we made plans with JT on a specific time and date the following Monday since its usually not as busy. We get to the store and we are told to wait. I see him while going to the restroom and even talked with him - making a joke that we were waiting on him. We waited 40 minutes only to find out he left and no one told us.About a week goes by, come to find out NAP changed our contract on us without telling us after we already signed the 1st contract. So when we got there to wrap up the contract, surprise! We had to sign another contract with a higher interest (double original quote) and a shorter term so our price point we were comfortable with went up more a month. (We understand with the age of the vehicle and mileage, blah, blah, blah - you shop around for the best rates). When we asked about backing out, since the payment was so much more higher than anticipated, Brandon said it would get complicated (youll see how this comes into play later in the parking lot). Any notification or communication would have been preferred when we thought we were good to go on the previous contract. JT said he didnt know anything about it and acted shocked. - When we were leaving, we met some people who we belive are now the proud new owners of our old vehicle in the parking lot after the contract signing (they turned our old vehicle right around within a week to sell it - probably making $10k). Which leads us to our next portion.They gave us 3 weeks to make the deposit (they wanted 2 but we wanted 3). We were constantly reminded to make the deposit after week 1 so there was good communication there. NAP tried to charge us more because we gave them a 10 day payoff but they didnt payoff our old vehicle in time - not our fault. Again, JT was surprised. But luckily, took care of it.When we were trying to schedule our dent and detailing after finally getting the vehicle contract and deposit squared away, the lady who does it was told to hold off by them until we made our deposit, which I do understand but our contact was already signed, she didnt respond for 22 days. JT said he didnt know anything about it, but would tell us to keep contacting her. We told him she was unresponsive for weeks and he would say hed take care of it, but then in the next sentence, he would tell us to contact her. We still havent gotten anything scheduled and at this point, we are walking away from it all.Its been 7 weeks... we understand that some of these issues are plausible and we do understand there are 2 sides to each story. We really wanted to leave a good review. I even told JT this, but this is how our experience went and we hope this helps NAP realize they need to fix some things on their end.

I would recommend you avoid them at all cost!! After purchasing a vehicle With them and having the check engine light and parking assist light come on not even 24 hours after the purchase they won’t do anything to fix the problem beside bill you for the repairs trust me when I say don’t go here! Absolutely horrible to deal with!One of their solutions for the check engine light was to run a fuel system cleaner when I fill up come on I don’t want a band-Aid repair I want it done the right way! If I could give them zero stars I would!

Typical Used Car Dealer. I was buying with cash and asked to NOT have my credit run. They did anyway!! My temporary tags are about to run out and I still havent sent my permanent plates. Trying to find out about them I contacted the Sandy Store (where I was told they ordered them) on Thursday. I was told she would check on them and get back with me, Friday afternoon I Called back. They were there but I was told I had to come from Ogden to Sandy to get them, even though the Sales Manager at Murray told me he would have them mailed to me. After I finally told her I was willing to risk them coming in the mail she agreed to mail them.They were all smiles and agreeable till they got the check for the car, then they went to Old School Used Car Dealer... Very Disappointed...

I am going to be honest. I have never bought a car here but my sister asked me to check out some if their deals. I saw a 2004 Honda accord with well over 400,000 miles with a broken front bumper and they asked for 7000 dollars after the 3500 dollars off NAP rebate. So just seeing that I know that I will never buy a car here or even look at their other vehicles in stock.

Worst car buying experience Ive ever had. JB or JT, was the cars salesman who helped me, he was kind of nice but doesnt keep to his word. Was promised a few things, including extra keys, remotes for the car, and being able to test drive a car at the Sandy location without him being there. Of course the Sandy location didnt let me test drive any car without the salesman whos helping me being there. Went all the way back and he told me he called them and made sure Ill be able to drive it this time. Went back to Sandy and same story, cant test drive the car. Trying to buy a car at National auto plaza was just full of lies and going back and forth with no progress and just wasting time and gas. Also had scheduled multiple appointments that basically did nothing because either the salesman was helping someone else or had the day off so I made like four trips to the dealership for no reason. It almost felt like they were trying to avoid me. Then after everything was done, to top it off, my license plates dont arrive almost after two months!! I was driving with an expired temp tag from two months ago. Just bad stuff after bad stuff. Most people dont seem to have and experience like this here but I guess Im one of the few ones were everything just goes wrong. Giving two stars because I got free gas after so many pointless trips.

