I highly recommend coming into Edwards automotive for any issue your vehicle could be facing. I made the mistake of going to another shop in the valley and they charged me 200$ just to tell me what I already knew was wrong with my vehicle. Matt the owner, was able to re diagnose the issue for free and ended up being 300$ less than what the other shop quoted me. The best part is they don’t skimp on quality. You’ll get a great deal and leave knowing the issue was fixed. Definitely will be coming back

Ive had it evap issues for the past year because of a couple of mechanics who purposely sabotaged it. FYI steer clear of tu car Care in West Jordan. Even knowing this Ed dove into the problem spent many many hours on it probably 4 days and figure it out my problem he then instead of charging me thousands of dollars for all his time made a fair price that we could both live with happily. I would recommend Edwards automotive to anyone and I plan on going back there in the future if I need any other help thank you so much Matt.

Car alignment wasnt done right. Brought a car with all new bushings, control arms front and back, and tie rods. First time they did it poor. After 2 months call after call trying to get in for service they were busy and pushing day after day. Today I called and said bring it in and at the arrival they said we no longer do alignment on this type a car. They did not refund or did any good job. Referred me to different shop and said I have to pay them. I would never trust this shop again. And really unprofessional.

Best place around for an alignment

I was reference by my cousin. Ever since I met Matt. Hes not only given me a fair price on all of my repairs but hes even saved me money. Im fortunate to call Matt a family friend. Hes been monumental in helping me through all my repairs. I can honestly say after having 4 cars and dealing with 6 different mechanics shops. I would take my car anywhere else or to anyone else. I have been a costumer at Edwards automotive for years and to mr.mush i would say Iam from the middle east too so I understand arabic. that been said I have witnessed the conversation that took place between you and zee the alignment tech you had an old BMW and you put amazon lowering kit that you installed your self and bad aftermarket wheels then you brought the car a year later and the man nicely told you they dont do alignment on cars with aftetmarket kit...so i dont think its fair to put poor review bc things didnt go your way...zee have been doing all off my dealership alignment for 8 years and that man is really professional at what he does...plus the manager matt who is really super cool guy to deal with.....like your services and keep up the good work guys.

First off, Matt Edwards is a good person. I was sincerely shocked at the ease of which he provides provide top notch customer service. Secondly, he is very knowledgeable and more than capable. Trust me... go here first.

I know the owner, my cousins work there and they are one of the best in Utah with more than 18 years exp I highly recommend Edwards Automotive they will also let you know what else is ruang with your vehicles and as farthest I know Edwards Automotive is one of the most Honest shops in the Valley.

Excellent experience! Matt bent over backwards to fit us in before the holiday, and worked tirelessly to resolve our issue with out coolant system on our Chevy Suburban. They were more than fair on the price. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive, and honest. They did not try and sell us on something unnecessary. Highly recommend them!

Matt is great to work with. I have never had a problem with their work. I used to go to the dealer to get my cars worked on. I will never do that again. I have had multiple things done on all my cars. It has always been done quick and right. He has always delivered on everything done. No cut corners or shady work. I would only recommend doing business with these guys if you want it done right and for a fair price.

Wow. Attention to detail is phenomenal at Edwards. I took it in for an alignment which they did a stellar job on, but they went the extra mile. My car was missing some bolts and what not and he just threw some on that he had. Highly recommend.

Helped me out with a quick and inexpensive fix for my coolant leak on my van. I retu6a week later and did all new shocks. It was a great price and special shocks to work with the lift on my van.

Matt was great. Gave me honest pricing and got it in quick! I walked into a Burt Brothers to get an estimate for what I needed. They had a very nice foyer with treats and lots of people behind the counter. They quoted me pricing to match. $600 to replace my starter (the starter was warranted so should have been just labor to install). Then they lied to me about the warrantee process and how mark-ups work. They didn’t know that my parent have owned a mechanic shop for more than 40 years and I know this business like the back of my hand. Edward’s on the other hand has a dated, but clean office. No treats and no team of sales people. But it was clean, had a respectable couch, and they charged me a fair $85. Since moving from home I have had a hard time finding an honest mechanic. My search is over. Thanks again!

Edwards Automotive is definitely a FIVE STAR company! My husband and i recently had our car repaired at this shop and we were extremely pleased with their service. Matt Edwards was such a pleasure to work with. He was very good at communicating with us, extremely honest, very reasonably priced, and his auto technicians are highly skilled and very efficient. My experience is with the Tow Zone towing service and Edwards after an accident. I was treated with respect beginning with the tow. In all the confusion I had forgotten about a key on my fob ring and a license plate frame that had some sentimental value. I called and asked if those could be retrieved before the adjuster came so I could pick them up later. It was already taken care of before the adjuster arrived. The result is that I have my key and my license plate frame because of the extra care. Thank you.

Although Matt wasnt able to do the repairs with an airbag issue on my vehicle, he was professional and helpful in offering options. I would for sure take my vehicles there for automotive work going forward.

Napa Auto Parts recommended me to Edwards Automotive and I am not disappointed; I had an A/C compressor failure recently and although I was determined to do much of the repair myself, I am restricted by EPA regulations from doing the refrigerant work myself. Edwards Automotive was accommodating to my specific need and worked reasonably around my schedule. The price to recover, evacuate and recharge my A/C was more than reasonable considering how expensive that process is to facilitate and they performed it with alacrity. Overall, a square deal.

This Shop Is AWESOME!!! I have been here multiple times to have my car and truck looked at. They are fast, fair, honest and just plain amazing to work with. I have shown up 10 minutes after closing on a Friday night with a truck that would not have driven home that day. I would have been stranded and had my truck towed but Matt and his people fixed me up in no time and i was on my way. I have been messed with and over charged many many times but Edwards Auto will never do that and they have great prices! If you need a good Mechanic look no further.

I was in a real pickle after buying a used truck that died on me 2 days after i bought it. the dealership was no help and i was struggling without my vehicle. matt took my car in on monday night and it was ready to go tuesday afternoon. i went to edwards auto based on the recommendation of a coworker and i am so glad i did. matt seems to be a very honest man and his prices are fair. will be taking my truck here in the future for all service and repairs!

I was having some issues with my truck and I did everything that I could do myself to it. And came to the conclusion that it was going to need more attention than I thought so I took it to Matt to look at it. He gave me a couple of different options that would work best for me but I opted to replace the motor with a new crate motor. He knew I was in desperate need of the truck as I plow snow with it and we had a storm coming in. He did everything in his power to get my truck in and finished. Matt and his guys did such an awesome job and stayed late to get it done the night the storm was coming in. This isnt the first time Ive used these guys. They have always been great. We love Edwards Automotive! We followed them from their former location and will follow them wherever they go, because of how much we trust and appreciate them. They recognize us when we call or come in for service, even if it has been quite awhile since the last time we needed them. We were lucky enough to learn about Edwards Automotive because Matt was recommended enthusiastically to us by a mutual friend about five years ago, and we have never wanted or needed to go anywhere else since.At Edwards I have never felt a minute of that vulnerability people often feel (especially women) when they go to an auto repair place. I dont know anything about car repair, but I am altogether confident that I have never been taken advantage of or upsold or been told that I needed services that were unnecessary at Edwards. Matt is intuitive about honing in on problematic issues, and he doesnt ever suggest superfluous services. He will also let us know when he is not completely sure what is going on with our cars and that he is still figuring it out.A few years ago Matt was able to assess and fix a problem with my Mini Cooper that had actually eluded the folks over at Mini Cooper service.