Please please I’m begging anyone who sees this ad to not go to ANY national auto plaza dealerships to buy a car. They will rip you off leaving you with an over priced car (I owe 8,000 more than my car is worth) do your research on the places you go and the cars you get because they take advantage of this fact. My car had its check engine light turn on after ONE month of owning it and had multiple paint chips. Just overall not the best place to buy a car let alone these overpriced ones. The salespeople and financial person are crooks. They will lie to make sure they get that commission check. I suggest finding a better place before you yourself are screwed over for years to come. I will never recommend this place and I will go out of my way to let everyone know how horrible my experience was.

Wouldnt recommend they had us give them a five star review before we were even done with the process of buying our truck. They told us a different price then what the paperwork got wrote up as. We waited for hours when they kept telling us the wait was going to be fast. Then promised a full tank of gas that we never got for our original five star review. Seems like they tried to pull and fast one on us with the price of the truck and the trade in we had. I wouldnt trust to buy from them ever again. I had just bought a car the previous year at the Toyota Dealership and it was 100% better then this place.

This is probably the worst place I’ve bought a car. The dealer doesn’t even know what he’s doing and it’s not his fault cause clearly management doesn’t know how to communicate their policies to their staff. Their best motive is to sell and avoid. They’ll pressure you into buying a car but never take accountability for their actions or what they told you. I’m not the type to overreact or cause problems but once someone promises me something or says they’d do it, I expect it. So if I don’t get from what I expected, I feel like it’s not fair or any other customer they are treating. They also put you into a guilt trip that you should have known this or read this or have been aware when you did this/that. If their own staff doesn’t even know the policies, how do you expect a customer to understand it yet come to terms with it? That’s exactly their tactic so I can see them saying it was my fault. Never going to recommend in buying a car from them and I’m going to post this review everywhere I can find a place to post it.

I went in with my mother a few weeks ago looking to get her out of her old beater car. Christopher was very helpful and catered to her needs. He was very attentive and actively wanted to help her out. Even though her credit is far from great, he was able to hook her up and get her into a newer Ford Fiesta for an incredibly affordable price. Their cash for clunkers deal helped out a lot. Got $3000 in incentives for a car that was probably worth $200. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new vehicle and wanting to get a great deal. 10 out of 10

Everything started great. I saw a car I really liked over KSL and I called and they said that they still had it for sale. I went in the same day when I called. Fast forward, when we signed the papers and everything. Everything was great! Then later when I took it to a auto repair services sense the washer fluid wasn’t working, I found out that it was in a car accident. They didn’t tell me it was. Then the services found another problem that my belt to my car was missing, due to the accident. Luckily I got them to pay for it. But today i started driving and my hood started smoking and it started to leak. My engine was over heated and I could have died. Thank god I wasn’t on the free way or I could have been seriously hurt.If you’re looking to buy a car here, I strongly recommend you don’t. They are a shady place with cars that aren’t even properly looked at.

Started out fine like they were really trying to help our situation. Gave us multiple offers to choose from finally picked one just to sign papers and them leave us hanging for a couple hours. I had to walk back into their office to get answers. Just for them to tell me they could get us into a different vehicle while a higher monthly payment? Not to mention they pulled our credit 10 different times.We spent two days WITH 3 KIDS in the dealership just to leave empty handed.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. These guys are absolutely AMAZING!!! I wanted to get a truck for the nasty winter ahead, and I wasnt sure if I would be able to find the deal right for me. However, Alberto was phenomenal at finding the right truck and the right price for me. Their staff top to bottom is 100% first class respectful. If you need a new or used car, dont waste your time anywhere else. These guys are the REAL deal!!!

Terrible experience. My fiance and I talked about possibly buying a truck. We didnt know what kind of truck we wanted. That same day (very first time we had any sort of serious conversation about it) we wanted to test drive some trucks to see what we liked. Well, we got more than we bargained for. We figured out what kind of truck we wanted, after being there for 6 hours. Our sales rep Brooke was wonderful about everything. She was sweet and we had some good raport built with her. When we went in to talk numbers, we told her we would have to talk about it and figure it out. (because we literally just started talking about it that day) her manager, i believe his name was Mike, came out and started trashing her. Telling us it was her fault we werent liking the deal. As she was sitting right there. It had absolutely nothing to do with her. We told him multiple times we didnt want to buy that day we were just looking. They ended up looking at my fiances car to try to get an estimate of what the trade in value would be. Later, my fiance asked for his keys back and the manager goes, eh, they are on my desk. Then walks away. He spoke constantly about how trashy his car was, which it isnt. They were trying so hard to push us to buy the car that day.We had told them the second we walked in we didnt want our credit pulled. They told us they would do a soft inquiry on it just to figure out if we could get approved. Then, without telling us, they did a hard pull on our credit and told us that if we didnt buy today they would do it again next time we came in. (Once credit is pulled it lasts for 30 days before it needs to be pulled again)He was very pushy and manipulative and rude. Which made us believe there might have been something wrong with the car. He wanted us to take it right then. He kept telling us he cared about us as people but his actions spoke otherwise. He was extremely arrogant. They also over price their cars by a lot so the can bring prices way down to make it look like you are getting a deal. No. They were trying to give us 14500 for our car that was worth 10000. If you want a good experience, go to Ken Garff in West valley and talk to Lucy. She was amazing.

Initially gave 1 star due to the following: I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I just received. I went in to see what kind of car I could get into within my narrow budget. The guy says he has just the car for me. He has me test drive a car which was very nice but he wouldnt tell me right away what the cost would be. We get inside and he comes back a few minutes later with a quote that was DOUBLE my budget I told him I wanted to work within. I nicely asked for the keys to my van back so I could leave and he starts pestering me about why I turned that car down and what he could do to still get me into that same car. I said there was nothing and again asked for my keys. He got pushy again and wanted to show me some more cars. This time I had to demand my van keys back so I could leave. I would not try to work with this company again!Update: I received a call from the manager who had not seen this review and he asked about my experience and if I was able to find a vehicle. I told him about what happened to me and he assured me that employee was not behaving as per company policy and he was going to take care to make sure noone was treated like this again. He was very apologetic and eased my concerns that more people would not be treated that way. Updated from 1 star to 3.

DONT DO IT!! DO NOT BUY!! I bought a car a few years back and it started having issues recently, went to trade in or buy new to find out the car they sold was a salvaged title, they claimed it was a clean title! Compared it to the legit carfax ONLINE and the one they gave me and it was completely different, the vehicle i bought was in a accident the year before i drove it off their lot!! MAJOR STRUCTURAL DAMAGE! The dealership i am buying from now will not even sale this vehicle off their lot! We are all sick about the dishonesty! You live and you learn i guess!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO A TRUSTWORTHY DEALERSHIP!!

There are several things about my experience at NAP Murray that are exemplary!First and foremost, all of the staff were attentive and respectful. Drew, especially, took time to learn about me and ask me what I need a car to do for me at this point in my life. He kept me in mind and called me after a couple of hours saying that he thought of a few cars that would work for me. Drews selections were excellent, and I bought a 2016 ford fiesta from him.Drew was sharp with his figures and knew the specs about the cars he showed me, never saying anything incorrect. How professional! He also didnt pressure me to buy and gave me a few hours to decide. Then I met the finance team and some other sales people, and to be real, I was more impressed by them than I was the teams at other dealerships. All of my questions were answered and I was not hurried. Deciding to buy from them was a no-brainer!Go check these guys out, and heres a tip: bring a good fraction of cash-down and see what kind of deal they can cut for you! I wont be in Utah much longer, but if I were to be staying, I would absolutely be an NAP customer again!!

I recently purchased a Ram truck from NAP Murray. In all my years of car buying, I have never had such a positive experience. The staff were excellent to work with. Jason, the general manager, truly understands what it means to take care of a customer. He went above and beyond during and after business hours to show he cares about our needs and make sure we were well taken care of. In all our shopping across car dealerships of Utah, NAP Murray had the best selection of trucks for a reasonable price, got us taken care of quickly, and treated us wonderfully. Very poor communication and misleading sales practices. Spent 5+ hours in the dealership before we finally came up with a deal I was comfortable with (but still over my budget). Signed all the paperwork, including a financial agreement with the agreed upon monthly payment, and was on my way. I assumed everything was set at this point. I called them two weeks later as I was promised a new set of tires with my purchase and had not heard back. When I got in touch with them they said that they actually weren’t able to provide financing at the agreed upon rate/payment, so I would need to put an additional $2k-$8k down. Nobody bothered to call and tell me this until I called them for an unrelated issue. I ended up having to return the new vehicle and pay for all the mileage I put on it. Luckily my trade in was still there and I could get it back.

We went to NAP after another dealership seemed to be less than willing to help us buy a car. Easton was extremely accommodating from the get go, from getting the car I wanted to test drive ready, to working with the finance officers to get us approved with a monthly payment we can afford/want to make (while also making sure we weren’t just sitting there waiting in the dark. He was very personable and pleasant). We were able to trade in my old car and drive away with a beautiful “new” car in less time than other dealerships I’ve dealt with, plus additional perks I wasn’t expecting. My fiancé has bought several cars from NAP, and I don’t see this being our last time purchasing from them. Definitely recommend 100%!!

My wife bought a car from them for $1100 and after we paid cash up front took it to a mechanic only to find out it needed $2200 in repairs and they refused to take it back even tho a week had not passed by and when I was spreading my story about it on there Facebook page they disabled my ability to comment these people are a joke don’t go here ever I would give negative stars if possible

I bought 2 cars from this place. I traded in my 04 Duramax for my buddies 07 Mustang. They didn’t even look at my Duramax and told me how much it would be worth. My Duramax was worth more so they said they’d sign a check for about $1100 for me (over 2 months ago) and the finance department says they have never even heard of my deal, still have not gotten it. Did I mention that the 07 Mustang didn’t have catalytic converters? They sold me a car that couldn’t even pass emissions. Another $1k+ down and I pay out of my own pocket to install what’s needed and I pass emissions. Then I’m told I need to give the car back. They couldn’t pay it off for the old owner (OH YEAH, they also sold me the car when IT WASNT PAID OFF). When I inquired about my truck and if I could get it back, they told me it was in Mexico and there’s no way they could give me it back. So, being out of a ride home and needing to go to work in 2 hours, they tell me to go pick out a car and they can finance it for me to drive home in 90 minutes. I pick out a 2015 Mustang Ecoboost which which they priced at about $19k. I put $6k down and two hours later, I’m late for work, and they rushing to get me out of the door. They didn’t explain anything in the contracts I had to sign. I find out later that I am paying $38k for a car worth $19k. I’m so underwater with this car now and I won’t be able to refinance for a very long time. Long story short, don’t come here. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.EDIT: It has now been about 6-7 months since they promised me an $1100 check. I still have not gotten it, despite texts to my salesman inquiring about it.

Just save your sweet time and go somewhere else. Purchasing a vehicle from them was an absolute nightmare. The finance department is completely uneducated and makes empty promises and our truck’s engine went down the drain a week after buying it. They did nothing to even try and help.
